Scalability and information personal privacy are vital for training and deploying large-scale deep learning *** learning trains models on exclusive information by aggregating weights from various devices and taking advantage of the device-agnostic environment of web ***,relying on a main central server for internet browser-based federated systems can prohibit scalability and interfere with the training process as a result of growing client ***,information relating to the training dataset can possibly be extracted from the distributed weights,potentially reducing the privacy of the local data used for *** this research paper,we aim to investigate the challenges of scalability and data privacy to increase the efficiency of distributed training *** a result,we propose a web-federated learning exchange(WebFLex)framework,which intends to improve the decentralization of the federated learning *** is additionally developed to secure distributed and scalable federated learning systems that operate in web browsers across heterogeneous ***,WebFLex utilizes peer-to-peer interactions and secure weight exchanges utilizing browser-to-browser web real-time communication(WebRTC),efficiently preventing the need for a main central *** has actually been measured in various setups using the MNIST *** results show WebFLex’s ability to improve the scalability of federated learning systems,allowing a smooth increase in the number of participating devices without central data *** addition,WebFLex can maintain a durable federated learning procedure even when faced with device disconnections and network ***,it improves data privacy by utilizing artificial noise,which accomplishes an appropriate balance between accuracy and privacy preservation.

Recently,computer aided diagnosis(CAD)model becomes an effective tool for decision making in healthcare *** advances in computer vision and artificial intelligence(AI)techniques have resulted in the effective design of CAD models,which enables to detection of the existence of diseases using various imaging *** cancer(OC)has commonly occurred in head and neck *** identification of OC enables to improve survival rate and reduce mortality ***,the design of CAD model for OC detection and classification becomes ***,this study introduces a novel Computer Aided Diagnosis for OC using Sailfish Optimization with Fusion based Classification(CADOC-SFOFC)*** proposed CADOC-SFOFC model determines the existence of OC on the medical *** accomplish this,a fusion based feature extraction process is carried out by the use of VGGNet-16 and Residual Network(ResNet)***,feature vectors are fused and passed into the extreme learning machine(ELM)model for classification ***,SFO algorithm is utilized for effective parameter selection of the ELM model,consequently resulting in enhanced *** experimental analysis of the CADOC-SFOFC model was tested on Kaggle dataset and the results reported the betterment of the CADOC-SFOFC model over the compared methods with maximum accuracy of 98.11%.Therefore,the CADOC-SFOFC model has maximum potential as an inexpensive and non-invasive tool which supports screening process and enhances the detection efficiency.

Melting of hydrous pyroxenites with alkali amphiboles in the continental mantle:*** element compositions of melts and minerals

The trace element compositions of melts and minerals from high-pressure experiments on hydrous pyroxenites containing K-richterite are presented. The experiments used mixtures of a third each of the natural minerals clinopyroxene, phlogopite and K-richterite, some with the addition of 5% of an accessory phase ilmenite, rutile or apatite. although the major element compositions of melts resemble natural lamproites, the trace element contents of most trace elements from the three-mineral mixture are much lower than in lamproites. Apatite is required in the source to provide high abundances of the rare earth elements, and either rutile and/or ilmenite is required to provide the high field strength elements Ti, Nb, Ta, Zr and Hf. Phlogopite controls the high levels of Rb, Cs and *** abundances of trace elements in the various starting mixtures vary strongly because of the use of natural minerals, we calculated mineral/melt partition coefficients (DMin/melt) using mineral modes and melting reactions and present trace element patterns for different degrees of partial melting of hydrous pyroxenites. Rb, Cs and Ba are compatible in phlogopite and the partition coefficient ratio phlogopite/K-richterite is high for Ba (136) and Rb (12). all melts have low contents of most of the first row transition elements, particularly Ni and Cu ((0.1-0.01)×primitive mantle). Nickel has high DMin/melt for all the major minerals (12 for K-richterite, 9.2 for phlogopite and 5.6 for Cpx) and so behaves at least as compatibly as in melting of peridotites. Fluorine/chlorine ratios in melts are high and DMin/melt for fluorine decreases in the order apatite (2.2) > phlogopite (1.5) > K-richterite (0.87). The requirement for apatite and at least one Ti-oxide in the source of natural lamproites holds for mica pyroxenites that lack K-richterite. Metabolic rewiring of stem cells and differentiated cells in cancer: the hypothetical consequences of a GABA deficiency in endocrine pancreas

