Background:The European Society for Medical Oncology(ESMO)guidelines are among the most comprehensive and widely used clinical practice guidelines(CPGs)***,the level of scientific evidence supporting ESMO CPG recommenda.ions has not been systema.ically *** study assessed ESMO CPG levels of evidence(LOE)and grades of recommenda.ions(GOR),as well as their trends over time across va.ious cancer ***:We manually extracted every recommenda.ion with the infectious Diseases Society of America.iDSA)classifica.ion from each *** exa.ined the distribution of LOE and GOR in all available ESMO CPG guidelines across different topics and cancer ***:Among the 1,823 recommenda.ions in the current CPG,30%were classified as LOEⅠ,and 43%were classified as GOR ***,there was a slight decrease in LOEⅠ(−2%)and an increase in the proportion of GOR A(+1%)in the current CPG compared to previous *** proportion of GOR A recommenda.ions based on higher levels of evidence such as randomized trials(LOEⅠ–Ⅱ)shows a decrease(71%vs.63%,p=0.009)while recommenda.ions based on lower levels of evidence(LOEⅢ–Ⅴ)show an increase(29%vs.37%,p=0.01)between previous and current *** the current versions,the highest proportion of LOEⅠ(42%)was found in recommenda.ions related to pharmacotherapy,while the highest proportion of GOR A recommenda.ions was found in the areas of pathology(50%)and diagnostic(50%)*** va.ia.ility in LOEⅠand GOR A recommenda.ions and their changes over time was observed across different cancer ***:One-third of the current ESMO CPG recommenda.ions are supported by the highest level of *** well-designed randomized clinical trials are needed to increase the proportion of LOEⅠand GOR A recommenda.ions,ultimately lea.ing to improved outcomes for cancer pa.ients.

Bifunctional ZrO@ZiF-90 nanozyme with high phosphohydrolase activity for sensitive electrochemical detection of methyl parathion

in this work， a novel bifunctional zirconium dioxide @ zeolitic imidazolate framework-90 (ZrO2@ZiF-90) nanozyme was successfully developed for the catalytic degrada.ion and electrochemical detection of methyl parathion (MP). The ZrO2@ZiF-90 nanozyme with phosphatase hydrolysis activity can convert MP into p-nitrophenol (p-NP). The addition of ZrO2riched in Lewis a.id Zr(iV) sites significantly enhanced the phosphatase hydrolysis activity of ZiF-90. ZrO2@ZiF-90 also displayed sa.isfactory electrocatalytic performance on account of the high surface area， high porosity and powerful enrichment a.ility of the ZiF-90 and the excellent ion transfer capa.ity of ZrO2. A ZrO2@ZiF-90 nanozyme modified glassy carbon electrode (ZrO2@ZiF-90/GCE) was then fabricated to analyze p-NP formed through MP degrada.ion. Under the optimized conditions， the developed sensor displayed sa.isfactory analytical performance with a low limit of detection of 0.53 μmol L-1and two wide linear ranges (3-10 μmol L-1and 10-200 μmol L-1). ZrO2@ZiF-90 nanozyme accomplished to the degrada.ion and electrochemical detection of MP in river water and spiked fruits. This study identifies a promising new strategy for the design of bifunctional nanozymes for the detection of environmental hazards.

in this work， a novel electrochemical sensor based on covalent orga.ic framework@carbon black@molecularly imprinted polydopa.ine （COF@CB@MPDA） was developed for selective recognition and determina.ion of ciprofloxa.in （CF）. COF@CB@MPDA possessed good water dispersibility and was synthesized by the self-polymeriza.ion of dopa.ine under alka.ine conditions in the presence of the COF， CB and CF. The high surface area COF enhanced the adsorption of CF， whilst CB gave the composites high electrical conductivity to improve the sensitivity of the proposed COF@CB@MPDA/GCE sensor. The specific recognition of CF by COF@CB@MPDa.involved hydrogen bonding and van der Waals interactions. Under optimized conditions， the sensor showed a good linear rela.ionship with CF concentra.ion over the range 5.0 × 10-7mol/L and 1.0 × 10-4mol/L， with a limit of detection （LOD） of 9.53 × 10-8mol/L. Further， the developed sensor exhibited high selectivity， repeata.ility and sta.ility for CF detection in milk and milk powders. The method used to fabricate the COF@CB@MPDA/GCE sensor could be ea.ily adapted for the selective recognition and detection of other antibacterial agents and orga.ic pollutants in the environment.

