A new intermetallic compound of thermodynamically stable Nb_(2)Ni phase is discovered within Nb-Ni binary system,refreshing the current situation that there are only three stable intermediate phases of Nb_(7)Ni_(6),NbNi_(3) and NbNi_(8).The new stable phase is generated from the peritectoid transition:(Nb)+Nb_(7)Ni_(6)→Nb_(2)Ni,and the transformation temperature is 1533 *** refreshes the current equilibrium Nb-Ni binary phase *** is confirmed by transmission electron microscopy and the annealing experiments,which is determined to be the fCC structure(Pearson:cf96,space grope:fd-3m O2,a=11.888A).furthermore,the equilibrium properties of Nb_(2)Ni phase are produced by density functional theory,including the formation energy,cohesive energy,bulk modulus and lattice constant.

Chemical pressure induced by iso-valent doping has been widely employed to tune physical properties of materials. In this work, we report effects of chemical pressure by substitution of Sb or P into As on a recently discovered diluted magnetic semiconductor(Ba,K)(Zn,Mn)_2 As_2, which has the record of reliable Curie temperature of 230 K due to independent charge and spin doping. Sb and P are substituted into As-site to produce negative and positive chemical pressures, respectively.X-ray diffraction results demonstrate the successful chemical solution of dopants. Magnetic properties of both K-underdoped and K-optimal-doped samples are effectively tuned by Sb-and P-doping. The Hall effect measurements do not show decrease in carrier concentrations upon Sb-and P-doping. Impressively, magnetoresistance is significantly improved from7% to 27% by only 10% P-doping, successfully extending potential application of(Ba,K)(Zn,Mn)_2 As_2.

Titanium dioxide thin films were prepared by low pressure metal organic chemical vapor deposition (LP-MOCVD) from titanium IV isopropoxide. Nitrogen was used as a carrier gas for the titanium precursor,and oxygen as a reactant gas. The deposition rates of the films have been studied as functions of process parameters such as sabstrate temperature and oxygen flow rote. Structural evolution of the films has been studied as functions of substrate temperature (110 to 700℃) and annealing temperature. The films have been characterized by X-ray dissection and by Raman scattering. films deposited onto Si(100) substrates were amorphous at 110-250℃, anatase at 350- 550℃ and rutile above 650℃. The films deposited at substrate temperatures less than 550℃ and annealed at 600℃ for two hours were annealed, annealed at 700℃ for two hours were mixtures of anatase and rutile, and annealed at 850℃ for two hours were rutile.

The Zongwulong Shan-Qinghai Nanshan tectonic belt of the northern Tibet Plateau experienced a protracted tectonic history， including the openings and closures of the Proto- and Paleo-Tethyan Oceans. Although the tectonic belt has been extensively studied， details regarding the tectonic processes involved in its development remain controversial. To better constrain the tectonic processes of this tectonic belt， we conducted detailed field geological mapping， zircon U-Pb geochronology， and whole-rock geochemical and Sr-Nd isotopic analyses. Our results show that intrusive rocks in the tectonic belt crystallized in ca. 292–233 Ma， perhaps in an arc/subduction setting. Geochemical and Sr-Nd isotopic data suggest that early Permian–late Triassic ultramafic-intermediate intrusions were sourced from the enriched mantle， whereas intermediate-acidic rocks were sourced from mixed crust-mantle. We present the tectonic model that involves: (1) Early Devonian–early Permian intracontinental extension occurred in the northern margin of the Qaidam continent (ca. 416 Ma–292 Ma); (2) Early Permian–late Triassic northward subduction of the Paleo-Tethyan Ocean resulted in arc magmatism (ca. 292 Ma–233 Ma); and (3) subsequent late Triassic intracontinental extension (ca. 233 Ma–215 Ma). Our results suggest that the late Paleozoic–early Mesozoic development of the Zongwulong Shan-Qinghai Nanshan was related to the opening， subduction， and slab retreat of the Paleo-Tethyan Ocean， which has key implications for the tectonic evolution of the northern Tibetan Plateau.

