从世界各国经验来看,以创业促进就业的发展思路,已经成为缓解高校毕业生的就业压力、解决社会问题的一个重要出口,这对非洲大学的创业教育具有十分重要的借鉴意义。创业意愿作为创业行为背后的驱动因素,是个体产生创业行为的重要先决条件。通过创业意愿,可以很好地预测其将来的创业行为,这使得创业意愿成为创业研究的重要切入点。目前对大学生创业意愿的激发和鼓励研究,已成学术界和实践界的热点问题。本研究以创业认知理论为基础构建研究模型,采用已有成熟量表设计调查问卷,选取刚果三所大学在校大学生为调查对象,运用Microsoft Excel、SPSS21.0和AMOS17.0等统计分析软件对收集到的数据进行处理,研究了外向性、开放性和情绪稳定性等人格特质人格对创业警觉性和创业意愿的直接影响,并探索了创业警觉性在人格特质与创业意愿之间的中介作用。本研究主要得到以下结论:（1）大学生的外向性和开放性人格特质对创业意愿有积极影响;（2）然而,情绪稳定性对创业意愿却没有显示出积极影响;（3）创业警觉性对创业意愿具有积极影响;（4）创业警觉性在外向性、开放性人格特质与创业意愿之间起到了中介作用。最后,本文对数据分析结果进行了总结,得出了主要的研究结论和相应的管理启示,对此次研究的不足做出了分析和总结,并就未来的研究扩展方向进行了展望。

Objective: This study aimed to determine variables associated (predictors and correlates) with the learning of assessment and supportive skills in the context of a communication skills training for medical residents. Methods: Learning was measured by comparing residents’ communication skills in a simulated consultation before and after a communication skills training. Communication skills were transcribed and tagged with a computer-assisted program. Potential variables associated with learning (residents’ characteristics, contextual characteristics and pre-training communication skills) were measured before the training and entered in regression analysis. Results: Fifty-six residents followed the training between 2002 and 2006. Poor pre-training assessment and supportive skills predicted the respective learning of these skills. Better assessment skills’ learning was predicted by copings (i.e. lower level of emotional coping), lower levels of self-efficacy and depersonalization. Better supportive skills’ learning was predicted by a lower work experience and associated with a higher training attendance rate. Conclusions: Predictors and correlates of assessment and supportive skills learning were different. Trainers needed to detect certain residents’ characteristics (i.e. depersonalization) in order to optimize assessment skills learning. Trainers needed to be aware that supportive skills are difficult to learn and to teach and may need more training hours.

Impairment of vascular smooth muscle cells (VSMC) is recognized as a predisposition factor for atherosclerosis development. We hypothesize that the metabolic syndrome has a direct impact on VSMC migration and phenotypic switching, which may increase the incidence of atherosclerotic events. Aortic VSMC were extracted from 10 weeks old C57BL6 mice and incubated for 24 hr in adipocytes conditioned cell culture medium. Adipocytes were extracted from diabetic C57BL6 male mice fed with either a vegetal or an animal High-Fat-Diet (HFD) for 20 weeks. Migration of VSMC in response to conditioned media stimulations was significantly modulated compared to control. The most extended effects on VSMC were triggered by adipocytes from mice fed with animal HFD. These effects were concurrent with increased leptin concentrations and decreased adiponectin levels in conditioned media. A significant up-regulation of CD36 mRNA level was found in VSMC treated with adipocytes from HFD-fed mice. In conclusion, we have shown that the development of adipocyte-induced VSMC alterations is linked to diet fatty acid composition and the degree of metabolic alterations. The modulation of adipokine secretions in the adipose tissue that is linked to metabolic alterations may alter the physiology of VSMC and thus accelerate the development of metabolic-related vascular diseases.

