Valentin's rock lizard (Darevskia valentini) is suggested to be the pare nt for several parthenoge netic species (e.g., D. armeniaca, D. bendimahiensis, D. sapphirina, and D. unisexualis) that evolved through hybridization. Complex evolutionary processes (ineluding reticulate evolution) are occurring within the areas where Valentin' s rock lizard coexists with these and other rock lizards. Hence, a detailed biological specification of this species is important for understanding how vertebrates evolve. Valentin's rock lizard is a longlived (up to 9 years), small diurnal lizard with larger females than males, which is unlike other species of the genus. Their relatively large eggs and early reproducti on period, which occurs just after emerge nee from winter shelters, are adaptatio ns for living in a high elevation climate (higher than 2 000 m a.s.l.). Their body temperatures (31 -32℃) are comparable to body temperatures of rock lizards living in milder climates, though female body temperature is more depe ndent on substrate temperature and basking due to their lower activity than that found in males. Population density fluctuates from several individuals to several hundred per hectare and is not affected by parthenogen coexistenee, although hybrids do occur in sexually biased populations where males are more common than females. The male home range is larger than that of females, though these home ranges broadly overlap. Prey is not limited in the mountain meadows and Valentin's rock lizards feed on a great variety of arthropods. Infan ticide occurs in high-de nsity populati ons.

Structure and properties of micro-arc calcium phosphate coatings on pure titanium and Ti-40Nb alloy

Post-fire restoration has been studied for 1975-2006 years in the deciduous broadleaved-Korean pine and dark coniferous-Korean pine forests in the Southern and Middle Sikhote-Alin *** of abundance,productivity,age structure of plant populations and structure of plant communities have been investigated on about 200 burn sites,which had been destroyed by fires in different *** plant populations exist in two parts:one is growing stage and the other is stored in a viable dormant state *** species composition,number and depth profiles of viable seeds and spores of ferns in litters and soils were studied on the 15 sites of diverse ages. The species diversity of seed banks varies from 32 to 42 species at the different stages of post-fire successions in deciduous broadleaved-Korean pine forests and from 20 to 31 species in dark coniferous-Korean pine *** corresponding size of seed banks varies from 1460 to 7300 and from 860 to 6570 seeds/m,respectively. The number of spores of ferns varies from 9400 to 22800 spores/m. The microstructure, physical and mechanical, and chemical properties of micro-arc calcium phosphate （CAP） coatings deposited under different process voltages in the range of 150-400 V on the commercially pure titanium （Ti） and Ti-40%Nb （Ti-40Nb）（mass fraction） alloy were investigated by the SEM, TEM, XRD and EDX methods. The coating thickness, roughness, and sizes of structural elements were measured and showed similar linear character depending on the process voltage for the coatings on both substrates. SEM results showed the porous morphology with spherical shape structural elements and rough surface relief of the coatings. XRD and TEM studies exhibited the amorphous structure of the CaP coating. With increasing the process voltage to 300-400 V, the crystalline phases, such as CaHPO4 and β-Ca2P207, were formed onto the coatings. The annealing leads to the formation of complex poly-phase structure with crystalline phases： CaTi4（PO4）6, β-Ca2P2O7, TiP2O7, TiNb（PO4）3, TiO2, NbO2, and Nb2O5. The applied voltage and process duration in the ranges of 200-250 V and 5-10 min, respectively, revealed the coating formed on Ti and Ti-40Nb with optimal properties： thickness of 40-70μm, porosity of 20%-25%, roughness （Ra） of 2.5-5.0 μm, adhesion strength of 15-30 MPa, and Ca/P mole ratio of 0.5-0.7.

