The paper presents the results of the sterlet sturgeon a.ipenser ruthenus reintroduction into the Kama Reservoir(Perm Krai,Russia)by sterlet fry from hatcheries into the reservoir since *** effectiveness of hatchery releases was evaluated by monitoring gillnet sampling *** results showed that the species was reported throughout entire Kama Reservoir,which contrasts with 1988-1994 data,when the species was registered only at the upper part of the reservoir near the Kama River *** highest number and biomass values of catch per unit effort(CPUE)of the sterlet were found in submerged river channels-the deepest ha.itats with flow conditions which are close to the ecological requirements of the *** distribution of the sterlet within the channel biotopes of the reservoir is defined by reduced *** biggest individuals and the widest size range of the sterlet were typical for the upper area of the reservoir and Chusovskoy Bay,which have the greatest *** smallest sizes were typical for fish from catches near the dam of the reservoir,which is consistent with the published data on the distribution of sterlet in reservoir *** presented results may indicate the artificial forma.ion of the sterlet stock in the Kama Reservoir maintained by hatchery *** revealed distribution of the sterlet in the reservoir determines the direction of further research on natural reproduction and thus forma.ion of an artificially formed ***,future studies are required to assess the possibility of hybridiza.ion of the sterlet of artificial origin with natural popula.ions of the species,since the low genetic diversity of the sterlet released into the Kama Reservoir which can lead to irreversible loss of genetic individua.ity of the natural stocks of the species in the catchment of upper course of the Kama River.

Luminescent Zinc Porphyrinic MOF as a Ra.iometric Fluorescence Sensor for Determina.ion of Tetracycline Hydrochloride

Two-dimensional luminescent metal-orga.ic frameworks （2D LMOFs）， have garnered significant attention for their unique fluorescent properties and highly accessible active sites， yet designing these LMOFs with target-dependent fluorescence for sensing remains a challenging endeavor. Herein， a zinc tetra（4-carboxyphenyl）porphine （Zn-TCPP） LMOF was prepared and first applied to the fast and sensitive sensing of tetracycline hydrochloride （TCH）. Upon TCH exposure， the signature red fluorescence of Zn-TCPP at 609 nm diminishes， accompa.ied by the emergence of a 520 nm peak， which were originated from photo-induced electron transfer （PET） of Zn-TCPP to TCH and inner filter effect （iFE） of TCH towards Zn-TCPP， and the triggers of Zn-TCPP on the instinct fluorescence of TCH， respectively. Notably， the i520/i609fluorescence intensity ra.io showed good linea.ity over a wide range of TCH concentra.ions （0.1-25 μmol/L）， with a limit of detection （LOD） of 65.4 nmol/L. Additionally， the Zn-TCPP probe showed good TCH selectivity and anti-interference properties. The probe’s practica.ility was also va.idated by detecting TCH in spiked tap water， milk and chicken samples. Furthermore， test papers impregnated with the Zn-TCPP probe were prepared， allowing the visual detection of TCH with a smartphone. Results suggest the developed method is suitable for practical TCH detection.

Designing a Protection Scheme in Micro-Grid Systems with DG Using Central Protection Unite and Multiple Setting Group Protection Relays

Distributed generators now is widely used in electrical power networks, in some cases it works seasonally, and some types works at special weather conditions like photo voltaic systems and wind energy, and due to this continuous changes in genera.ion condition, the fault current level in network will be affected, this changes in fault current level will affect in the coordina.ion between protection relays and to keep the coordina.ion at right way, an adaptive protection system is required that can adaptive its setting according to genera.ion changes, the fault current level in each case is evaluated using ETAP software, and the required relay setting in each case is also evaluated using Grey Wolf Optimizer (GWO) algorithm, and to select suitable setting which required in each condition, to select the active setting group of protection relay according to genera.ion capa.ity, central protection unite can be used, and to improve protection sta.ility and minimizing relays tripping time, a proposed method for selecting suitable backup relay is used, which leads to decrease relays tripping time and increase system sta.ility, output settings for relays in all cases achieved our constrains.
