the insect mitogenome is typically a compact circular molecule with highly conserved gene ***,mitogenome structural variations have been reported in specific taxa,and gene rearrangements,usually the tRNAs,occur in different *** synapomorphies of mitogenome organizations can provide information for phylogenetic inferences,comparative analyses of mitogenomes have been given increasing ***,most studies use a very few species to represent the whole genus,tribe,family,or even order,overlooking potential variations at lower taxonomic levels,which might lead to some incorrect *** provide new insights into mitogenome organizations and their implications for phylogenetic inference,this study conducted comparative analyses for mitogenomes of three social bee tribes(Meliponini,Bombini,and Apini)based on the phylogenetic framework with denser taxonomic sampling at the species and population *** analyses revealed that mitogenomes of Apini and Bombini are the typical type,while those of Meliponini show diverse variations in mitogenome sizes and *** inverted repeats(IRs)cause significant gene rearrangements of protein coding genes(PCGs)and rRNAs in Indo-Malay/Australian stingless bee *** evolution analyses showed that the lineage with IRs have lower dN/dS ratios for PCGs than lineages without IRs,indicating potential effects of IRs on the evolution of mitochondrial *** finding of IRs and different patterns of gene rearrangements suggested that Meliponini is a hotspot in mitogenome *** conserved PCGs and rRNAs whose rearrangements were found only in the mentioned lineages within Meliponini,tRNA rearrangements are common across all three tribes of social bees,and are significant even at the species level,indicating that comprehensive sampling is needed to fully understand the patterns of tRNA rearrangements,and their implications for phylogenetic inference.

Co_(3)V_(2)O_(8)/Co_(3)O_(4)/ti_(3)C_(2)t_(x) composite was easily synthesized via one-step succinct-operated hydrothermal *** interconnected Co_(3)V_(2)O_(8)/Co_(3)O_(4) nanowires network can in-situ grow and anchor on the surface of ti_(3)C_(2)t_(x) via the strong Co-F bonds and contribute tremendously to depress ti_(3)C_(2)t_(x) *** from the synergistically interplayed effect among the multiple interfaces and high conductivity of ti_(3)C_(2)t_(x) as well as outstanding stability of the as-designed nanostructure,the optimum Co_(3)V_(2)O_(8)/Co_(3)O_(4)/ti_(3)C_(2)t_(x)electrode reaches a commendable specific capacitance(up to 3800 mF·cm^(−2)),great rate capability(80%capacitance retention after 20-times current increasing),and preeminent cycling stability(95.4%/85.5%retention at 7000th/20,000th cycle).Moreover,the all-solid-state asymmetric supercapacitor based on Co_(3)V_(2)O_(8)/Co_(3)O_(4)/ti_(3)C_(2)t_(x) and active carbon can deliver a high energy density of 84.0μWh·cm^(−2) at the power energy of 3.2 mW·cm^(−2),and excellent cycling durability with 87.0%of initial capacitance retention upon 20,000 *** work provides a practicable pathway to tailor MXene-based composites for high-performance supercapacitor.

We propose a uniﬁed 3D ﬂow frameworkfor joint learning of shape embedding and deformationfor different categories. Our goal is to recovershapes from imperfect point clouds by ﬁtting thebest shape template in a shape repository afterdeformation. Accordingly, we learn a shape embeddingfor template retrieval and a ﬂow-based network forrobust deformation. We note that the deformationﬂow can be quite different for different shapecategories. therefore, we introduce a novel multi-hubmodule to learn multiple modes of deformation toincorporate such variation, providing a network whichcan handle a wide range of objects from differentcategories. the shape embedding is designed to retrievethe best-ﬁt template as the nearest neighbor in a latentspace. We replace the standard fully connected layerwith a tiny structure in the embedding that signiﬁcantlyreduces network complexity and further improvesdeformation quality. Experiments show the superiorityof our method to existing state-of-the-art methods viaqualitative and quantitative comparisons. Finally, ourmethod provides efficient and flexible deformation thatcan further be used for novel shape design.

In this paper, we consider a susceptible-infective-susceptible(SIS) reaction-diffusion epidemic model with spontaneous infection and logistic source in a periodically evolving domain. Using the iterative technique,the uniform boundedness of solution is established. In addition, the spatial-temporal risk index R0(ρ) depending on the domain evolution rate ρ(t) as well as its analytical properties are discussed. the monotonicity of R0(ρ)with respect to the diffusion coefficients of the infected dI, the spontaneous infection rate η(ρ(t)y) and interval length L is investigated under appropriate conditions. Further, the existence and asymptotic behavior of periodic endemic equilibria are explored by upper and lower solution method. Finally, some numerical simulations are presented to illustrate our analytical results. Our results provide valuable information for disease control and prevention.

Microencapsulation phase change material slurry(MEPCMS) becomes a potential working fluid for cooling high energy density miniaturized components,thanks to the latent heat absorption of particles in the heat transfer *** this work,the Discrete Phase Model(DPM) based on the Euler-Lagrangian method is used to numerically investigate the convective heat transfer characteristics of MEPCMS flowing through a rectangular minichannel with constant heat *** results show that particles of MEPCMS are mainly subjected to drag force during the *** so,they can migrate from the high-temperature region to the low-temperature region driven by the thermophoretic force,affecting the particle distribution and phase change ***,the Nux of the MEPCMS fluctuates due to particle phase change with varying specific heat ***,the value increases first,then decreases,and eventually increases again until it approaches the fully developed value of the pure base fluid as the particles gradually ***,the heat transfer performance of the MEPCMS is influenced by the combination of fluid inlet temperature fluid inlet velocity(v),and mass concentration(c_(m)) of MEPCM *** result shows that the maximum reduction of the maximum bottom wall temperature difference(Δt_(w)) is 23.98% at t_(in)=293.15 K,v=0.15 m·s^(-1),c_(m)=10%.

Mobile telemedicine systems based on the next-generation communication will significantly enhance deep fusion of network automation and federated learning(FL), but data privacy is a paramount issue in sectors like healthcare. this work hence considers FL augments 5G-and-beyond networks by training deep learning(DL) models without the need to exchange raw data. the substantial communication loads imposed on by extensive parameters involved in DL models are managed through adaptive scheduling mechanisms effectively. to address the opaque nature of DL models and to improve the interpretability of FL models, we introduce a convolutional fuzzy rough neural network specifically designed for medical image processing. We also develop a multiobjective memetic evolutionary algorithm to streamline and optimize the neural network architectures. Our comprehensive FL framework integrates smart scheduling, interpretable fuzzy rough logic,and neuroevolution. this framework is shown to improve communication efficiency, increase interpretability of diagnosis with protected privacy, and generate low-complexity neural architectures.