Micro-expressions(ME)recognition is a complex task that requires advanced techniques to extract informative features fromfacial *** deep neural networks(DNNs)with convolutional structures have been ***,unlike DNNs,shallow convolutional neural networks often outperform deeper models in mitigating overfitting,particularly with small ***,many of these methods rely on a single feature for recognition,resulting in an insufficient ability to extract highly effective *** address this limitation,in this paper,an Improved Dual-stream Shallow Convolutional Neural Network based on an Extreme Gradient Boosting Algorithm(IDSSCNN-XgBoost)is introduced for ME *** proposed method utilizes a dual-stream architecture where motion vectors(temporal features)are extracted using Optical flow TV-L1 and amplify subtle changes(spatial features)via EulerianVideoMagnification(EVM).These features are processed by IDSSCNN,with an attention mechanism applied to refine the extracted effective *** outputs are then fused,concatenated,and classified using the XgBoost *** comprehensive approach significantly improves recognition accuracy by leveraging the strengths of both temporal and spatial information,supported by the robust classification power of *** proposed method is evaluated on three publicly available ME databases named Chinese Academy of Sciences Micro-expression Database(CASMEII),Spontaneous Micro-Expression Database(SMICHS),and Spontaneous Actions and Micro-Movements(SAMM).Experimental results indicate that the proposed model can achieve outstanding results compared to recent *** accuracy results are 79.01%,69.22%,and 68.99%on CASMEII,SMIC-HS,and SAMM,and the f1-score are 75.47%,68.91%,and 63.84%,*** proposed method has the advantage of operational efficiency and less computational time.

A functional cathode sodium compensation agent for stable sodium-ion batteries

Hard carbon(HC)is widely used in sodium-ion batteries(SIBs),but its performance has always been limited by lowinitial Coulombic efficiency(ICE)and cycling *** compensation agent is a favorable strategy to make up for the loss of active sodium ions consumed *** it lacks agent that effectively decomposes to increase the active sodium ions as well as regulate carbon defects for decreasing the irreversible sodium ions ***,we propose 1,2-dihydroxybenzene Na salt(NaDB)as a cathode compensation agent with high specific capacity(347.9 mAh g^(-1)),lower desodiation potential(2.4–2.8 V)and high utilization(99%).Meanwhile,its byproduct could functionalize HC with more C]O groups and promote its reversible ***,the presodiation hard carbon(pHC)anode exhibits highly reversible capacity of 204.7 mAh g^(-1) with 98%retention at 5 C rate over 1000 ***,with 5 wt%NaDB initially coated on the Na3V2(PO4)3(NVP)cathode,the capacity retention of NVP t NaDBjHC cell could increase from 22%to 89%after 1000 cycles at 1 C *** work provides a new avenue to improve reversible capacity and cycling performance of SIBs through designing functional cathode compensation agent.

Trap-assisted charge recombination is one of the primary limitationsof restricting the performance of organic solar cells. However, effectivelyreducing the presence of traps in the photoactive layer remains ***, wide bandgap polymer donor PTzBI-df is demonstrated as an effectivemodulator for enhancing the crystallinity of the bulk heterojunction active layerscomposed of D18 derivatives blended with Y6, leading to dense and orderedmolecular packings, and thus, improves photoluminescence quenching *** a result, the photovoltaic devices exhibit reduced trap-assisted charge recombinationlosses, achieving an optimized power conversion efficiency of over 19%.Besides the efficiency enhancement, the devices comprised of PTzBI-df as athird component simultaneously attain decreased current leakage, improved chargecarrier mobilities, and suppressed bimolecular charge recombination, leading toreduced energy losses. The advanced crystalline structures induced by PTzBI-dfand its characteristics, such as well-aligned energy level, and complementaryabsorption spectra, are ascribed to the promising performance *** findings suggest that donor phase engineering is a feasible approach to tuning the molecular packings in the active layer, providingguidelines for designing effective morphology modulators for high-performance organic solar cells.

