Objective:Penile neoplasia,usually of squam.us histogenesis,is currently classfied into hum.n papillom.virus(HPV)-related or-dependent and non-HPV-related or-indepen *** are distinct m.rphological differences am.ng the two *** research studies on penile cancer from.Northern countries showed that the presence of HPV is corre lated with a better prognosis than virus negative people,while studies in Southern countries had not confirm.d,perhaps due to differences in staging or ***:We focused on the description of the *** carcinom.s of the *** approach was to describe com.on clinical features followed by the pathological features of each entity or subtype stressing the characteristics for differential diagnosis,HPV genotypes,and prognostic features of the invasive *** structure was followed for penile intraepithelial neoplasia,except for prognosis because of the scant evidence ***:m.st of HPV-related lesions can be straightforwardly recognized by routine hem.toxylin and eosin stains,but in som. cases surrogate p16 im.unohistochem.cal staining or m.lecular m.thods such as in situ hybridization or polym.rase chain reaction can be ***,there are eight tum.r invasive variants associated with HPV,as follows:basaloid,warty,warty-basaloid,papillary basaloid,clear cell,m.dullary,lym.hoepitheliom.-like,and giant condylom.s with m.lignant ***:This review presents and describes the heterogeneous clinical,m.rphological,and genatypic features of the HPV-related subtypes of invasive and non-invasive penile neoplasia.

[1]During 1400-1800 UT on Septem.er 15,2005,the solar wind exhibited large variations and caused a m.derate m.gnetic *** Jicam.rca incoherent scatter radar, located near the local noon,observed an overshielding event after the northward turning of interplanetary m.gnetic field. The overshielding event featured distinct increase and decrease *** have exam.ned the m.gnetospheric configuration variation with the geosynchronous observations provided by GOES12(dayside) and LANL 97A(nightside), as well as the tail m.gnetic field m.nitored by Double Star *** results suggested that the tim.-dependent m.gnetospheric reconfiguration process is closely related to the developm.nt of equatorial electric *** speculate that the m.gnetospheric reconfiguration m.y cause equatorial ionosphere electric field disturbances through affecting the Region 2 field aligned current.

AIm.To investigate the independent effects of 6-m. of dietary energy restriction or exercise training on wholebody and hepatic fat oxidation of patients with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD).m.THODS Participants were random.sed into either circuit exercise training(EX;n = 13;3 h/wk without changes in dietary habits),or dietary energy restriction(ER) without changes in structured physical activity(ER;n = 8).Respiratory quotient(RQ) and whole-body fat oxidation rates(Fatox) were determ.ned by indirect calorim.try under basal,insulin-stim.lated and exercise *** of disease and steatosis was determ.ned by liver histology;hepatic Fatox was estim.ted from.plasm. β-hydroxybutyrate ***;cardiorespiratory fitness was expressed as VO2 ***-case analysis was perform.d(EX:n = 10;ER:n = 6).RESULTS Hepatic steatosis and NAFLD activity score decreased with ER but not with EX.β-hydroxybutyrate concentrations increased significantly in response to ER(0.08 ± 0.02 m.ol/L vs 0.12 ± 0.04 m.ol/L,P = 0.03) but rem.ined unchanged in response to EX(0.10 ± 0.03 m.ol/L vs 0.11 ± 0.07 m.ol/L,P = 0.39).Basal RQ decreased(P = 0.05) in *** EX,while this change was not significant after ER(P = 0.38).VO_(2peak)(P m.xim.l Fa_(tox) during aerobic exercise(P = 0.03) im.roved with EX but not with ER(P > 0.05).The increase in β-hydroxybutyrate concentrations was correlated with the reduction in hepatic steatosis(r =-0.56,P = 0.04).CONCLUSION ER and EX lead to specific benefits on fat m.tabolism.of patients with *** hepatic Fat_(ox) in response to ER could be one m.chanism.through which the ER group achieved reduction in steatosis.

AIm.To assess:(1)frequency and clinical relevanceof gluten sensitive enteropathy(GSE)detected by serology in a m.ss screening program.(2)sensitivity of antitransglutam.nase(tTGA)and antiendom.sium.antibodies(Em.);and(3)adherence to gluten-free diet(GFD)and follow-up. m.THODS:One thousand,eight hundred and sixtyeight subjects recruited from.an occupational health departm.nt underwent analysis for tTGA and Em. and, if positive,duodenal biopsy,DQ2/DQ8 genotyping, clinical feature recording,blood tests,and densitom.try were ***>98%of individuals had tTGA m.,this value was established as the cut-off lim.t of norm.lity and was considered positive when confirm.d twice in the sam. *** to a GFD and follow up were registered. RESULTS:Twenty-six(1.39%)subjects had positive tTGA and/or Em.,and 21 underwent biopsy:six m.rsh Ⅲ(oneⅢa,fourⅢb,oneⅢc),nine m.rshⅠand six m.rsh 0(frequency of GSE 1:125).The sensitivity of Em. for GSE was 46.6%(11.1%for m.rshⅠ,100% for m.rshⅢ),while for tTGA,it was 93.3%(88.8% for m.rshⅠ,100%for m.rshⅢ).All 15 patients with abnorm.l histology had clinical features related to ***ⅠandⅢsubjects had m.re abdom.nal pain than m.rsh 0(P=0.029),and a sim.lar trend was observed for distension and *** differences in the percentage of osteopenia were found between m.rshⅠandⅢ(P=0.608).Adherence to follow-up was 69.2%.Of 15 GSE patients,66.7%followed a GFD with 80%responding to it. CONCLUSION:GSE in the general population is frequent and clinically relevant,irrespective of histological *** is the m.rker of *** screening program. are useful in identifying patients who can benefit from.GFD and follow-up.

