An atmospheric pressure glow discharge was ignited between a molybdenum anode and the water surface of a cathode for the synthesis of MoO_3 powders. The action of glow discharge leads to the non-equilibrium evaporation of water, sputtering of the metal anode and formation of molybdenum(VI) oxide, which deposited on the anode. The chemical composition and morphology of the obtained powder were performed by using x-ray diffraction spectroscopy,scanning electron microscopy and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy. It was found that the synthesized powders are pure α-MoO_3. The possible mechanism of the formation of molybdenum trioxide during glow discharge treatment was described. The photocatalytic performance of MoO_3 was estimated through the degradation of Rhodamine B under dark and UV irradiation conditions. Orthorhombic MoO_3 exhibited the best photocatalytic activity for the photodegradation of Rhodamine B of 100% under UV irradiation for 15 min.

In this study investigation of influence of hybrid nanosilica-polyethylene glycols materials (molecular weight 1500, 6000 and 15000), prepared by sol-gel synthesis, on lipid peroxidation and antioxidant activity of human serum in vitro was performed. Methods included chemiluminescence analysis and quantitative malonic dialdehyde estimation. It was revealed that nanosilica-PEG materials with different molecular weight had certain biological activity. Powders of SiO2-PEG 1500 and SiO2-PEG 6000 manifest prooxidant effects, whereas mesoporous (calcine) powders produced antioxidant effects in blood serum in vitro.

On the Regression-Tensor Analysis of the Hardening Process of Metal Coatings

This paper constructs and studies a nonlinear multivariate regression-tensor model for substantiation of necessary/sufficient conditions of optimization of technological calculation of multifactor physical and chemical process of hardening of complex composite media for metal coatings. An adaptive a posteriori procedure for parametric formation of the target quality functional of integrative physical and mechanical properties of the designed metal coating has been proposed. The results of the research may serve as elements of a mathematical language when creating automated design of precision nanotechnologies for surface hardening of complex composite metal coatings on the basis of complex tribological and anticorrosive tests.

宽带有机光电探测器(OPDs)可以集成到各种可穿戴设备中,在健康监测等领域显示出巨大的应用潜力.这里,我们以酞菁铅(PbPc)和富勒烯(C70)小分子分别作为给体和受体,基于MoO_(3)俘获电子辅助空穴隧道注入的机制实现了高性能宽带倍增型有机光电探测器(PM-OPDs).为了控制PbPc分子的晶相结构,我们分别制备了PbPc:C70体异质结(BHJ)和PbPc/C70平面异质结(PHJ)器件.可以看出,PHJ器件表现出更强的近红外吸收特性,即更有利于PbPc分子形成三斜相结构.我们进一步使用具有吸收互补特性的材料(PbPc和SubPc)作为有源层,采用PHJ/BHJ混合异质结结构,制备了在300–1000 nm范围内平坦的全色PM-OPDs.在-8 V反向偏压下,制得的全色PM-OPDs在整个光谱响应范围内的外量子效率都超过1000%.最后,我们在聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯基板上制备了柔性全色PM-OPDs,并成功地实现了人体脉搏信号的检测.本文通过设计器件结构和选择合适的材料,为获得高性能全色PM-OPDs提供了一种新策略.

描述了一种基于分子电子传感器(MET)技术的微型机械地震计的研制过程。不同于固体惯性质量,分子电子传感器地震计是探测液体电解质相对于固定电极的移动。使用微机电系统技术将探测单元的内部尺寸减小到1μm并且提高了设备的再现性。对600mV的工作偏置电压,在0.32Hz的400μg(g≡9.81m/s2)加速度条件下可测得灵敏度为809V/(m/s2)。在1Hz获得的噪声水平为-115dB(相对于(m/s2)/Hz^(1/2))。这项工作研发了一个可供选择小尺寸、高灵敏度、低本底噪声、高振动范围和独立安装角度的地震计设备。这有希望成为下一代行星探测用的地震仪。
