The peculiarities o. calculating iso.ated structures with spherical bearings are analyzed in this paper. So.e o. peculiarities are caused by the lack o. data at the mo.ent when engineering so.utio.s had to.be made, o.her peculiarities are co.nected with physical peculiarities o. the device behavio.r. To.pro.ide the analysis o. structure hehavio.r under the co.ditio. o. the lack o. input info.matio., two.types o. design mo.els o. seismic pro.ectio. devices were co.sidered. They are the dampers linearizatio. and the mo.elling o. real dampers by dry frictio. o.es. The dampers linearizatio. makes it po.sible to.use the existing so.tware fo. calculating linear stro.gly-damped systems. To.calculate structures with dry frictio. dampers, a new so.tware was wo.ked o.t. In this case, the structure is described as a piecewise-linear system o. a relay-type. The investigatio.s o. the structure o.cillatio.s take into.acco.nt bo.h ho.izo.tal and vertical co.po.ents o. earthquake input. Under this co.ditio., ho.izo.tal o.cillatio. equatio.s o. structures are the MaRie-Hill o.es. The input and structure parameters which caused the structure instability are estimated. To.exclude the structure instability, high damping devices sho.ld be used. These metho.s were used fo. seismic resistant analysis o. bridges with spherical bearings and hydraulic dampers applied in So.hi.

The chemical pro.erties and bio.o.ical activities o. so.ls were studied in the vicinity o. the medieval settlement Po.kumsko.-3 in the Kislo.o.sk basin(No.thern Caucasus, Russia). Between the 5 th and 8 th centuries this area was plo.ghed regularly, but it was then abando.ed up to.the present day. It has been established that past human activity leads to.so.l undergo.ng significant transfo.matio.s in terms o. micro.ial co.munities and enzyme activity, and that such changes are maintained o.er lo.g perio.s. Lo.g-term manuring in the middle o. the first millennium AD led to.an increase in o.ganic carbo. co.tent and the accumulatio. o. nitrate nitro.en. So.ls o. ancient abando.ed fields are asso.iated with increases in micro.ial bio.ass, number o. sapro.ro.hic bacteria, urease activity, and fungal mycelium bio.ass. The o.served changes in the micro.io.o.ical and bio.hemical pro.erties o. so.l were co.ditio.ed by seco.dary anthro.o.enically induced successio. after the abando.ment o. arable lands.

Pho.o.ynamic therapy （PDT） is a minimally invasive and pro.ising new metho. in cancer treatment. Cyto.o.ic reactive o.ygen species （Ro.） are generated by the tissueqo.alized no.-to.ic sensitizer upo. illuminatio. and in the presence o. o.ygen. Thus, selective destructio. o. a targeted tumo. may be achieved. Co.pared with traditio.al cancer treatment, PDI has advantages including higher selectivity and lo.er rate o. to.icity. The high degree o. selectivity o. the pro.o.ed metho. was applied to.cancer diagno.is using fluo.escence. This article reviews previo.s studies do.e o. PDT treatment and pho.o.etectio. o. cervical intraepithelial neo.lasia, vulvar intraepithelial neo.lasia, o.arian and breast cancer, and PDT applicatio. in treating no.-cancer lesio.s. The article also.highlights the clinical respo.ses to.PDT, and discusses the po.sibility o. enhancing treatment efficacy by co.binatio. with immuno.herapy and targeted therapy.

Studying the dynamic changes in the co.stline o. the no.theastern Caspian Sea is significant since the level o. the Caspian is unstable,and the co.stline change can cause eno.mo.s damage to.the eco.o.y,eco.o.y,and po.ulatio. o. the co.stal part o. *** this wo.k,we use remo.e sensing and Geo.raphic Info.matio. System(GIS)techno.o.ies to.study the changes in the co.stline o. the no.theastern Caspian Sea and predict the extent o. flo.ding with increasing water *** pro.o.ed metho.o.o.y fo. creating dynamic maps can be used to.mo.ito. the co.stline and fo.ecast the extent o. flo.ding in the *** a result o. this wo.k,the main facto.s affecting changes in the co.stline were *** analyzing the water level data fro. 1988 to.2019,it was revealed that the rise in water level was o.served fro. 1980 to.*** maximum sea level rise was reco.ded at-26.04 *** that,the sea level began to.fall,and between 1996 and 2009,there were no.significant changes;the water level fluctuated with an average o.-27.18 ***,a map o. the water level dynamics in the Caspian Sea fro. 1988 to.2019 was *** to.the dynamics map,water level rise and significant co.stal retreat were revealed,especially in the no.thern part o. the Caspian Sea and the no.thern and so.thern parts o. So.a *** metho. fo. predicting the estimated flo.ding area was *** a result,based o. a single map,the flo.ding area o. the no.theast co.st was predicted.A co.parative analysis o. Landsat and SRTM data is presented.
