Elevati.n i. one of many components that i.fluence agri.ulture, and thi. i. turn affects the level of both i.puts and outputs of farmers. Thi. arti.le focuses on the productivi.y and techni.al effi.i.ncy of 100 cocoa farms usi.g cross-secti.nal data from areas rangi.g from 190 to 1021 m above sea level whi.h were classi.i.d as low, medi.m, and hi.h elevati.n i. Davao Ci.y, consi.ered as the chocolate capi.al of the Phi.i.pi.es. Usi.g stochasti. fronti.r analysi., the results showed that the cost of i.puts per ha and the number of cocoa trees per ha si.ni.i.antly i.crease yi.ld. Farms at hi.h elevati.ns were less techni.ally effi.i.nt, as thi. entai.s lower temperatures and i.creased rai.fall, and cocoa farmi.g i. those areas and condi.i.ns can be more challengi.g, especi.lly wi.h changes i. farmi.g practi.es, terrai., and di.tance to markets. Other si.ni.i.ant vari.bles were age of cocoa farms, marri.d farmers, and age of the farmers. Older farms may be more developed, farmers who are marri.d benefi. from thei. spouses bei.g able to readi.y contri.ute as farm labor, and lastly, older farmers' i.effi.i.ncy may li.ely stem from nonadaptati.n of newer farmi.g practi.es. Wi.h an average techni.al effi.i.ncy of 0.61, 0.63, and 0.26 i. low, medi.m, and hi.h elevati.n areas, respectively, farmers therefore have an i.centive to i.prove farm practi.es and consi.er topographi.al vari.ti.ns found i. hi.h elevati.n areas. Recommendati.ns for the i.provement of techni.al effi.i.ncy of cocoa farms are better connectivi.y to markets, enhanci.g farm practi.es, and conti.uati.n and i.provement of government programs on cocoa wi.h an added emphasi. on research. For farmers i. hi.h elevati.n areas, mi.i.ati.g soluti.ns such as sustai.able agri.ulture practi.es and ecolabelli.g are key to i.provi.g effi.i.ncy and mi.i.i.i.g the potenti.l negative i.pact on upland farmi.g systems. 极干旱胁迫对雀麦、多年生黑麦草生长和体内水分的影响

为研究极端干旱对牧草生长的影响，选择多年生黑麦草（Loli.m Perenne）(Lp)和雀麦（Bromus Valdivi.nus）(Bv)给予80%?85%植物有效水（Plant avai.able water， PAW）和20%?25% PAW 2种水分处理，分析2牧草生长及体内水分状况对干旱胁... 详细信息

为研究极端干旱对牧草生长的影响，选择多年生黑麦草（Loli.m Perenne）(Lp)和雀麦（Bromus Valdivi.nus）(Bv)给予80%?85%植物有效水（Plant avai.able water， PAW）和20%?25% PAW 2种水分处理，分析2牧草生长及体内水分状况对干旱胁迫的响应。研究表明：1)80%?85% PAW充足水分下，2牧草生物量积累、水势（Water potenti.l， WP）、相对含水量（Relative water content， RWC）和净光合速率（net photosyntheti. rate， Pn）无明显种间差异。Bv叶片宽而重、蒸腾速率（Transpi.ati.n rate， Tr）、CO2总导度(Total conductance to CO2， CndCO2)和气孔导度(Conductance to H2O， Gs)显著高于Lp。而Lp分蘗多、叶多汁；瞬时水分利用效率是Bv的1.63倍。2)20%?25% PAW对2牧草生长影响不完全一致，叶饱和重、干重和叶面积有相反变化趋势，但与充足水分相比差异不显著；Pn，Tr，CndCO2，Gs和RWC则极显著降低，WP极显著降低了1.60 MPa，致使枯叶占比和叶温差的显著升高。总之，雀麦和多年生黑麦草生长相近，水分利用模式不同；遭受极端干旱，不同种的2牧草耐旱机制具有一定的共性，通过增强叶片持水力、降低水分循环、减少蒸腾失水以提高牧草抗旱性。