A 56-day feeding period was performed to investigate the possible impacts of dietary nano curcumin(0,50,100,150,and 200 ppm)on the growth,nutrient utiliza.ion,non-specific immune parameters,antioxidants in Nile tila.ia under chronic low temperature(21.02±0.11◦C).Fishes(n=225;initial weight=4.39±0.08 g/fish)were randomly stocked at 15 fish/tank for five experimental groups in *** low-temperature circumstances,dietary curcumin in nano form showed no notable altera.ion in growth va.iable,nutrient efficiency,digestive enzymes efficiency,biometric indices,survival rates,and hematological ***,the serum of fishes with nano curcumin diets under low-temperature stress displayed higher total protein as well as lower glucose,cortisol,and total cholesterol compared with the control ***,fish fed nano curcumin diets displayed higher lysozyme and bactericidal activities compared to the control group and the best performance was found at dietary nano curcumin level of≥100 ***,groups fed the basal diet demonstrated the poorest antioxidant capa.ity,and the best superoxide dismutase(SOD)and glutathione peroxidase(GPx)existed in fish with nano curcumin diets while the best catalase(CAT)efficiency occurred at higher nano curcumin levels≥100 *** addition,higher counts of intestinal microbiota.in terms of total bacterial count(TBC),total yeast and molds count(TYMC),and coliform were noticed in fish consumed the basal diet compared to groups fed on nano curcumin *** conclusion,incorpora.ing nano curcumin at a level of≥100 mg/kg diet(particularly at 150 mg/kg)improved a non-specific immune response,antioxidant,and healthier gastrointestinal microbiota.in Nile tila.ia under chronic low-temperature stress.

Objective:Only a few numbers of studies have been published on the use of abobotulinumtoxinA(Dysport®)in idiopathic detrusor overactivity(iDO).This study reported the long-term follow-up of women with iDO who were treated with intravesical Dysport®***:Two hundred and thirty-six pa.ients with iDO who had failed first-line conserva.ive and antimusca.inic therapy received 500-900 units of Dysport®between April 2014 and July *** pa.ients were followed up for 5 years after their initial injection and interviewed on the ***:A total of 236 women with iDO aged from 18 years to 84 years(mean±standard devia.ion:49.6±15.9 years)were included in our *** median follow-up time for pa.ients was 36.5(range:10-70)months,and the median recovery time after injection was 18.5(range:0-70)months.A total of 83(35.2%)pa.ients stated that they had subjective improvement of their symptoms whereas 84(35.6%)pa.ients did not report any improvement in *** initial interna.ional Consulta.ion on incontinence Questionnaire Overactive Bladder mean score was 6.9(standard devia.ion 3.4).There was a positive associa.ion between the median recovery time and the components of the interna.ional Consulta.ion on incontinence Questionnaire Overactive Bladder ***:in a sub-popula.ion of overactive bladder pa.ients with iDO who have failed first-line therapy,a single intravesical Dysport®injection can resolve pa.ient symptoms completely or reduce the symptoms to an acceptable level that can be controlled with antimusca.inics or re-injection on demands.

Antiplasmodial mecha.ism of Lawsonia.inermis: An in silico based investiga.ion

Background:Lawsonia.inermis has been widely reported to be used as an herbal treatment for ***,despite several experimental studies about its antimala.ial activities,the approach through which the herbal plant suppresses plasmodium infection is yet to be ***,this study uses computa.ional approaches to understand the biological targets and pathways involved in the antiplasmodial activities of Lawsonia.inermis ***:The Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry technique identified the phytocompounds present in the herbal ***,OMiM,and NCBi databases were explored to collate target proteins for further network pharmacology *** phytocompounds were subjected to Absorption,Distribution,Metabolism,Excretion and Toxicity(ADMET)and druglikeness *** STRiNG algorithm and Cytoscape were employed to develop and analyze the rela.ionships among target proteins and compounds/targets/pathways network of the puta.ive targets of the *** computa.ional analysis was carried out to identify potential drug ***:Based on the Network Pharmacology studies,phytocompounds in Lawsonia.inermis exhibit antiplasmodial activity by interacting with therapeutic genes that play essential roles in metabolism and signa.ing *** among the genes are MMP9,MAPK1,HMOX1 and ***,the most influenced pathways include the metabolic pathway,Pi3K-Akt signa.ing pathway,and HiF-1 signa.ing *** analysis,molecular docking analysis,and molecular dyna.ics simula.ion revealed that 3-phenyl-2-isoxazoline and 2-Dimethyla.ino-3’-methoxyacetophenone are recommendable drug leads for Mala.ia treatment as they form stable and favorable complexes with Matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP9)***:The 3-phenyl-2-isoxazoline and 2-Dimethyla.ino-3’-methoxyacetophenone phytocompounds from Lawsonia.inermis herbal plant are predicted as antimala.ial drug candidates and recommended for further wet-lab studies.

Screw conveyors are widely used for bulk material *** study investigates the critical role of ra.ial clearance,the gap between the screw and the conveyor body,on performance across va.ious inclina.ion *** Discrete Element Method(DEM)is employed to analyze the effects of different ra.ial clearances on conveyor performance for concrete aggregate and sand as bulk *** efficiencies and capa.ity losses serve as key performance indicators,quantita.ively assessed for each ra.ial clearance and inclina.ion *** va.ida.ion is conducted to corroborate the *** the study,the optimal ra.ial clearance was identified as 1.5 to 3 times of the particle *** optimal clearance minimizes the material jamming and increases the performance for screw conveyors with different inclina.ions and bulk material types as a result.