We rethink the segment anything model(SAM) and propose a novel multiprompt network called COMPrompter for camouflaged object detection(COD). SAM has zero-shot generalization ability beyond other models and can provide an ideal framework for COD. Our network aims to enhance the single prompt strategy in SAM to a multiprompt strategy. To achieve this, we propose an edge gradient extraction module, which generates a mask containing gradient information regarding the boundaries of camouflaged objects. This gradient mask is then used as a novel boundary prompt, enhancing the segmentation process. Thereafter, we design a box-boundary mutual guidance module, which fosters more precise and comprehensive feature extraction via mutual guidance between a boundary prompt and a box prompt. This collaboration enhances the model's ability to accurately detect camouflaged objects. Moreover, we employ the discrete wavelet transform to extract high-frequency features from image embeddings. The high-frequency features serve as a supplementary component to the multiprompt ***, our COMPrompter guides the network to achieve enhanced segmentation results, thereby advancing the development of SAM in terms of COD. Experimental results across COD benchmarks demonstrate that COMPrompter achieves a cutting-edge performance, surpassing the current leading model by an average positive metric of 2.2% in COD10K. In the specific application of COD, the experimental results in polyp segmentation show that our model is superior to top-tier methods as well. Thermal management system is highly desirable to guarantee the performance and thermal safety of lithium-ion batteries,but it reduces the energy density of battery modules and even is unable to provide highly effective ***,a thermal management function integrated material is presented based on high-temperature resistant aerogel and phase change material and is applied at both charge–discharge process and thermal runaway *** this sandwich structure Paraffin@SiC nanowire/Aerogel sheet （denoted as PA@SAS） system,SiC nanowires endow the middle aerogel sheet （SAS） a dual nano-network *** enhanced mechanical properties of SAS were studied by compressive tests and dynamic mechanical ***,the thermal conductivity of SAS at 600°C is only 0.042 W/（m K）.The surface phase change material layers facilitate temperature uniformity of batteries （surface temperature difference less than 1.82°C） through latent ***,a large-format battery module with four 58 Ah LiNi0.5Co0.2Mn0.3O2LIBs was ***@SAS successfully prevents thermal runaway propagation,yielding a temperature gap of 602°C through the 2 mm-thick cross ***@SAS also exhibits excellent performance in other safety issues such as temperature rise rate,flame heat flux,*** lightweight property and effective insulation performance achieves significant safety enhancement with mass and volume energy density reduction of only 0.79%and 5.4%,*** originality of the present research stems from the micro and macro structure design of the proposed thermal management material and the combination of intrinsic advantages of every *** work provides a reliable design of achieving the integration of thermal management functions into an aerogel composite and improves the thermal safety of lithium-ion batteries.

The development of dual functional material for cyclic CO2capture and hydrogenation is of great significance for converting diluted CO2into valuable fuels,but suffers from kinetic limitation and deactivation of adsorbent and ***,we engineered a series of RuNa/γ-Al2O3materials,varying the size of ruthenium from single atoms to clusters/*** coordination environment and structure sensitivity of ruthenium were quantitatively investigated at atomic *** findings reveal that the reduced Ru nanoparticles,approximately 7.1 nm in diameter with a Ru-Ru coordination number of 5.9,exhibit high methane formation activity and selectivity at 340°*** Ru-Na interfacial sites facilitate CO2migration through a deoxygenation pathway,involving carbonate dissociation,carbonyl formation,and ***-situ experiments and theoretical calculations show that stable carbonyl intermediates on metallic Ru nanoparticles facilitate heterolytic C–O scission and C–H bonding,significantly lowering the energy barrier for activating stored CO2.
