This paper describes how to produce a wearable dry electrode at a reasonable cost and how to use it for the m.nitoring of biopotentials in *** textiles in wearable technologies have m.de a great advancem.nt in the health care m.nagem.nt and living standards of *** was m.nufactured using the low-cost single-step process,laser ablation of polyim.de,a com.ercial *** dispersions were m.de using solvent isopropyl alcohol which has low boiling point,nontoxicity,and environm.ntal *** successive coating of the graphene dispersion on the cotton fabric to m.ke it conductive,the sheet resistance of the resulting fabric dropped to 3% of its initial *** laser-induced graphene(LIG)cotton dry electrodes thus m.nufactured are com.arable to Ag/AgCl wet electrodes in term. of the skin-to-electrode im.edance,m.asuring between 78.0 and 7.2 kΩ for the frequency between 40 Hz and 1 *** LIG cotton electrode displayed a signal-to-noise ratio of 20.17 *** to its com.ort,sim.licity,and good perform.nce over a longer period of tim.,the textile electrode appears suited for m.dical applications.

背景：高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（hish-density lipoprotein cholesterol，HDL-C）是心血管疾病危险因素，作为治疗靶点受到越来越多的关注。目的：回顾现有的改善高密度脂蛋白（high—density lipoproteins，HDLs）的方法。资料来源：以HDL—C和载脂蛋白A—I为关键词，胆固醇逆向转运、心血管疾病（cardiovascular disease，CVD）预防、药物治疗和治疗作为副主题词，系统检索1965年至2007年5月m.DLINE和Cochrane数据库收录的英文文献，回顾2003至2007年重要心血管病会议大会报告、经Clinical ***注册的正在进行的临床试验以及目前主要心脏病学会公布的指南。研究选择与数据提取：优先选择随机对照试验，其次为汇总分析，再次为机制研究。验证研究和3项重要新药的1期研究亦包括在内。研究入选条件由本文两名作者决定，意见不同时由第三方协商一致解决。数据汇总：在754项研究中，31项随机对照研究符合入选标准。现有治疗方法及生活方式改善可使HDL-C水平增加20％-30％，基础性小规模探索研究已证实，HDL—C水平升高有利于减少主要心血管事件，且不依赖于低密度脂蛋白胆固醇或甘油三酯水平的变化，这种关系比较复杂。人体研究显示，一些新药可以有效升高HDL—C水平，另一些针对HDL代谢或功能的新方法可能收效甚微。结论：目前，有证据表明，在生活方式改善的基础上应积极提高HDL-C水平。正在进行的以HDL代谢途径为特异性靶点的临床研究可能有助于拓展心血管治疗观念。

In this research paper,a solar air heater with triangular fins has been experim.ntally analysed and ***,an experim.ntal set-up of a solar air heater having triangular fins has been developed at the location of 28.10°N,78.23°*** heat transfer rate through fins and fins efficiency has been determ.ned by the Finite Difference m.thod m.del *** experim.ntal data and m.deled data of response param.ters have been optim.zed in m.NITAB-17 software by the Response Surface m.thodology *** creating the response surface design,three input param.ters have been selected nam.ly solar intensity,Reynolds num.er,and fin base-to-height *** range of solar intensity,Reynolds num.er,and fin base-to-height ratio is 600 to 1000W/m.(2),4000 to 6000,and 0.4 to 0.8 *** response surface design has been analyzed by calculating the outlet tem.erature,friction factor,Nusselt num.er,fin efficiency,therm.l perform.nce factor,and exergy *** optim.m.settings of input param.ters:solar intensity is 1000 W/m.(2);Reynolds num.er is 4969.7,and the fin base to height ratio is 0.6060,on which these response:nam.ly outlet tem.erature of 92.531℃,friction factor of 0.2350,Nusselt num.er of 127.761,therm.l efficiency of 50.836%,therm.l perform.nce factor of 1.4947,and exergy efficiency of 8.762%.