The carcinogenic mechanism proposed considers that stem cells committed to repair tissues and differentiated cells, acquire different metabolic properties, if there is an associated GABA deficiency suppressing a control system of the endocrine pancreas. This control system mediated by GABA, released with insulin, normally turns off glucagon and somatostatin release when insulin is released. A consequence of the GABA deficiency in pancreas and adrenals is a hybrid insulin-glucagon-somatostatin message, received by new mitotic stem cells displaying then a hybrid metabolic rewiring. This gives them a selective metabolic advantage over differentiated cells that become insulin resistant and only receive the glucagon- somatostatin part of the hormonal message. Indeed, their insulin receptors are desensitized by the persistent leakage of insulin resulting from the GABA deficiency that fails to close the insulin release mechanism. Thus differentiated cells are simply rewired to be plundered by stem cells. The metabolic advantage gained by stem cells blocks their own differentiation and maintains their mitotic capacity. Inevitable mutations of mitotic cells follow, the immune system is unable to eliminate a geometrically increasing number of altered stem cells, a selection of the most aggressive but metabolically successful population takes place when cancer is declared.

Mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue lymphoma translocation protein 1(MalT1),also known as paracaspase 1,is a ubiquitous protease with homology to caspases.1 The function of MalT1 is best understood in immune cells,in particular lymphocytes,in which MalT1 controls signaling downstream of antigen receptors,for example,nuclear-factor-kappa-B(NF-κB)and mitogen-activated protein kinase *** of MalT1 paracaspase activity has been shown to require the assembly of a tripartite signaling complex termed CBM(CARD11/BCL10/MalT1),which is formed following the phosphorylation and conformational change of caspase recruitment domain 11(CARD11)that is induced by antigen-receptor stimulation.

Melting experiments on ultramafic rocks rich in the hydrous minerals phlogopite or phlogopite+K-rich terite,some including 5%of accessory phases,have been conducted at 15 and 50 *** assemblages represent probable source components that contribute to melts in cratonic regions,but whose melt compositions are poorly known.A main series of starting compositions based on MARID xenoliths consisted of a third each of clinopyroxene(CPX),phlogopite(PHL)and K-richterite(KR)with or without 5%ilmenite,rutile or *** experiments were run without KR and with higher proportions of accessory *** traps were used at near-solidus temperatures to facilitate accurate analysis of wellquenched melts,for which reversal experiments demonstrate *** show that KR melts rapidly and completely within 50°C of the solidus,so that melts reflect the composition of the amphibole and its melting *** have high SiO_(2) and especially K_(2)O but low CaO and al_(2)O_(3) relative to basaltic melts produced from peridotites at similar *** have no counterparts amongst natural rocks,but most closely resemble leucite lamproites at 15 *** and PHL melt incongruently to form olivine(OL)and CPX at 15 kbar,promoting SiO2 contents of the melt,whereas orthopyroxene OPX is increasingly stable at lower lithosphere pressures,leading to an increase in Mg O and decrease in SiO_(2) in melts,which resemble olivine *** of mica pyroxenites without KR are richer in CaO and al_(2)O_(3) and do not resemble *** experiments show that low CaO and al_(2)O_(3) in igneous rocks is not necessarily a sign of a depleted peridotite *** phases produce melts exceptionally rich in P_(2)O_(5) or TiO_(2) depending on the phases present and are unlike any melts seen at the Earth’s surface,but may be important agents of metasomatism seen in *** addition of the 5%accessory phases ilmenite,rutile or apatite result in melting temper

