教学三要因素分为教师、学生以及教材。此三因素的关系密不可分,缺一不可。这一点说明了教材在教学中的重要性。另外,学习语言也离不开学习语言的相关文化,因此学习汉语也必然要学习中国文化。目前,印尼学校或补习班所使用的教材种类五花八门,印尼楠榜港市有几所学校都在使用由中印两国的华语教学专家一起编写的教材《华语》。本文想深入地了解他们使用该教材的缘故以及使用情况,分别向两所私立学校的学生分发了调查问卷,并对汉语教师进行访谈,收集资料。本文结合静态分析与动态调查的结果,发现《华语》文化项目的优势是内容丰富多样;使用双语介绍中印文化,这对学习者学习汉语有很大的帮助,给学习者增加了许多新知识,不过该教材的文化项目内容还需要进一步地改进,才能更好地满足当地学习者的学习需求。它的不足之处是有些文化内容生涩难懂,不太贴近日常生活。本文认为《华语》教材应继续使用中印双语来介绍文化内容,有些生涩难懂的释义应进一步完善,这样才能真正降低难度,提高学习者学习的效率和兴趣。

Twins are more likely to have congenital anomalies than singletons. Omphalocele is still a life-threatening congenital abnormality that requires adequate antenatal diagnosis and early treatment. A 31-year-old woman presented with labor pains in the eighth pregnancy month. There was a clear, watery discharge from the birth canal 4 hours before admission. She was previously diagnosed with twins, with one cotwin having suffered omphalocele through a 6-month-ultrasound examination. At admission, the condition was diagnosed as monochorionic-diamniotic twins at 32 - 33 weeks in the 2nd stage of labor: the first baby cephalic presentation;second breech presentation with omphalocele. She vaginally gave birth to twin infants, with those having Apgar 5’ of 6/7, respectively. Both infants were admitted to the intensive care unit and under treatment.

The common practice in AMD prevention is a dry cover technique. In this technique, rock that is potential in producing acidity (PAF) will be placed below non-acid producing rock (NAF). Depends on NAF availability in the mine site situation, organic covers can be used to prevent diffusion of oxygen into reactive sulphide wastes and subsequently to eliminate sulphide compounds oxidation and generation of acidic waters. The utilization of additional material cover layer is proposed, by using fly ash and organic material combination. To investigate the possibility of using these materials, a column leaching test in the laboratory scale was conducted with several scenarios of simulation. By comparing between column with different thickness of fly ash and organic material, the leachate water behavior is observed in the experiment, including the measurement of water quality (pH and EC), major cations-anions. The result suggests the possible thickness of fly ash (FA) and organic material (OM) as cover layer material, especially in the case of mine with domination of PAF rock material.

In the last few decades, the utilization of coal to generate electricity was rapidly increasing. Consequently, the production of coal combustion ash (CCA) as a by-product of coal utilization as primary energy sources was increased. The physical and geochemical characteristics of CCA were site-specific which determined by both inherent coal-source quality and combustion condition. This study was intended to characterize the physical, chemical and mineralogical properties of a coal-combustion ash (CCA) from a site specific power plant and evaluate the leachate characteristic of some scenario on the co-placement of CCA with coal-mine waste rock. The physical properties such as specific gravity, dry density, porosity and particle size distribution were determined. Chemically, the CCA sample is enriched mainly in silica, aluminum, iron, and magnesium along with a little amount of calcium and sodium which includes in the class C fly ash category. Moreover, it is found that the mineral phases identified in the sample were quartz, mullite, aragonite, magnetite, hematite, and spinel. Co-placement experiment with mudstone waste rock shows that the CCA, though it has limited contribution to the decreasing permeability, has important contributed to increase the quality of leachate through releasing higher alkalinity. Moreover, addition of CCA did not affect to the increase of the trace metal element in the leachate. Hence, utilization of CCA by co-placement with coal mine waste rock in the dumping area is visible to be implemented.

Objective:To assess the efficacy of gabapentin in the treatment of low back pain ***:This prospective observational study was conducted over 6 months to assess the efficacy of gabapentin in patients suffering from low back *** medical history,pain severity by Visual Analogue scale(VAS)and sleep quality by Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PQSI)were *** scores and PQSI scores before and after gabapentin treatment were compared,and gabapentin satisfaction post treatment were ***:This study included 100 low back pain patients with 65 males and 35 females,and the mean age was(39.0±10.5)*** commonest presentation was non-radiating low back pain(40%).The mean VAS score and the mean PQSI score in the study before treatment were 7.70±1.91 and 10.95±5.02,*** treatment with gabapentin,the mean VAS score and the mean PQSI score decreased to 2.75±1.79 and 4.90±2.20,respectively,and the differences before and after the treatment were significantly different(both P=0.001).Overall,62%of the patients were extremely satisfied with gabapentin because they reported no adverse drug ***,31%of the patients were satisfied and 7%were strongly dissatisfied with the ***:Gabapentin can improve sleep quality and reduce lower back pain as measured by the VAS and *** efficacy of this drug is relatively good,but further improvement is required.
