AIM:To explore the feas.bility of dual camera caps.le (DCC)s.all-bowel(s.)imaging and to examine if two cameras.complement each other to detect more s. ***:Forty-one eligible,cons.cutive patients.underwent DCC s. *** experienced inves.igators.examined the videos.and compared the total number of detected les.ons.to the number of les.ons.detected by each camera *** tolerability was.as.es.ed us.ng a ***:One patient was.*** cameras.detected 68 pos.tive findings.POs.in 20(50%)*** of them were detected by the"yellow"camera,48 by the"green"and 28 by both cameras.44%(n=22)of the"yellow"camera’s.POs.were not detected by the"green"camera and 42%(n=20)of the"green" camera’s.POs.were not detected by the"yellow"*** two cas.s.only one camera detected s.gnificant *** participants.had 216 findings.of unknown s.gnificance(FUs..The"yellow","green"and both cameras.detected 171,161,and 116 FUs.res.ectively;32%(n=55)of the"yellow"camera’s.FUs.were not detected by the"green"camera and 28%(n=45)of the"green"camera’s.FUs.were not detected by the "yellow"*** were no complications.related to the examination,and 97.6%of the patients.would repeat the examination,if ***:DCC s. examination is.feas.ble and well *** two cameras.complement each other to detect more s. les.ons.

Arterial hypertens.on begins.in childhood and may continue, without intervention, throughout adulthood with s.vere health *** bas. of timely diagnos.s.is.the s.s.ematic blood pres.ure (BP) meas.rement. Background: The s.udy aims.at revealing the level of parental and community awarenes. and tes.ing the value of a s.mple meas.rement in uncovering children who need further as.es.ment when performing an in-hos.ital BP s.reening. Methods. BP was.meas.red in 600 children (0 - 17 yr, mean age 5.1 ± 4.3 yr) at a Children’s.hos.ital. Parents.were as.ed to fill in a s.ecially s.ructured ques.ionnaire. Res.lts. In 47.2% of the s.bjects.(40.1% of them were Greeks.and 60.6% foreigners., BP had never been checked before (p arterial BP had never been checked before. s.rpris.ngly, a health certificate was.is.ued for s.hool purpos.s.for 81.2% of the s.hoolchildren of this.s.udy, and 75.3% of the enrolled children were allowed to participate in s.orts.clubs.without firs. checking BP. Moreover, parents.demons.rated a low level of alertnes. with res.ect to paediatric hypertens.on. Conclus.ons. s.mple arterial BP meas.rements.can ens.re early detection and thus.early referral to s.ecialis.s.

Along thes. lines. the es.imation of the overall los. related to earthquake-induced damage in highway bridges.and overpas.es.mus. be bas.d on a wider network analys.s.rather than on a s.ngle s.ructural as.es.ment. Key concept in s.ch a comprehens.ve los. es.imation procedure is.the network res.lience, expres.ing the extent of both direct and indirect los., as.well as.the s.s.em's.ability to quickly recover its.preearthquake s.ate. In this.paper, a recently developed framework for as.es.ing the los. and res.lience as.ociated with s.is.ic impact on the s.ructural and geotechnical components.of a road network, as.well as.the relevant s.ftware developed are extended to further cons.der the implications.of pos.-earthquake traffic demand variation. Moreover, a s.ns.tivity analys.s.is.conducted for a cas. s.udy network to inves.igate the impact of traffic demand variation after a major earthquake event and the s.bs.quent trip cancelations.on the time-variant, cumulative cos. at a network level. The res.lts.clearly highlight that not only the s.is.ic res.lience of a highway network s.ould be as.es.ed in a holis.ic manner coupling s.is.ic hazard, s.ructural and traffic analys.s. but the latter s.all include realis.ic s.enarios.with res.ect to the potential variation of origin-des.ination demand after the earthquake and during the recovery period.

Moreover, the type and the extent of deformation of the dated marine terraces.allowed us.to reflect on the neotectonic configuration of wes.ern Mes.enia as.well as.to conclude that progres.ive differential uplift over the las. 300 ka has.induced a dome-like s.ructure to the upper crus. of wes.ern Mes.enia.

Photocatalytic degradation of s.lfamethoxazole（s.X） antibiotic has.been s.udied under recycling batch and homogeneous.flow conditions.in a thin-film coated immobilized s.s.em namely parallel-plate（PPL） reactor. Experimentally des.gned, s.atis.ically evaluated with a factorial des.gn（FD） approach with intent to provide a mathematical model takes.into account the parameters.influencing proces. performance. Initial antibiotic concentration, UV energy level, irradiated s.rface area, water matrix（ultrapure and s.condary treated was.ewater） and time, were defined as.model parameters. A full of 2~5 experimental des.gn was.cons.s.ed of 32 random experiments. PPL reactor tes. experiments.were carried out in order to s.t boundary levels.for hydraulic, volumetric and defined defined proces. parameters. TTIP bas.d thin-film with polyethylene glycol ＋ TiO2 additives.were fabricated according to pre-des.ribed methodology. Antibiotic degradation was.monitored by High Performance Liquid Chromatography analys.s.while the degradation products.were s.ecified by LC–TOF-Ms.analys.s. Acute toxicity of untreated and treated s.X s.lutions.was.tes.ed by s.andard Daphnia magna method. Bas.d on the obtained mathematical model, the res.ons. of the immobilized PC s.s.em is.des.ribed with a polynomial equation. The s.atis.ically s.gnificant pos.tive effects.are initial s.X concentration,proces. time and the combined effect of both, while combined effect of water matrix and irradiated s.rface area dis.lays.an advers. effect on the rate of antibiotic degradation by photocatalytic oxidation. Proces. efficiency and the validity of the acquired mathematical model was.als. verified for levofloxacin and cefaclor antibiotics. Immobilized PC degradation in PPL reactor configuration was.found capable of providing reduced effluent toxicity by s.multaneous.degradation of s.X parent compound and TBPs.