Investigation results of micro-arc wollastoniteecalcium phosphate(W-CaP)biocoatings on the pure titanium(Ti)and Zr-1wt.%Nb(Zr-1Nb)alloy were *** voltages of 150-300 V generate the micro-arc oxidation(MAO)process with the initial amplitude current of 150-550 A and 100-350 A for Ti and Zr-1Nb substrates,*** identical dependencies of changes of the coating thickness,surface roughness and adhesion strength on the process voltage were revealed for the both *** W-CaP coatings with the thickness of 10-11μm were formed on Ti and Zr-1Nb under the low process voltage of 130-150 *** wollastonite particles with the size in the range of 40-100μm were observed in such *** structure of the coatings on Ti was presented by the X-ray amorphous and crystalline *** X-ray reflexes relating to the crystalline phases of Ti and wollastonite were observed only in XRD patterns of the coatings deposited under 130-200 V on ***,the crystalline structure with phases of CaZr4(PO4)6,β-ZrP2O7,ZrO2,and Zr was detected in the coatings on ***-IRS,XRD,SEM,and TEM data confirmed that the increase of the process voltage to 300 V leads to the dissociation of the *** toxic effect of specimens on a viability,morphology and motility of human adipose-derived multipotent mesenchymal stem cells was revealed in vitro.

在经济发展历史上,俄罗斯经历了很多次经济危机。发生在2014年的经济危机与2008年由很多相似之处。本文主要通过对俄罗斯所面临的这两次经济危机进行研究,找到经济危机发生的内在原因以及内在规律性,以此降低消除震荡给经济与社会发展造成的负面影响。总结经济危机的经验教训,不断提高俄罗斯国内经济的稳定性与可靠性。本文通过详细研究2014年-2016年经济危机的特殊性,找出2008年-2009年经济危机之后俄罗斯经济发展的弱点。从而提出相关的解决对策,及时政策措施不能完善的规避经济危机,但是对下一次危机发生的防范的准备也具备非常重要的理论与实际意义。此次发生在俄罗斯的经济危机虽已接近随声,但是尚未结束。因此,论文所提出的解决措施对降低俄罗斯目前经济危机对经济的不利影响以及摆脱此次经济危机也具备非常重要的意义。本文的主要研究内容是针对2008年与2014年发生在俄罗斯的两次经济危机进行对比分析,基于经济危机发生前的宏观指标进行分析对比俄罗斯两次经济危机宏观经济背景的异同。比如通过GDP,石油价格,卢布汇率等。通过趋势图展示相关指标数据的动态变化趋势,从而对比分析危机发生的宏观经济背景,最后得出结论。进一步分析俄罗斯经济危机爆发的原因,俄罗斯国内经济发展严重依赖原材料的出口以及国外市场情况是此次危机爆发的主要原因。俄罗斯经济发展与其他国家的经济发展相关性很高,但是在面临国际竞争上,俄罗斯经济知识在资源方面具备较大的优势,由于国际能源形势的变化,能源行业的发展已经大不如前。研究俄罗斯这两次经济危机对国内经济产生的影响,危机爆发以后,一方面对银行体系与股票市场造成了很大的影响,导致了GDP的下降,通货膨胀以及失业率的大幅上升。另一方面导致了俄罗斯除资源开采工业以外其他领域都面临国际竞争力下降的问题。最后基于以上对俄罗斯两次经济危机相关问题的研究,提出一些面对危机以及预防经济危机的政策措施。一方面政府应该实施进口替代战略,推动经济多元化发展,不断为经济发展创建良好的商业与投资环境。另一方面,今次那个增值税领域的税收制度改革以及不断完善银行金融体系与工业化发展等。

The current research is devoted to the study of the modification of the titanium implants by the micro-arc oxidation with bioactive calcium phosphate coatings containing Ag or Sr and Si *** coatings’microstructure,phase composition,morphology,physicochemical and biological properties were examined by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),transmission electron microscopy(TEM),energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy(EDX)and X-ray diffraction(XRD).Ag-containing and Sr-Si-incorporated coatings were formed in alkaline and acid electrolytes,*** formation of the coatings occurred at different ranges of the applied voltages,which led to the significant difference in the coatings *** trace elements Ag,Sr and Si participated intensively in the plasma-chemical reactions of the micro-arc coatings ***-containing coatings demonstrated strong antibacterial effect against Staphylococcus aureus AТСС*** in vitro test with 3T3-L1 fibroblasts showed no cytotoxicity appearance on Sr-Si-incorporated coatings.