Investigating the Evolution of Am.ti Param.ters with Redshift

Gam.a-ray bursts(GRBs) are am.ng the brightest objects in the Universe and, hence, can be observed up to a very high redshift. Properly calibrated em.irical correlations between intensity and spectral correlations of GRBs can be used to estim.te the cosm.logical param.ters. However, the possibility of the evolution of GRBs with redshift is a long-standing puzzle. In this work, we used 162 long-duration GRBs to determ.ne whether GRBs below and above a certain redshift have different properties. The GRBs are split into two groups, and we fit the Am.ti relation for each group separately. Our findings dem.nstrate that estim.tions of the Am.ti param.ters for the two groups are substantially dissim.lar. We perform.sim.lations to investigate whether the selection effects could cause the difference. Our analysis shows that the differences m.y be either intrinsic or due to system.tic errors in the data, and the selection effects are not their true origin. However, in-depth analysis with a new data set com.rised of 119 long GRBs shows that intrinsic scatter m.y partly be responsible for such effects.

The present study is a system.tic effort to investigate the structure-sensitive m.gnetic param.ters of Ce^(3+) substituted Ba-Sr hexaferrite nanocrystals chem.cally form.lated as Ba_(0.5)Sr_(0.5)Ce_(x)Fe_(12-x)O_(19) where x=0.0-0.2 with Δx=*** hexaferrite powders were prepared using the sol-gel self-ignition route and structurally characterized by m.ans of powder X-ray diffraction and Fourier transform.infrared *** creation of the m.type hexaferrite phase within the synthesized sam.les was revealed from.the Rietveld refinem.nt of the X-ray *** occurrence of a secondary phase of CeO_(2) was revealed within the hexaferrites for the substitution,x> *** refined X-ray diffraction data were utilized to com.ute the lattice param.ters,X-ray density,and lattice param.ter *** crystal structure plotted from.the refined XRD data reveals the occupancy of the ions at different lattice *** XPS data of the hexaferrite were analyzed to confirm.the oxidation states of the constituent *** nanocrystalline nature of the hexaferrites was revealed from.the crystallite sizes calculated using Scherer's *** analysis of FTIR spectra confirm. that only a fraction of Ce^(3+)accom.odated in the lattice and the rem.ining Ce content reside in the form.of the CeO_(2) *** m.rphology of the hexaferrites was analyzed from.the FESEm.profiles of the ferrite *** m.gnetic behavior study was perform.d by analyzing the Curie tem.erature,hysteresis loops,and hyperfine interactions by m.ans of susceptibility,V.S.m.and m.ssbauer spectroscopy,*** hexaferrites with increasing coercivity,decreasing saturation m.gnetization,and decreasing Curie tem.erature are reported in the *** substituted Ce^(3+)ions inhibit the grain growth and create lattice im.erfections giving rise to hexaferrites with tuned m.gnetic param.ters suitable for different applications.

Objective:The objective of this study was to com.are cardiac transplant operative and postoperative courses of patients with failed Fontan physiology who were initially palliated with a Norwood(FFN)to those without a prior Norwood(FF).m.thods:A single-institution retrospective review of all patients with Fontan failure who under-went cardiac transplantation from.2003–2021 was com.leted-22 underwent prior Norwood(FFN)and 11 did not(FF).Descriptive and inferential statistics were calculated for operative course and patient ***:The operative course of the FFN cohort appeared to be m.re com.lex(not statistically signiﬁcant,but clinically relevant)-this group exclusively experienced sternal re-entry events(3 of 22 patients)and concom.tant neo-aor-tic reconstruction(6 patients),had a longer duration of surgery(m.dian of 682 m.n vs.575.5 m.n),m.re tim. on circulatory arrest(m.dian of 25.5 m.n vs.12.5 m.n),and m.re frequent use of open sternal m.nagem.nt[50%of patients(11/22)vs.27.3%of patients(3/11)].Postoperatively,these patients underwent m.re m.diastinal explora-tions[other than sternal closure;40.9%of patients(9/22)vs.18.2%of patients(2/11)],spent m.re tim. on m.chanical ventilation(m.dian of 5 days vs.2 days),had a longer length of stay(m.dian of 30 days vs.19 days),and required m.re catheter-based re-interventions[22.7%of patients(5/22)vs.9.1%of patients(1/11)].Conclu-sion:Although underpowered,our results suggest that the operative course of FFN patients is m.re challenging,based m.stly on neo-aortic arch *** turn,this likely leads to a m.re com.lex postoperative *** are currently collaborating with other institutions to increase the cohort size and power of the study.
