Objective:To explore the application effect of structured healthcare education in patients with brittle diabetes ***:188 brittle diabetic patients admitted to our hospital from May 2021 to December 2023 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into the control group(n=94)and the observation group(n=94)according to the random number table *** control group used conventional nursing intervention and the observation group used structured healthcare *** general information,glycemic indexes,self-efficacy,compliance,and nursing satisfaction of patients in the two groups were ***:There was no statistical significance in the basic information of the two groups of patients(P>0.05);after the intervention,the fasting plasma glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose,and HbA1c of the patients in the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.001);after the intervention,the self-efficacy scores of the patients in the two groups increased,and the scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.001);the total adherence rate of the patients in the observation group(90/95.75%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(80/90.10%)(χ^(2)=6.144,P<0.05);and the total satisfaction rate of patients in the observation group(92/97.87%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(78/82.98%)(χ^(2)=12.042,P<0.05).Conclusion:In patients with brittle diabetes mellitus,structured healthcare education can effectively control patients’blood glucose levels,improve patients’self-efficacy and adherence,and enhance patient satisfaction.

Underground liquified natural gas(Lng)storage is essential in guaranteeing national energy strategic reserves,and its construction is being *** stability of surrounding rock of underground Lng storage caverns under stress-low temperature coupling effect is the key factor determining the feasibility of Lng ***,a mathematical model used for controlling the stress-low temperature coupling and the processes of rock damage evolution is given,followed by a 2-D numerical execution process of the mathematical model mentioned above described based on Comsol Multiphysics and Matlab ***,a series of 2-D simulations are performed to study the influence of Lng storage cavern layout,burial depth,temperature and internal pressure on the stability of surrounding rocks of these underground storage *** results indicate that all the factors mentioned above affect the evolution of deformation and plastic zone of surrounding *** research results contribute to the engineering design of underground Lng storage caverns.

Sea surface temperature(SST)is one of the important parameters of global ocean and climate research,which can be retrieved by satellite infrared and passive microwave remote sensing *** satellite infrared SST offers high spatial resolution,it is limited by cloud *** the other hand,passive microwave SST provides all-weather observation but suffers from poor spatial resolution and susceptibility to environmental factors such as rainfall,coastal effects,and high wind *** achieve high-precision,comprehensive,and high-resolution SST data,it is essential to fuse infrared and microwave SST *** this study,data from the Fengyun-3D(FY-3D)medium resolution spectral imager II(MERSI-II)SST and microwave imager(MWRI)SST were ***,the accuracy of both MERSIII SST and MWRI SST was verified,and the latter was bilinearly interpolated to match the 5km resolution grid of MERSI *** pretreatment and quality control of MERSI SST and MWRI SST,a Piece-Wise Regression method was employed to correct biases in MWRI ***,SST data were selected based on spatial resolution and accuracy within a 3-day window of the analysis ***,an optimal interpolation method was applied to fuse the FY-3D MERSI-II SST and MWRI *** results demonstrated a significant improvement in spatial coverage compared to MERSI-II SST and MWRI ***,the fusion SST retained true spatial distribution details and exhibited an accuracy of–0.12±0.74℃compared to OSTIA *** study has improved the accuracy of FY satellite fusion SST products in China.

In this study,a novel iron-based catalyst system,Fe(acac)3/(isocyanoimino)triptenylphosphorane(IITP)/AlR3,was employed for the synthesis of syndiotactic 1,2-polybutadiene in *** catalyst system exhibits remarkably high catalytic activity,achieving a polymerization activity of 762 kgpolymer·molcatalyst^(-1)·h^(-1)at 50℃with a[BD]/[Fe]molar ratio of ***,living polymerization characteristic were observed during the investigation of the polymerization kinetics of 1,3-butadiene *** characteristics were well demonstrated by a narrow molecular weight distribution(PDI≈2.0)of the resulting polybutadiene and a linear relationship between-ln(1-c)and polymerization time as well as number average molecular weight and polymer *** resultant polymer showed a 1,2-selectivity of approximately 76%and stereoregularity ranging from 62%to 73%(rrrr).Additionally,through kinetic studies on polymerization reaction,an apparent activation energy Ea value of this catalytic system was calculated to be 84.98 kJ·mol^(-1),which suggests that high polymerization temperature favors efficient polymerization.
