Background Exposure to bisphenol A(BPA),an environmental pollutant known for its endocrine-disrupting properties,during gestation has been reported to increase the risk of fetal growth restriction(FGR)in an ovine model of *** hypothesized that the FGR results from the BPA-induced insufficiency and barrier dysfunction of the placenta,oxidative stress,inflammatory responses,autophagy and endoplasmic reticulum stress(ERS).However,precise mechanisms underlying the BPA-induced placental dysfunction,and subsequently,FGR,as well as the potential involvement of placental ERS in these complications,remain to be *** In vivo experiment,16 twin-pregnant(from d 40 to 130 of gestation)Hu ewes were randomly distributed into two groups(8 ewes each).One group served as a control and received corn oil once a day,whereas the other group received BPA(5 mg/kg/d as a subcutaneous injection).In vitro study,ovine trophoblast cells(OTCs)were exposed to 4 treatments,6 replicates *** OTCs were treated with 400μmol/l BPA,400μmol/l BPA+0.5μg/m l tunicamycin(Tm;ERS activator),400μmol/l BPA+1μmol/l 4-phenyl butyric acid(4-PBA;ERS antagonist)and DMEM/F12 complete medium(control),for 24 *** In vivo experiments,pregnant Hu ewes receiving the BPA from 40 to 130 days of pregnancy experienced a decrease in placental efficiency,progesterone(P4)level and fetal weight,and an increase in placental estrogen(E2)level,together with barrier dysfunctions,OS,inflammatory responses,autophagy and ERS in type A *** vitro experiment,the OTCs exposed to BPA for 24 h showed an increase in the E2 level and related protein and gene expressions of autophagy,ERS,pro-apoptosis and inflammatory response,and a decrease in the P4 level and the related protein and gene expressions of antioxidant,anti-apoptosis and barrier ***,treating the OTCs with Tm aggravated BPA-induced dysfunction of barrier and endocrine(the increased E2 level and decreased P4 level),OS,inflamm

Dark Matter Search in Dwarf Irregular Galaxies with Ten Years of Data from the Ice Cube Neutrino Observatory

Curcumin Interferes with TGF-β1-Induced Fibrosis in NRK-49F Cells by Reversing ADAMTS18 Gene Methylation

Simultaneously enhanced electrochemical performance and air stability of Ni-rich cathode with a modified washing process

Water washing has been regarded as one of the most effective strategies to remove surface residual lithium of nickel-rich layered oxides for lithium-ion batteries(lIBs).However,the loss of lattice lithium during the water washing process deteriorates the electrochemical performances and air ***,washing the liNi_(0.90)Co_(0.05)Al_(0.02)O_(2)(NCA) with ammonium dihydrogen phosphate(NH_(4)H_(2)PO_(4)) solution has been proposed to simultaneously enhance electrochemical performances and air stability,in which in-situ generated li_(3)PO_(4) coating layer on surface of NCA can suppress the loss of lattice ***,as a fast ionic conductor,li_(3)PO_(4) coating layer on NCA can prevent the direct contact with electrolyte/*** a result,the NH_(4)H_(2)PO_(4) solution washed NCA cathode can deliver a high capacity of131.9 mAh·g^(-1) at 10.0C rate as well as impressive cycle stability with a capacity retention of 83.1% after 100 cycles at 1.0C,much higher than those of water washed NCA(WS-NCA) *** exposed in air for 7 days,the NH_(4)H_(2)PO_(4) solution washed NCA electrode can more effectively maintain the structural integrity as well as the electrochemical performances than water-washed *** work provides a simple and effective approach to enhance the cycle stability and air stability of Nickel-rich cathode materials.

Zircon U-Pb-Hf and trace element signatures reveal the petrogenesis of the Jiuyishan granitic complex， South China: Implications for W-Sn and rare metal mineralization

The Jiuyishan granitic complex， located in the Nanling Range， South China， is composed of five granitic plutons （Xuehuading， Jinjiling， Pangxiemu， Shaziling and Xishan）. Zircon U-Pb dating of four plutons （Jinjiling， Pangxiemu， Shaziling and Xishan） yielded similar ages of approximately 153 Ma， indicating indistinguishable ages within error. Three plutons except the Shaziling pluton， have consistent εNd（t）（-7.8 to -5.8） and εHf（t）（-9.1 to -2.2） values， which are similar to those of the lower crustal granulitic metasedimentary and meta-igneous rocks in South China. Comparing to other three plutons， the Shaziling pluton has consistent εHf（t）（-7.4 to -6.8） and εHf（t）（-7.5 to -4.7） values and shows similar source， but the Shaziling mafic microgranular enclaves （MMEs） show variable εHf（t）（-14.2 to 4.8） values， indicating a remarkable mantle magma injection of the Shaziling pluton. Zircon Ce/Sm-Yb/Gd， whole-rock CaO-P2O5and CaO-TiO2linear trends revealed that from the Xishan to the Shaziling and from the Jinjiling to the Pangxiemu granites， they experienced apatite and titanite fractionation， respectively. Zircon Th， U， Nb， Ta， Hf， Ti， Y， P and rare earth element （REE） contents and whole-rock Sr， Ba and Rb contents also show that the Shazling， Xishan， Jinjiling and Pangxiemu granites followed a discontinuous evolutionary series， but the Pangxiemu granites exhibit highly evolved nature. Four main controlling factors of W-Sn and rare metal mineralization in granitic rocks were discussed， and we found that the mineralization in Jiuyishan granitic complex was mainly controlled by the fractionation degree and crystallization temperature， but were rarely affected by oxygen fugacity and mantle material input. The Pangxiemu granites show particularly higher Rb and Ta contents than the other three plutons， implying that the ore deposits developed in the Jiuyishan complex were directly related to the most evolved Pangxiemu pluton， with the occurrence of Rb and Ta as the most l

为了提高透射式GaAs光电阴极性能,将国内与美国ITT公司的透射式GaAs光电阴极量子效率曲线进行对比,可知我国透射式光电阴极积分灵敏度已经达到2130μA/lm,美国ITT达到了2330μA/lm.利用修正后的量子效率、光学性能以及积分灵敏度的理论模型,分别对两者进行光学结构拟合.结果表明,国内光电阴极在窗口层和发射层的厚度、电子扩散长度以及后界面复合速率等方面均与ITT有一定差距.为了缩短两者的差距,优化阴极结构参数,具体研究了电子扩散长度和发射层厚度对量子效率的影响,结果表明如果均匀掺杂透射式GaAs光电阴极发射层厚度为1.3μm、电子扩散长度为7μm,则积分灵敏度可以达到2800μA/lm以上.