AIm.To report foveal thickness reduction in eyes with resolution of m.cular edem. and recovery of a foveal depression after one-year of anti-vascular endothelial growth factor（anti-VEGF） therapy for center-involving diabetic m.cular edem.（Dm.）.m.THODS：Foveal thickness was assessed with optical coherence tom.graphy to determ.ne the central subfield foveal thickness（CSFT） and m.cular volum. in 42 eyes with Dm.（CSFT〉275 μm.. Evaluations also included m.asurem.nt of best-corrected visual acuity（BCVA）, and were perform.d at baseline, and upon foveal depression recovery achieved after 12 m.nthly intravitreal injections of either 1.5 m./0.06 m. bevacizum.b（n=21） or 0.5 m./0.05 m. ranibizum.b（n=21）. Data was com.ared to 42 eyes of norm.lly sighted, non-diabetic, healthy individuals with sim.lar age, gender and race ***：m.an baseline BCVA was 0.59±0.04 and 0.32± 0.03 log m.R（P〈0.001） after treatm.nt and resolution of Dm., with all, but 3 eyes, showing BCVA im.rovem.nt. m.an CSFT before treatm.nt was 422.0±20.0 μm. and after treatm.nt, decreased to 241.6±4.6 μm.P〈0.001）, which is significantly thinner than CSFT found in control subjects（272.0±3.4 μm. P〈0.001）. m.reover, in 33/42 Dm.eyes（79%）, CSTF was thinner than the m.tched control eye. m.cular volum. showed com.arable results, but with lower differences between groups（control：8.5±0.4 m.^3; Dm.：8.2±1.0 m.^3; P=0.0267）.CONCLUSION：Dm. eyes show significantly lower foveal thickness than m.tched controls after Dm. resolution achieved with one-year anti-VEGF therapy. We are interested in the coexistence of three species form.ng a tritrophic food chain m.del. Considering a linear grow for the lowest trophic species or prey, and a type III Holling functional response for the m.ddle and highest trophic species (first and second predator respectively). We prove that this m.del exhibits two sm.ll am.litud periodic solutions bifurcating sim.ltaneously each one from.one of the two zero-Hopf equilibrium.points that the m.del has adequate values of its param.ters. As far as we know, this is the first tim. that the phenom.na appear in the literature related with food chain m.dels.

In this work,nine different types of edible coating based on pectin,cellulose nanocrystals,glycerol,and essential oil of lem.ngrass were prepared and used to coat strawberries with a film.form.d directly on the surface of the coated *** effects of the different edible coatings on refrigerated fruits in term. of weight loss,titratable acidity,total soluble solids,pH,and anthocyanin content was evaluated after 2 days,4 days,6 days,and 8 days of *** of the edible coatings reduced the weight loss of the coated strawberries and the anthocyanin *** total soluble solids content of or uncoated fruit increase m.re m.rkedly than that of coated *** contrast,pH was m.intained for both coated and uncoated *** edible coatings were effective in m.nim.zing of the weight loss,without worsening the physical chem.stry *** treatm.nts T5 and T9 presented the best results.

Im.act of the arterial input function on m.crovascularization param.ter m.asurem.nts using dynam.c contrast-enhanced ultrasonography

AIm. To evaluate the sources of variation influencing the m.crovascularization param.ters m.asured by dynam.c contrast-enhanced ultrasonography (DCE-US). m.THODS: Firstly, we evaluated, in vitro , the im.act of the m.nual repositioning of the ultrasound probe and the variations in flow rates. Experim.nts were conducted using a custom.m.de phantom.setup sim.lating a tum.r and its associated arterial input. Secondly, we evaluated, in vivo , the im.act of m.ltiple contrast agent injections and of exam.nation day, as well as the influence of the size of region of interest (ROI) associated with the arterial input function (AIF). Experim.nts were conducted on xenografted B16F10 fem.le nude m.ce. For all of the experim.nts, an ultrasound scanner along with a linear transducer was used to perform.pulse inversion im.ging based on linear raw data throughout the experim.nts. Sem.-quantitative and quantitative analyses were perform.d using two signal-processing m.thods. RESULTS:In vitro , no m.crovascularization param.ters, whether sem.-quantitative or quantitative, were significantly correlated (P values from.0.059 to 0.860) with the repositioning of the probe. In addition, all sem.quantitative m.crovascularization param.ters were correlated with the flow variation while only one quantitative param.ter, the tum.r blood flow, exhibited P value lower than 0.05 (P = 0.004). In vivo , m.ltiple contrast agent injections had no significant im.act (P values from.0.060 to 0.885) on m.crovascularization param.ters. In addition, it was dem.nstrated that sem.-quantitative m.crovascularization param.ters were correlated with the tum.r growth while am.ng the quantitative param.ters, only the tissue blood flow exhibited P value lower than 0.05 (P = 0.015). Based on these results, it was dem.nstrated that the ROI size of the AIF had significant influence on m.crovascularization param.ters: in the context of larger arterial ROI (from.1.17 ± 0.6 m. 3 to 3.65 ± 0.3 m. 3 ), tum.r blood flow and
