Tolue.e.was alkylate. with me.hanol in a f.ow type.re.ctor at te.pe.ature. be.we.n 300 and 500 °C using H-ZSM-5 ze.lite. 0.2%Pt/H-ZSM-5 and hydrof.uorinate. 0.2%Pt/H-ZSM-5 with Hf.conce.trations of.1.0%, 2.0%, 3.0%, or 4.0%. Pt primarily e.hance. tolue.e.conve.sion, total xyle.e. production, and p-xyle.e.re.ative.to its the.modynamic e.uilibrium. As the.conce.tration of.Hf.incre.se. f.om 1.0% to 3.0%, the.catalyst activity incre.se. be.ause.of.the.incre.se.in the.numbe. of.acid site. and the.r stre.gth. Additionally, the.surf.ce.are. and Pt dispe.sion also incre.se.. An advantage.of.incre.se. Hf.doping is that the.f.rmation of.voluminous trime.hylbe.ze.e.(TMB) byproducts is inhibite.. Howe.e., at a Hf.conce.tration of.4.0%, Al and Si are.partially le.che. and the. de.osite. mostly in the.wide. catalytic pore.. This was de.e.mine. by e.aluating the.pore.volume.distribution and we.de.e.mine. that re.ctivity inhibition was ob-viously pre.e.t and was due.to dif.usion re.triction.

The.magne.ic me.sure.e.ts re.e.le. an unsaturate. f.rromagne.ic state.in Alf.2B2with a transition te.pe.ature.Tc） of.286 K. Isothe.mal magne.ization me.surme.t at 5 K gave.a saturation magne.ization of.0.7 μB pe. f. atom while.Arrott plots e.tablish the.se.ond orde. nature.of.f.rromagne.ic transition. The.the.mal e.olution of.M?ssbaue. spe.tra conf.rme. the.f.rromagne.ic nature.of.this mate.ial re.e.ling an hype.f.ne.f.e.d of.73 kOe.and an isome. shif. of.0.46 mm/s at 100 K. The.porous silica compacts having 30% porosity and 〉 2.5 MPa compre.sive.stre.gth suitable.f.r tundish lining could be.obtaine. f.om the.combustion of.rice.husk ash compacts.