The deep learning model encompasses a powerful learning ability that integrates the feature extraction,and classification method to improve *** Neural Networks(CNN)perform well in machine learning and image processing tasks like segmentation,classification,detection,identification,*** CNN models are still sensitive to noise and *** smallest change in training images as in an adversarial attack can greatly decrease the accuracy of the CNN *** paper presents an alpha fusion attack analysis and generates defense against adversarial *** proposed work is divided into three phases:firstly,an MLSTM-based CNN classification model is developed for classifying COVID-CT ***,an alpha fusion attack is generated to fool the classification *** alpha fusion attack is tested in the last phase on a modified LSTM-based CNN(CNN-MLSTM)model and other pre-trained *** results of CNN models show that the accuracy of these models dropped greatly after the alpha-fusion *** highest F1 score before the attack was achieved is 97.45 And after the attack lowest F1 score recorded is 22%.Results elucidate the performance in terms of accuracy,precision,F1 score and Recall.

Underwater acoustic sensor network(UASN)refers to a procedure that promotes a broad spectrum of aquatic *** can be practically applied in seismic checking,ocean mine identification,resource exploration,pollution checking,and disaster *** confronts many difficulties and issues,such as low bandwidth,node movements,propagation delay,3D arrangement,energy limitation,and high-cost production and arrangement costs caused by antagonistic underwater *** wireless sensor networks(UWSNs)are considered a major issue being encountered in energy management because of the limited battery power of their ***,the harsh underwater environment requires vendors to design and deploy energy-hungry devices to fulfil the communication requirements and maintain an acceptable quality of ***,increased transmission power levels result in higher channel interference,thereby increasing packet *** the facts mentioned above,this research presents a controlled transmission power-based sparsity-aware energy-efficient clustering in *** contributions of this technique is ***,it uses the adaptive power control mechanism to utilize the sensor nodes’battery and reduce channel interference ***,thresholds are defined to ensure successful ***,clustering can be implemented in dense areas to decrease the repetitive transmission that ultimately affects the energy consumption of nodes and interference ***,mobile sinks are deployed to gather information locally to achieve the previously mentioned *** suggested protocol is meticulously examined through extensive simulations and is validated through comparison with other advanced UWSN *** show that the suggested protocol outperforms other procedures in terms of network lifetime and packet delivery ratio.

A series of N-substituted （Z）-3-（（2-benzyl）-4-oxopent-2-yl）pyrrole-2,5-diones were synthesized and characterized. The compounds were synthesized from dimethyl-2-（（Z）-2-（benzylamino）-4-oxopent-2-en-3-yl） fumarate （9） and dimethyl acetylenedi-carboxylate followed by reaction with some amines in refluxing ethanol. The identification of the compounds were based on spectroscopic analysis such as 1R （infrared）, UV （ultraviolet）, ^1H-NMR （nuclear magnetic resonance） and the microanalysis of the elements （CHN （microanalysis）） data.

A Hybrid Heuristic algorithm for Solving COVID-19’s Social Distancing at Universities Campus

Social distancing during COVID-19 has become one of the most important measures in reducing the risks of the spread of the virus. Implementing thesemeasures at universities is crucial and directly related to the physical attendance ofthe populations of students, professors, employees, and other members on campus. This research proposes an automated scheduling approach that can help universities and schools comply with the social distancing regulations by providingassistance in avoiding huge assemblages of people. Furthermore, this paper proposes a novel course timetable-scheduling scheme based on four main ***, a distance of two meters must be maintained between each student inside theclassroom. Second, no classrooms should contain more than 20% of their regularcapacity. Third, there would be no back-to-back classes. Lastly, no lectures shouldbe held simultaneously in adjacent classrooms. The proposed approach wasimplemented using a variable neighborhood search (VNS) approach with an adaptive neighborhood structure (AD-NS) to resolve the problem of scheduling coursetimetables at al-Ahlyyia Amman University. However, the experimental resultsshow that the proposed techniques outperformed the standard VNS tested on university course timetabling benchmark dataset ITC2007-Track3. Meanwhile, theapproach was tested using datasets collected from the faculty of information technology at al-Ahlyyia Amman University (Jordan). Where the results showed that,the proposed technique could help educational institutes to resume their regularoperations while complying with the social distancing guidelines.
