From.econom.c and nutritional points of view,tom.to is,historically,considered one of the m.st im.ortant *** signiﬁcant yield reduction,m.st com.ercial cultivars of tom.to crops are sensitive to m.derate levels of ***,high levels of salt stress can negatively affect the yield and quality of tom.to ***,this study was conducted to evaluate the yield and fruit quality of three tom.to cultivars(Forester,Ghandowra-F1,and Feisty-Red)cultivated hydroponically,under three different levels of nutrient solution *** of tom.to fruits was perform.d based on quantity(num.er and weight of fruits,and total fruit yield),physical quality(color andﬁrm.ess),and chem.cal quality(refractom.tric index“Brix”,pH,EC,K^(+),Na^(+),and NO_(3)-).Experim.nts were conducted using three salinity levels of the nutrient solution with electrical conductivity values(dSm.(-1))of 2.5(control),6.0,and *** showed that the studied tom.to cultivars were signiﬁcantly inﬂuenced by high salinity(9.5 dSm.(-1))in com.arison to the low(2.5 dSm.(-1))and m.dium.6.0 dSm.(-1))levels of *** average,the highest fruit weight per plant of 1944.84 g and total fruit yield of 4.42 kgm.(-2) were observed at the low salinity level;however,no signiﬁcant differences were obtained in the two yield factors(single fruit weight and total fruit yield)for the low and m.dium.salinity *** the other hand,a signiﬁcant reduction in tom.to yield(31%)was associated with the high salinity level com.ared to the yield at low and m.dium.salinity *** of physical quality param.ters showed highly signiﬁcant differences am.ng all salinity *** average,the m.xim.m.value of color change(1.72)was associated with the m.dium.salinity level,and the m.xim.m.value ofﬁrm.ess(9.61 Ncm.(-1))was recorded at the high salinity *** levels and tom.to cultivars introduced signiﬁcant differences in chem.cal quality param.ters;however,no signiﬁcant differences in these

Resistance to cancer im.unotherapy is m.inly attributed to poor tum.r im.unogenicity as well as the im.unosuppressive tum.r m.croenvironm.nt(Tm.)leading to failure of im.une *** therapeutic strategies including chem.therapy,radiotherapy,photodynam.c,phototherm.l,m.gnetic,chem.dynam.c,sonodynam.c and oncolytic therapy,have been developed to induce im.unogenic cell death(ICD)of cancer cells and thereby elicit im.unogenicity and boost the antitum.r im.une ***,m.ny challenges ham.er the clinical application of ICD inducers resulting in m.dest im.unogenic ***,we outline the current state of using nanom.dicines for boosting ICD of cancer ***,synergistic approaches used in com.ination with ICD inducing nanom.dicines for rem.deling the Tm. via targeting im.une checkpoints,phagocytosis,m.crophage polarization,tum.r hypoxia,autophagy and strom.l m.dulation to enhance im.unogenicity of dying cancer cells were *** further highlight the em.rging trends of using nanom.terials for triggering am.lified ICD-m.diated antitum.r im.une *** reticulum.localized ICD,focused ultrasound hypertherm.a,cell m.m.rane cam.uflaged nanom.dicines,am.lified reactive oxygen species(ROS)generation,m.tallo-im.unotherapy,ion m.dulators and engineered bacteria are am.ng the m.st innovative *** challenges,m.rits and dem.rits of ICD inducer nanom.dicines were also discussed with shedding light on the future role of this technology in im.roving the outcom.s of cancer im.unotherapy.

m.crobial fuel cells(m.Cs)are innovative devices that com.ine m.crobial processes with electrochem.cal reactions to convert organic m.tter in wastewater into electricity while sim.ltaneously treating the *** such application is the treatm.nt of spent wash,a highly polluting effluent generated from.the distillery industry after crude m.sh is separated into ethanol and spent *** wash,also known as distillery effluent or stillage,is a highly challenging wastewater treatm.nt m.thod due to its high chem.cal oxygen dem.nd(COD),biological oxygen dem.nd(BOD),and total dissolved solids(TDS).These characteristics m.ke it a com.lex and polluting industrial effluent that requires specialized treatm.nt processes to reduce its environm.ntal im.act ***,m.Cs have shown prom.se in treating spent wash,as they can utilize the organic m.tter in wastewater as a fuel source for m.crobial growth as well as for electricity *** the treatm.nt of spent wash,Saccharom.ces cerevisiae *** used as a biocatalyst along with 340 m.l/L potassium.ferricyanide in the cathode cham.er and 170 m.l/L m.thylene blue in the anode as a *** tests were conducted by balancing a one-liter volum. for power production from.spent wash in m.C with the optim.l conditions of 10%agarose,pH 8.5,300 m./m.n of aeration in the cathode cham.er,and 40%(in weight)substrate *** an ideal concentration,the m.xim.m.current and power density are roughly 53.41 m./m.(2)and 72.22 m./m.(2),*** each litre of processed spent wash,a m.xim.m.voltage of 850 m.(4.5 m.)was ***,91%of COD and BOD were rem.ved from.the effluent *** findings show that m.Cs are capable of producing electricity and efficiently rem.ving COD from.wasted wash at the sam. tim..

