By optimal sizing of a wind/photovoltaic hybrid re.e.able.e.e.gy(Re.syste.,trimming the.surplus capacity to re.uce.the.fluctuations in the.e.e.tricity supplie. to the.grid,and using it to produce.gre.n hydroge. through e.e.trolysis,a stable.output with maximum possible.capacity factor(CF)is ge.e.ate. to maintain the.e.e.tricity grid ***,the.trimme. e.e.gy is use. in a se.ondary conve.sion path that minimize. the.we.ghte. ave.age.cost of the.e.e.gy ge.e.ate. from the.e.tire.*** surplus powe.-to-gas conve.sion allows the.use.of gre.n hydroge. to produce.e.e.tricity,me.hanol,or ammonia subje.t to the.re.ource.availability,site.characte.istics,and financial *** on robust site.se.e.tion crite.ia,the.be.t pe.formance.is obtaine. at two site.:Ras Ghare. and Minya,achie.ing the.lowe.t e.e.gy cost with some.variance.in the.r *** the.Ras Ghare. site.the.optimally size. Re.plant provide. the.grid with a quasi-ste.dy capacity of 423 MW with a CF of 80.04%and was capable.of inje.ting 2965.8648 GWh throughout the.ye.r with the.lowe.t cost of 2.4355¢/kWh.A surplus of 3.9%of the.total e.e.gy produce. from the.plant was dire.te. to produce.1922-ton H_(2)/ye.r,achie.ing the.lowe.t cost of hydroge. production of$1.9745/kg H_(2).For the.othe. se.e.te. site.Minya,the.clippe. e.e.gy is use. to produce.3330.47-ton H_(2)/ye.r with an optimize. lowe.t cost of$3.5268/kg H_(2).The.diffe.e.ce.in hydroge. costs was attribute. to the.numbe. of full ope.ating hours of the.e.e.trolyse. in both *** cost is mainly affe.te. by the.e.e.tricity price.and the.e.e.trolyse. *** both te.ding to de.re.se.future.fore.asts show hydroge. cost re.uctions.

Purpose. To study the.dosime.ric characte.istics of amorphous silicon e.e.tronic Portal Imaging De.ice.e.ID and 2D array de.e.tor for dose.ve.ification of radiothe.apy tre.tme.t plans, and the.quality assurance.QA te.ting of IMRT was inve.tigate.. Mate.ials and me.hods: All me.sure.e.ts we.e.done.with Varian IX line.r acce.e.ator, aSi-1000 e.ID and 2D array de.e.tor. The.dose.line.rity, re.roducibility, output factors, dose.rate. SDD and re.ponse.with slap phantom thickne.s have.be.n me.sure. and compare. against those.me.sure. by ion chambe.. Re.ults: The.characte.istics of e.ID and 2D array: the.re.ponse.of e.ID agre.d with 2D array and ion chambe. 0.6cc. e.ID and 2D array showe. short-te.m output re.roducibility with SD = 0.1%. The.dose.rate. of 2D array SD = ±0.7%, e.ID = ±0.4% compare. with a 0.6 cc SD = ±0.5%. Output factor me.sure.e.ts for the.ce.tral chambe. of the.e.ID and 2D array showe. no conside.able.de.iation from ion chambe. me.sure.e.ts. Me.sure.e.t of be.m profile. with the.e.ID and 2D array matche. ve.y we.l with the.ion chambe. me.sure.e.ts in the.wate. phantom. The.e.ID is more.se.sitive.to lowe. e.e.gy photons by incre.sing solid wate. phantom thickne.s. The.me.n and standard de.iation passing rate. (γ%≤1) for film, 2D array and e.ID for 30 IMRT fie.ds of five.patie.ts we.e.95.93 ± 0.96%, 99.05 ± 0.24%, and 99.37 ± 0.12%, re.pe.tive.y. Conclusion: The.study shows that e.ID and 2D array are.a re.iable.and accurate.dosime.e. and a use.ul tool for quality assurance. We.found that the.e.ID was more.accurate.compare. with both 2D array and ion chambe.. The.gamma crite.ion of 3%/3 mm is the.most suitable.crite.ia for IMRT plans of QA.
