Background:The analysis of communication tools used in advocacy is currently a topical research problem in the context of dynamic information communication in the sociopolitical *** and Objectives:The aim of the study was to analyze the attorney’s request as a means of obtaining information by attorneys to carry out their professional *** and Methods:The research was conducted with the help of numerous methods,the method of expert interviews being the leading *** was used to single out the procedural characteristics and prospects of the attorney’s request in presentday ***:Attention is drawn to a number of issues that complicate the process of submitting attorney’s request and a proper use of this mechanism and procedure by an *** ratification of the EU-Ukraine Association Agreement opens up new prospects not only for Ukrainian and European producers but also provides for interesting objectives for attorneys to consult the private sector in the process of building new ***:in this article,it was suggested to compare and analyze the issue of the attorney’s request in Ukrainian and Polish legal *** a result of the research,problems were identified,and proposals were made for a simplified procedure for submitting an attorney’s request as a communication instrument in advocacy.

in connection with the current prospect of decarbonization of coal energy through the use of small nuclear power plants (SNPPs) at existing TPPs as heat sources for heat supply to municipal heating networks, there is a technological need to improve heat supply schemes to increase their environmental friendliness and efficiency. The paper proves the feasibility of using the heat-feeding mode of ASHPs for urban heat supply by heating the network water with steam taken from the turbine. The ratio of electric and thermal power of a “nuclear” combined heat and power plant is given. The advantage of using a heat pump, which provides twice as much electrical power with the same heat output, is established. Taking into account that heat in these modes is supplied with different potential, the energy efficiency was used to compare these options. To increase the heat supply capacity, a scheme with the use of a high-pressure heater in the backpressure mode and with the heating of network water with hot steam was proposed. Heat supply from ASHPs is efficient and environmentally friendly even in the case of significant remoteness of heat consumers.

Metagenomic studies of various soil environments have previously revealed the widespread distribution of antibiotic resistance genes(ARGs)around the *** this study,we applied shotgun metagenomics to investigate differences in microbial communities and resistomes in Chernozem soils that have been under long-term organic and conventional cropping *** organic cropping system was seeded with Triticum spelta without any *** conventional cropping system was seeded with Tríticum durum Desf and used mineral fertilizer(NPK),that resulted in an increased amount of total and available carbon and nitrogen in *** all samples,we identified a total of 21 ARG classes,among which the dominant were vancomycin,tetracycline and *** of soil microbial communities revealed differences between the studied fields in the relative abundances of 14 and 53 genera in topsoil and subsoil,*** analysis showed significant correlations(positive and negative)among 18 genera and 6 ARGs,as well as between these ARGs and some chemical properties of *** analysis of metagenome-assembled genomes revealed that Nitrospirota,Thermoproteota,Actinobacteriota and Binatota phyla of archaea and bacteria serve as hosts for glycopeptide and fluoroquinolone/tetracycline ***,the data obtained enrich knowledge about the consequences of human agricultural activities in terms of soil microbiome modification and highlight the role of nitrogen cycling taxa,including uncultivated genera,in the formation of soil resistome.

Growth of skyrmionic MnSi nanowires on Si： Critical importance of the SiO2 layer

MnSi in the B20 structure is a prototypical helimagnet that forms a skyrmion lattice, a vortex-like spin texture under applied magnetic field. We have systematically explored the synthesis of single crystal MnSi nanowires via controlled oxide-assisted chemical vapor deposition and observed a characteristic signature of skyrmion magnetic ordering in the MnSi nanowires. The thickness of the SiO2 layer on the Si substrate plays the key role in obtaining a high yield of B20 MnSi skyrmion nanowires. A growth mechanism was proposed that is consistent with the existence of an optimum SiO2 thickness. A growth phase diagram was constructed based on the extensive studies of various growth conditions for various MnSi nanostructures. The persistence of both the helicoidal and skyrmion magnetic ordering in the one-dimensional wires was directly revealed by ac and dc magnetic measurements.

The use of hydrogen as the fuel of hybrid engine has a high value of specificparameters and wide prospect in the future in aerospace field. Three schemes of this kindof engine are proposed in this paper: （1）《The First-borne》 turbo-rocket engine withgasified and pre—heated （in heat exchanger） hydrogen as a working fluid of turbine. （2）The gas generator hydrogen bypass turbo-jet engine with an afterburner. （3） The enginewith the same above scheme but having an additional heat exchanger behind *** throttle characteristic of 《First-borne》 scheme of engine has been tested by usinga small-size engine on a special test rig and equipment. The investigation results showthat the performance of this engine under F= const, Tc（?）ch= Const, FThroat= Var programeof regulation is most *** addition, the variation of specific thrust Pspec, specific fuel consumption Cspecandthrust P are shown and explained.

The method of dangerous meteorological phenomenon detection using the data of coordinate measurement by receivers of global navigation satellite system （GLONASS） and global positioning system （GPS） is proposed. The possibility of thunderstorm courses and strong clouds detection on data of pseudo-distances and altitudes is shown theoretically and confirmed experimentally.

Parameters of self-consistent magnetized dusty sheaths are investigated usingcomputer simulations of a temporal evolution of one-dimensional slab plasma with dust *** evolution is caused by a collection of electrons and ions by both a wall (electrode) and dustparticles, which are initially immersed into plasma and distributed in front of the *** results show the existence of oscillations of a self-consistent potential in magnetizeddusty sheaths including boundary potentials. Dust particles weaken magnetized sheaths and createadditional sheaths close to a boundary of dust particles. The magnetic field does not influence onthe dust particle charge.

Non-equidistant sparse antenna arrays constructed on the basis of Latin squares are considered. A method for their construction and a synthesis algorithm are proposed,and the properties of two-dimensional antennas based on them,which ensure,at a high degree of rarefaction,a sufficiently small lateral radiation are studied. The features and main characteristics of such antennas are studied.