Novel synthesis of stabilized Bi1-x-yGdxDyyO1.5 solid electrolytes with enhanced conductivity for interm.diate tem.erature solid oxide fuel cells（SOFCs）

Herein,we report the synthesis of a Dy-Gd co-doped cubic phase-stabilized Bi2O3solid electrolyte system.via solid-state processing under atm.spheric *** with Dy3+and Gd3+has been observed to significantly enhance the densification process during sintering for stabilization purposes,thereby im.roving the electrical properties of δ-Bi2O3-type *** synthesized ceram.cs were characterized using X-ray diffraction（XRD）,field em.ssion scanning electron m.croscopy-energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy（FESEm.EDX）,therm.l gravim.try/differential therm.l analysis（TG/DTA）,and the four-point probe technique（4PPT）.XRD analysis reveals that the sam.les Bi1-x-yGdxDyyO1.5（y=0.05/x=0.05,0.10,0,15,and 0.20,and x=0.05/y=0.10,0.15,and 0.20） exhibit a stable face-centered cubic δ-phase and a m.xed-phase crystallographic *** XRD analysis of the stabilized δ-phase suggests that the prepared oxides show a face-centered cubic（FCC） structure with a space group of *** m.crographs reveal that the com.osition Bi0.90Gd0.05Dy0.05O1.5has no significant ***,an evident increase in the pore form.tion is observed as the am.unt of Gd2O3increases until it reaches 20%.This finding suggests that dense pellets are form.d during the sintering process at 900-1000℃.The DTA analyses were perform.d to verify the phase stability,which agrees with the XRD *** electrochem.cal perform.nce of the synthesized Dy-Gd co-doped Bi2O3solid electrolyte system.was evaluated and analyzed in detail by using the electrochem.cal im.edance spectroscopy（EIS） technique,Based on EIS and conductivity m.asurem.nts,Bi0.75Gd0.20Dy0.05O1.5exhibits the lowest activation energy of 0.519 eV and the highest conductivity value of 0.398 S/cm.at 627℃com.ared to the other sam.les;this com.osition can be used as a solid electrolyte for interm.diatetem.erature solid oxide fuel cells（SOFCs）.

OBJECTIVE:To investigate the effects of Hippeastrum.hybridum.HH)as a free radical scavenger,and an inhibitor of the two enzym.s i-e Alpha-am.lase(α-am.lase)and acetylcholinesterase(AChE).m.THODS:In this study,HH plant was prelim.nary analyzed for phytochem.cal screening and then tested for its antioxidant,anti-α-am.lase,and anti-AChE efficiency via standard ***:Phytochem.cal analysis shows the existence of different com.ounds;while Coum.rins and quinones were *** total phenolic,flavonoid,and tannins content were found to be(78.52±0.69)m. GAE/g,(2.01±0.04)m. RUE/g,and(58.12±0.23)m. TAE/g of plant extract respectively.28.02%±0.02%alkaloid and 2.02%±0.05%saponins were present in the HH *** HH extract showed the anti-oxidant property with IC50(50%inhibition)of(151.01±0.13)(HH),(79.01±0.04)(Ascorbic acid)for ferric reducing,(91.48±0.13)(HH),(48.02±0.11)(Ascorbic acid)against Am.onium.m.lybdenum.(156.02±0.31)(HH),(52.38±0.21)(Ascorbic acid)against DPPH,136.01±0.21(HH),52.02±0.31(Ascorbic acid)against H_(2)O_(2),and 154.12±0.03(HH),(40.05±0.15)(Ascorbic acid)μg/m. against ABTS *** analysis indicated that HH caused a com.etitive type of inhibition ofα-am.lase(V_(m.x)rem.ined constant and Km.increases from.10.65 to84.37%)while Glucophage caused the un-com.etitive type of inhibition i-e both Km.and V_(m.x)decreased from.0.49 to 69.15%and 38.86 to 69.61%*** K_(i),(inhibition constant);K_(I),(dissociation constant),K_(m.,(m.chaelis-m.nten constant),and IC50 were found to be62,364,68.1,and 38.08±0.22 for HH and 12,101.05,195,34.01±0.21 for ***,HH causes an anon-com.etitive type of inhibition of AChE i-e Km.rem.ins constant while V_(m.x)decreases from.60.5%to74.1%.The calculated K_(i),K_(I),K_(m.,and IC50 were found to be 32,36.2,0.05,and 18.117±***:From.the current results,it is concluded that HH extract contains bioactive com.ounds,and could be a good alternative to controlling oxidant

An autonom.us m.crogrid that runs on renewable energy sources is presented in this *** has a supercon-ducting m.gnetic energy storage(Sm.S)device,wind energy-producing devices,and an energy storage ***,because such m.crogrids are nonlinear and the energy they create varies with tim.,controlling and m.naging the energy inside them.is a difficult ***-order proportional integral(FOPI)controller is recom.ended for the current research to enhance a standalone m.crogrid’s energy m.nagem.nt and *** suggested dedicated control for the Sm.S com.rises two loops:the outer loop,which uses the FOPI to regulate the DC-link voltage,and the inner loop,responsible for regulating the Sm.S current,is constructed using the intelligent FOPI(iFOPI).The FOPI+iFOPI param.ters are best developed using the dandelion optim.zer(DO)approach to achieve the optim.m.*** suggested FOPI+iFOPI controller’s perform.nce is contrasted with a conventional PI controller for variations in wind speed and m.crogrid *** optim.l FOPI+iFOPI controller m.nages the voltage and frequency of the *** behavior of the m.crogrid as a reaction to step changes in load and wind speed was m.asured using the proposed *** sim.lations were used to evaluate the recom.ended system.s *** results of the sim.lations showed that throughout all interruptions,the recom.ended m.crogrid provided the load with AC power with a constant am.litude and *** addition,the required load dem.nd was accurately ***,the m.crogrid functioned incredibly well despite Sm.S and varying wind *** obtained under identical conditions were com.ared with and without the best FOPI+iFOPI *** utilizing the optim.l FOPI+iFOPI controller with Sm.S,it was found that the m.crogrid perform.d better than the m.crogrid without Sm.S.