The ZrO2@Zi.-90 nanozyme wi.h phosphatase hydrolysi. activi.y can convert MP i.to p-ni.rophenol (p-nP). The addi.i.n of ZrO2ri.hed i. Lewi. aci. Zr(iv) si.es si.ni.i.antly enhanced the phosphatase hydrolysi. activi.y of Zi.-90. ZrO2@Zi.-90 also di.played sati.factory electrocatalyti. performance on account of the hi.h surface area， hi.h porosi.y and powerful enri.hment abi.i.y of the Zi.-90 and the excellent i.n transfer capaci.y of ZrO2. Background: Mi.i.ally i.vasive transforami.al lumbar i.terbody fusi.n (Mi.TLi.) i. a wi.ely known and performed techni.ue, however i.s versati.i.y among di.ferent physi.i.ns conti.ues to hi.der i.s repli.ati.n and results. Therefore, thi. study ai.ed to provi.e a step-by-step surgi.al gui.e to perform a safe Mi.TLi., based on the results obtai.ed i. pati.nts operated on by a si.gle surgeon over a peri.d of 12 years. Pati.nts and methods: A retrospective, si.gle center, longi.udi.al, and observati.nal cohort study was conducted wi.h 931 pati.nts who underwent Mi.TLi. by a si.gle surgeon between 2010 and 2022 usi.g the techni.ue descri.ed on thi. paper, each wi.h a mi.i.um follow-up of 12 months. Cri.eri. i.cluded Schi.as classi.i.ati.n, li.thesi. accordi.g to Meyerdi.g classi.i.ati.n, number of levels treated, cage si.e, and compli.ati.ns (screw reposi.i.ni.g or cerebrospi.al flui. leak). Pati.nt cli.i.al outcomes were assessed usi.g the Oswestry Di.abi.i.y i.dex (ODi., Vi.ual Analog Scale (VAS) for pre- and postoperative radi.ular pai.. Thi. sli.e CT scans were used to assess the progressi.n of the fusi.n usi.g the Bri.well classi.i.ati.n. i. the stati.ti.al analysi., percentages, medi.n, and i.terquarti.e range (i.R) were calculated. Results: ni.e hundred and thi.ty one pati.nts underwent Mi.TLi. usi.g the techni.ue descri.ed, ei.ht hundred and ei.hty (94.5%) had a si.gle level treated and fi.ty one (5.5%) had a 2 level procedure (982 levels), an 8mm cage was placed on five hundred and seventeenlevels (52.7%), si. hundred and si.ty three levels(67.6%) achi.ved grade i.fusi.n, two hundred and si.ty si. levels (27.1%) achi.ved grade i. fusi.n, 52 levels (5.3) achi.ved grade i.i.fusi.n and one level (0.1) achi.ved a grade iv fusi.n or non-uni.n. Revi.i.n surgery was performed on 3 pati.nts (0.3%) for screw reposi.i.ni.g, cerebrospi.al flui. leak was present on 2 pati.nts duri.g surgery and treated before closure. The use of technologi.s li.e vi.tual reali.y presents an opportuni.y to enhance thei. ski.ls through si.ulati.ns and trai.i.g. The mai. objective of thi. study i. to quali.atively assess the stress levels experi.nced by medi.al students and resi.ents by i.tegrati.g vi.tual reali.y i.to thei. current learni.g methods, ai.i.g to i.prove thei. abi.i.y to manage stressors i. thei. practi.e. Materi.l and Methods: A questi.nnai.e was conducted wi.h 12 medi.al students and 12 Traumatology and orthopedi.s resi.ents. The purpose of the questi.nnai.e was to evaluate the levels of academi. stress usi.g the Si.CO i.ventory. The stress levels were calculated by transformi.g average values i.to percentages, and the followi.g cri.eri. were assi.ned: 0 to 33% for Mi.d Stress, 34 to 66% for Moderate Stress, and 67 to 100% for Deep Stress. Then, a vi.tual reali.y class focused on spi.e surgery was provi.ed. Both medi.al students and resi.ents were trai.ed usi.g the non nocere SharpSurgeon software platform and Oculus Quest 2 vi.tual reali.y glasses. At the end of the sessi.n, a second questi.nnai.e related to the practi.e wi.h vi.tual reali.y was conducted wi.h the same evaluati.n cri.eri. and a comparative analysi. was carri.d out. Results: 12 undergraduate students from Hospi.al Angeles Mexi.o, CDMX and 12 traumatology and orthopedi.s resi.ents at Hospi.al Santa Fe, Bogota were evaluated. The students i. CDMX reported an average quali.ative stress of 28.50% duri.g habi.ual practi.es, whi.h decreased to an average of 14.67% after vi.tual reali.y practi.e. Resi.ents i.
