＜正＞ New insights into opioid receptors may refine the use of opiates and/or develop a new therapy to resist opiate addiction. In search of proteins regulating mu - opioid receptor （MOR1） endocytosis. synaptophysin （Syp） was found to bind to rat MOR1 in yeast two - hybrid assay. Coimmunoprecipitation experiment and bioluminescenceresonance energy transfer （BRET） assay confirmed that MORI constitutivelyinteracts with Syp in transfected HEK293 cells. Here we show that overexpression of Syp enhances the intemalization of MORI. Conversely, overexpressionof a Syp truncation mutant prevents agonist - mediated intemalization of MORI. The observed effects of Syp on MOR1 intemalization might result from the interaction between Syp and dynamin. which recruits dynamin to the plasma membrane for the fission of clathrin - coated vesicles. In addition. Syp - augmented trafficking of MOR1 leads to an attenuated agonist - induced receptor desensitizationand a faster receptor resensitization. Taken together, our findings strongly suggest that synaptophysin plays a role in the regulation of MOR1 trafficking and signaling.

Cardiovascular fitness of divers is overwhelmingly performed using bicycle ergometry.A more sport-specific alternative presents fit2dive,an underwater spiroergometry *** of this exploratory study:using fit2dive to investigate the diagnostic value of measures of heart rate variability(HRV)after markedly increasing physical *** scuba divers employed the fit2dive system and increased fin-swimming speed until *** gas consumption(VE)and heart rate(HR)were measured.A three-lead ECG was recorded to analyze for time and frequency domain *** increased from 16.5±6.5 to 68.3±26.6 L/*** increased from 96±13 beats/min(mean±SD)at rest to 170±14 beats/min before *** variability(SDNN:132±42 vs.54±17 ms)decreased along with two measures of parasympathetic activity(RMSSD:59±31 vs.24±16 ms;pNN50:22%±12%vs.3%±3%).Measures from the frequency domain decreased[low frequency(LF):3167±2651 vs.778±705 ms_(2)]or remained unaltered[high frequency(HF):885±652 vs.431±463 ms^(2)].Thus,LF/HF decreased from 4.3±2.3 to 2.5±*** sports-specific fit2dive can help assessing diving fitness by employing HRV ***,this study supports the view that these measures much depend on ***,HRV measures regarding altered autonomic control during exercise will lead to serious misinterpretation:as HR increases,variability decreases.

阐述了从高放废液中去除超铀元素的ＴＲＰＯ流程热实验。热实验是用真实动力堆的高放液进行的，取得了很好的效果。超铀元素镅、镎、钚和铀的去污系数分别大于３０００，４０００，９５０和７０００。ＴＲＰＯ流程在去除超铀元素的同时，还能去除对放射性废物长期危害起决定作用的９９Ｔｃ。实验结果表明ＴＲＰＯ流程具有去污效率高，反萃效果好，锕系组分之间交叉污染小和试剂成本低等诸多优点。ＴＲＰＯ流程是一个有效的从高放废液中去除超铀元素的流程。

1 消化不良的症状根据罗马Ⅱ标准,消化不良指的是集中在上腹部的疼痛或不适,并常常因为经验性药物治疗和常规检查(譬如上消造影或腹部B超)无法明确病因而就诊于胃肠病专科医师.患者开始进行检查后,就称为'待查的'消化不良. 1.1 排除引起消化不良的常见原因对消化不良的患者,胃肠病专科医生通常进行胃镜检查以除外粘膜病变,如食管炎、胃炎、十二指肠炎,同时也除外象溃疡和癌症这样的少见原因.在这些患者中,大概有30%～40%胃镜下无阳性发现或病变轻微无法解释症状.

AIM To systematically review the currently available literature concerning the application of biologic agents such as platelet-rich plasma(PRP) and stem cells to promote anterior cruciate ligament(ACL) *** A systematic review of the literature was performed on the use of biologic agents(i.e., PRP or stem cells) to favor ACL healing during reconstruction or repair. The following inclusion criteria for relevant articles were used: Clinical reports of any level of evidence, written in English language, on the use of PRP or stem cells during ACL reconstruction/repair. Exclusion criteria were articles written in other languages, reviews, or studies analyzing other applications of PRP/stem cells in knee surgery not related to promoting ACL *** The database search identified 394 records that were screened. A total of 23 studies were included in the final analysis: In one paper stem cells were applied for ACL healing, in one paper there was a concomitant application of PRP and stem cells, whereas in the remaining21 papers PRP was used. Based on the ACL injury pattern, two papers investigated biologic agents in ACL partial tears whereas 21 papers in ACL *** at the quality of the available literature, 17 out of 21 studies dealing with ACL reconstruction were randomized controlled trials. Both studies on ACL repair were case *** There is a paucity of clinical trials investigating the role of stem cells in promoting ACL healing both in case of partial and complete tears. The role of PRP is still controversial and the only advantage emerging from the literature is related to a better graft maturation over time, without documenting beneficial effects in terms of clinical outcome, bone-graft integration and prevention of bony tunnel enlargement.
