Impact of processing trade on Chinese technology advancement

This paper estimates the impact of processing trade on Chinese technology *** model is estimated using the method of multiple linear *** results are when increase dollar of processing export with imported materials,the growth rate of Chinese technological progress can increase 109.5322%.When increase dollar of processing import with supplied materials;the growth rate of Chinese technological progress can increase 62.6031%.When it is processed and assembled that we only import the accessories,they have hindered the technological progress of ***,we draw the conclusion:China mainly depends on introducing technology to accelerate the national technological progress at present.

Because of the complex structure and the numerous parameters of existing models for the activated sludge wastewater treatment process(WWTP),there are great difficulties to directly apply the models in simulation *** order to enhance the practicality of the models for the WWTP,a simplified model is developed based on the Activated Sludge Model No.1(ASM1),which is the most widely studied model and published by the international Water association(TWA).The simplified model is suitable for describing the process of carbon removal in the plug-flow activated sludge *** has a much simpler structure and less time cost in simulation. To validate the effectiveness fairly;the simplified model is applied based on the *** benchmark is a standard platform-independent simulation environment proposed by IWA defining a plant layout,a simulation model,influent data,test protocols and evaluation *** simplified model replaces the ASM1 to describe the biological-chemical reactions of the reactors in the benchmark *** simulation result is closed to the test data using three different weather files and demonstrates the precisien of the simplified model.

从蚕茧生产、工业经济运行、丝绸产品外贸出口和茧丝交易市场等方面,对2017年中国茧丝绸行业的整体运行情况进行了剖析,指出在行业出口持续低迷和下滑的局面下,仍然实现内外销双增长、保持行业平稳运行与稳中提质的原因。同时,提出2018年随着国际市场需求的不断回暖,国内丝绸商品出口形势将得到改观,但综观国际和国内形势,当前中国茧丝绸行业的发展依然面临着新的机遇和挑战。基于此,在中国经济发展进入新时代的大背景下,中国茧丝绸行业要想实现高质量发展,就必须立足当前、着眼未来,有针对性地突破结构性矛盾和发展瓶颈的约束,坚持以"调结构、稳增长、补短板、促升级"为基本目标,加快推进行业供给侧结构性改革,更好地推动行业经济发展方式的根本转变。尤其要重点围绕"抓基地、抓管理、抓市场、防风险"四个方面,打好原料保障攻坚战、质量提升攻坚战、贸易转型升级攻坚战和化解市场风险攻坚战。

An accurate reconstruction of the human upper airway is necessary for modeling and analyzing the transport and deposition of inhaled aerosols. The major object of this paper is to rebuild a three-dimensional geometric model including nasal cavity, pharynx, larynx and trachea, which will be used to research the effect of inhaled aerosols on the human upper airway. This geometric model is an anatomically realistic model which derives from three-dimensional computed tomography images scanning from the whole respiratory tract of a normal adult male with 0.75 mm intervals. With the CT data provided and using image and graphics recognition technologies, we reconstruct an accurate three-dimensional model of the human upper airway （STL file format） which can be directly used by computational fluid dynamics （CFD） simulation of airflow and particle transport and Laser Rapid Prototyping Manufacture （LRPM） of respiratory tract model for the further experimental study.

It is important to extract ROI （Region of Interest） based on vision image processing in intelligent transportation system. A simple and novel approach is proposed to extract the RIO in transportation scene images. Firstly, a simple method is used to preprocess the input images;Secondly, interest pixels extraction function is defined to detect all the interest pixels from scene image using adaptive threshold mechanism;after that, these interest pixels connective each other are grouped to interest regions, the non-interest pixels enclosed by interest region are filled as interest pixels;Lastly, the regions selecting using region area threshold are as the extraction result of RIO. The experiment result is presented in the last part of the paper and the proposed approach is feasible and valid.
