Background: Blood cardioplegia is a technique with many variations in its use. Intermittent cross clamping with Lidoflazine has proven to deliver good cardioprotection in our center. Question: Is tepid (32°C) antegrade intermittent blood cardioplegia an efficient, safe and easy-to-use alternative to intermittent cross-clamping with Lidoflazine in elective isolated CABG in low-risk patients? Primary outcomes are heart enzymes (cTnI, CK-MB). Secondary outcomes are operation times, length of hospital stay, major complications and in-hospital mortality. Hydroxypropylcellulose（HPC） films were prepared by casting with cellulose nanocrystals in the presence of anionic surfactant sodium dodecylsulphate（SDS） and cationic surfactant hexadecyltrimethyl ammonium bromide（CTAB）. The cellulose nanocrystals were isolated from maize straw, a biomass source produced in huge quantities as an agrowaste in Brazil. These bionanocomposite films had good transparency and their surface hydrophilic character was evidenced by static contact angle measurements. Thermogravimetry（TGA） measurement revealed that nanocrystals and surfactants changed the thermal stability of the HPC films. Dynamic mechanical analysis（DMA） showed that the tensile storage and loss moduli of the HPC films increased by increasing the contents of cellulose nanocrystals and surfactants, especially in the case of CTAB. This good reinforcing effect of HPC matrix can be explained as due to electrostatic attractive interactions brought about by the presence of CTAB and the nanocrystals.

The focus of this research lies in community empowerment based on culture and local communities as well as sustainable ecotourism,which is directed at a complicated mechanism of empowerment elements,local culture that is thick in ecotourism to get added value for the novelty of ecotourism research.The object of research is Wasur National Park(WNP),Papua,Indonesia.Qualitative methods have been used to obtain accurate data and information,i.e.,in-depth interviews with indigenous people to find out the benefits or functions of their culture that can be developed in ecotourism,interviews with leaders and staff of WNP and the Department of Culture and Tourism to find out the potential and processes empowerment and existing tourism potential.As a result,from the perspective of empowerment,local people will easily follow the empowerment process provided that they use methods that are culturally appropriate which is from the viewpoints from the culture of sasi,totem and sacred places.The culture adopted by the community is in accordance with the principles of ecotourism that supports sustainability,environmental conservation,protection of environmental resources and increases economic value.However,it is recommended to carry out modified socialization in accordance with the current conditions.Hence,tourists who visit WNP do not become afraid of the very rigid sanctions which are applied to them who violate the existing cultural and environmental customs.Moreover,to get added economic value in the tourism business within WNP,it is necessary to explore the potential of cultural wealth,natural and biological wealth so that it becomes the main attraction in carrying out the economic empowerment of local communities in the field of ecotourism.

目的观察细胞周期依赖性蛋白激酶特异性抑制剂Roscovitine对C型尼曼-皮克病(NPC)小鼠(npc-/-)的治疗作用.方法采用72、144、300和600 nmol/d的Roscovitine对5周龄的npc-/-小鼠(n=6～10)进行2周侧脑室灌注,以DMSO灌注的同龄npc-/-小鼠(n=6～10)为对照;采用免疫组织化学染色、H & e染色和小鼠衣架悬挂试验来进行检测.结果Roscovitine能显著减少球状轴突的数量,延缓浦肯野细胞的死亡并改善npc-/-小鼠的运动功能.结论Roscovitine对NPC的神经系统变性有一定的保护作用.

Background:To finish an endurance race,athletes perform a vigorous effort that induces the release of cardiac damage markers.There are several factors that can affect the total number of these markers,so the aim of this review was to analyze the effect of endurance running races on cardiac damage markers and to identify the factors that modify the levels of segregation of these cardiac damage markers.Methods:A systematic search of PubMed,Web of Science,and the Cochrane Library databases was performed.This analysis included studies where the acute effects of running races on cardiac damage markers(troponin I and troponin T)were analyzed,assessing the levels of these markers before and after the races.Results:The effects of running races on troponin I(mean difference=0.0381 ng/mL)and troponin T(mean difference=0.0256 ng/mL)levels were significant.The ages(R^(2)=14.4%,p=0.033)and body mass indexes(R^(2)=14.5%,p=0.045)of the athletes had a significant interaction with troponin I.In addition,gender,mean speed,time to finish the race,and type of race can affect the level of cardiac damage markers.Conclusion:endurance running races induce the release of cardiac-damage markers that remain elevated for at least 24 h after the races.In addition,young male athletes with high body mass indexes who perform races combining long duration and moderate intensity(i.e.,marathons)release the highest levels of cardiac damage markers.Physicians should take into consideration these results in the diagnosis and treatment of patients admitted to the hospital days after finishing endurance running races.

endophytic fungi were identified from different parts of the medicinal parasitic mistletoe Cladocolea micrantha and from its host Anacardium occidentale, suggesting a strict host-parasite relationship. eight fungal endophytes were isolated and morphologically characterized. The ascomycete Guignardia mangiferae and strains of Mycelia sterilia were prevalent in the isolations. The unequivocal identification of Guignardia mangiferae at a probabilistic degree close to 100% was carried out by DNA extraction followed by PCR analyses of the ITS-1 and ITS-2 regions and comparison of the genetic sequence with the NCBI database.