Hepatitis C virus(HCV)is still one of the main causes of liver disease *** disorders,including nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD),induced by HCV have been shown to accelerate the progression of fibrosis to cirrhosis and to increase the risk of hepatocellular *** optimal peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor gamma coactivator 1-alpha(PPARGC1A)activity is crucial to prevent NAFLD *** present study aims to investigate the associations between two common PPARGC1A polymorphisms(rs8192678 and rs12640088)and the outcomes of HCV infection in a North African context.A series of 592 consecutive Moroccan subjects,including 292 patients with chronic hepatitis C(CHC),100 resolvers and 200 healthy controls were genotyped using a TaqMan allelic discrimination ***1A variations at rs8192678 and rs12640088 were not associated with spontaneous clearance of HCV infection(adjusted ORs=0.76 and 0.79 respectively,P[0.05,for both).Furthermore,multivariable logistic regression analysis showed that both SNPs were not associated with fibrosis progression(OR=0.71;95%CI 0.20–2.49;P=0.739;OR=1.28;95%CI 0.25–6.54;P=0.512,respectively).We conclude that,in the genetic context of South Mediterranean patients,rs8192678 and rs12640088 polymorphisms of PPARGC1 A are neither associated with spontaneous clearance nor with disease progression in individuals infected with HCV.

Infections with Salmonella enterica belong to the most prominent causes of food poisoning and infected fruits and vegetables represent important vectors for salmonellosis. Recent evidence indicates that plants recognize S. enterica and raise defense responses. Nonetheless, the molecular mechanisms controlling the interaction of S. enterica with plants are still largely unclear. Here, we show that flagellin from S. enterica represents a prominent pathogenassociated molecular pattern （PAMP） in Arabidopsis thaliana, which induces PAMP-triggered immunity （PTI） via the recognition of the fig22 domain by the receptor kinase FLS2. The Arabidopsis fls2 mutant shows reduced though not abolished PTI activation, indicating that plants rely also on recognition of other S. enterica PAMPs. Interestingly, the S. enterica type III secretion system （T3SS） mutant prgH- induced stronger defense gene expression than wild-type bacteria in Arabidopsis, suggesting that T3SS effectors are involved in defense suppression. Furthermore, we observe that S. enterica strains show variation in the fig22 epitope, which results in proteins with reduced PTI-inducing activity. Altogether, these results show that S. enterica activates PTI in Arabidopsis and suggest that, in order to accomplish plant colonization, S. enterica evolved strategies to avoid or suppress PTI.

Quali-Site is a decision process tool to reduce the potential for exposure of operators to chemical hazards due to handling pesticides in the seed treatment *** tool focuses on analysing real work practices of operators and assessing skin and respiratory exposure levels in these practices using a tracer,fludioxonil(a fungicide widely used in seed treatment industry).A formal evaluation of the tool has been conducted by an ergo-toxicologist in a pilot project covering 3 different seed treatment *** management techniques have been used to transfer improved practices via the decision tool to about twenty five percent of the French seed treatment industry in less than 3 years.

根据三维地震地质模型对地震数据进行模拟是从勘探到生产的周期内决策过程中的一个不可或缺的组成部分。虽然对于在储层内的动力过程和地震地质的模型表述已经取得很大进展,但如何从这些模型得到地震数据的精确模拟仍面临很多挑战。通常是在地球模型范围内根据物性用一维褶积方法来模拟地震数据。然而这个过程一般不考虑地震勘探布局和盖层对地震信号的影响。我们审视了为什么这些因素会制约三维地球模型的有效性,并考虑了为什么需要把盖层和地震勘探布局对三维覆盖和分辨率的影响加进模拟过程之中。我们提出了一种新方法,把建立物性模型和一种新的地震模拟技术结合起来,给出一个工作流程;利用这个流程,勘探工作者可以很快模拟出三维的PSDM数据,这些数据加进了盖层和地震勘探布局对覆盖及分辨率的影响。我们利用从远离挪威海岸的一个油田得到的数据,在考虑覆盖和分辨率效应的地震数据模拟之前,对岩石物性做了一些扰动,然后进行地震数据模拟,以此来说明如何可以用这种方法提高三维地球模型的精确性和增进我们对储层的了解。
