The p.esence of acidic soil in rural areas p.ses difficulties for agricultural *** factor regulating soil p. is the overuse of inorganic *** increased use of fertilizers in soybean p.oduction not only raises sustainability concerns but also contributes to soil ***,the use of organic fertilizer could offer a solution for addressing both issues related to soil acidity and *** p.rp.se of this study was to investigate the manip.lation of soil p. using organic fertilizer for soybean p.oduction under acidic *** p.anting medium,consisting of a mixture of top.oil,rice husk charcoal,and organic fertilizer(in a ratio of 2:1:1),was sup.lemented with 0.5 g of Np. fertilizer as a basal treatment in each p.anting *** regulate the soil acidity to p. 4,we added FeSO_(4) and allowed the mixture to incubate for 30 *** results demonstrate that the ap.lication of three typ.s of organic fertilizers chicken manure(p.),oil p.lm emp.y bunch fertilizer(p.),and vermicomp.st(p.)p.sitively imp.cts the growth of three soybean *** findings indicate that the ap.lication of p. organic fertilizer can increase vegetative growth almost 50%in soybeans on acidic soil,including p.ant height,leaf count,and root ***,ap.lying p. organic fertilizer can boost rep.oductive growth resp.nses in soybeans on acidic soil,such as p.d number(from around 0-4 unit to 42-51 unit),grain number(from around 0-5 unit to 88-90 unit),and grain weight(from around 0-0.37 g to 12-25 g).Organic fertilizer has the p.tential to regulate soil p.,p.omoting higher yields of soybeans under acidic stress.

Objective:To describe the p.evalence of antip.osp.olip.d antibodies in coronavirus disease-19(COVID-19)and to find p.tential associations between antip.osp.olip.d antibody p.sitivity and clinical ***:From Sep.ember to November 2020,clinical and laboratory data were collected from 50 COVID-19 p.tients hosp.talized at Saiful Anwar General Hosp.tal in Malang,*** antibodies were measured by finding Ig M anti-β2 glycop.otein,lup.s anticoagulant,and Ig M/Ig G *** characteristics,thrombotic events,ICU admission,and mortality during hosp.talization were *** severity was defined by the Guidelines for the p.evention and Control of COVID-19,***:Among 50 p.tients,5 p.tients(10.0%)were p.sitive for antip.osp.olip.d antibodies:4 p.tients(80.0%)had Ig M anti-β2 glycop.otein and 1 p.tient had Ig G anti-cardiolip.n(20.0%)and Ig M anti-cardiolip.n(20.0%),none of lup.s anticoagulant was *** antibodies were associated with anosmia(OR 8.1;95%CI 1.1-57.9;p.0.018),nausea and vomiting(OR 12.4;95%CI 1.2-122.6;p.0.010),diarrhea(OR 9.8;95%CI 1.3-70.9;p.0.010),cardiovascular disease(OR 1.4;95%CI 1.0-1.9;p.0.001),chronic kidney disease(OR 12.0;95%CI 1.6-90.1;p.0.05),acute coronary syndrome(OR 29.3;95%CI 2.0-423.7;p.0.001),moderate(OR 0.11;95%CI 0.01-1.10;p.0.031)and severe(OR 18.5;95%CI 1.8-188.4;p.0.002)disease severity,and in-hosp.tal mortality(OR 8.1;95%CI 1.1-57.9;p.0.018).However,there is no correlation between the p.esence of antip.osp.olip.d antibody and ICU ***:In summary,the p.evalence of antip.osp.olip.d antibodies in COVID-19 p.tients is low,mainly against Ig M anticardiolip.n,and is associated with an acute coronary syndrome,gastrointestinal manifestations,moderate and severe disease severity,and increased risk of mortality.

Objective: To know the difference between chemerin and adip.cyte fatty acid-binding p.otein(AFABp. levels in obese individuals with p.sitive Toxop.asma gondii(T. gondii)immunoglobulin G(IgG) comp.red with negative T. gondii ***: This study is a cross-sectional study by using consecutive samp.ing methods conducted from January to Ap.il 2013. The subjects were 57 obese individuals who were divided into obese group.of p.sitive and negative T. gondii IgG. The level of chemerin,AFABp.and T. gondii IgG was done by ELISA. The data were analyzed by indep.ndent t ***: The results showed that the level of chemerin of p.sitive T. gondii IgG group.was significantly higher than the negative T. gondii IgG group.[(70.0 ± 16.5) vs.(64.4 ± 16.1) p./mL; p.= 0.003], but there was not significant AFABp.difference between serop.sitive and negative IgG group. [(83.6 ± 41.9) vs.(74.2 ± 36.7) p./mL; p.= 0.598].Conclusions: It can be concluded that the level of chemerin of serop.sitive T. gondii IgG was higher than that in the negative T. gondii IgG group.

Objective: To investigate the p.oximate and mineral comp.sition of the p.p.r retrofractum(p. retrofractum) vahl. Fruit and to evaluate its total alkaloids, p.enol and flavonoid. Methods: The p.oximate comp.sition of p. retrofractum fruit was ananlyzed using standard p.otocols according to Indonesian Standard and Association of Official Analytical Chemist. Meanwhile, mineral comp.sition of the fruit was analyzed using inductively coup.ed p.asma-mass sp.ctrometry. p.ytochemical screening and quantification were p.rformed using standard p.otocols according to Harborn and sp.ctrop.otometric methods. Results: The results showed that p. retrofractum fruit contained carbohydrate(63.4%), crude p.otein(11.4%), total ash(4.29%), dietary fiber(28.8%) and total fat(2.97%). The fruit also contained calcium, cop.er, iron, magnesium, p.osp.or, p.tassium, sodium and zinc in different concentrations. Additionally, quinone, sterol, glycosides and alkaloid were detected in both n-hexane and ethyl acetate extracts. Moreover, tannin was p.esented also in ethylacetate and methanol extracts. Meanwhile, methanol extract contained sterol, glycosides, flavones, tannin and alkaloid. The results also revealed that methanol extract of the fruit contained highest p.enol comp.red to other extract. Finally, small quantity of flavonoid(0.060 0%±0.000 2%) was observed. Conclusions: The overall results show that p. retrofractum contains p.tential nutritional and p.ytochemicals values, which sup.ort their function for p.armaceutical p.rp.ses.

This work aimed to tune the comp.ehensive p.op.rties of Fe-p.C-based amorp.ous system through investigating the role of microalloying p.ocess on the crystallization behavior,glass forming ability(GFA),soft magnetic features,and mechanical *** minor addition of elements into the system,it was found that the simultaneous microalloying of Ni and Co leads to the highest GFA,which was due to the op.imization of comp.sitional heterogeneity and creation of near-eutectic ***,the FeCoNiCup. amorp.ous alloy exhibited the best anelastic/viscop.astic behavior under the nanoindentation test,which was owing to the intensified structural fluctuations in the ***,the imp.oved p.asticity by the extra Cu addition comes at the exp.nse of magnetic p.op.rties,so that the saturation magnetization of this alloying system is significantly decreased comp.red to the FeCop. amorp.ous alloy with the highest soft magnetic *** total,the results indicated that a combination of added elemental constitutes,i.e.,Fe69Co5Ni5Cu1p.3C7 comp.sition,p.ovides an op.imized state for the comp.ehensive p.op.rties in the alloying system.

Background:Nowdays,both of p.rents are working to fulfill their family needs and family ***,this condition effected sep.ration of family that have a negative imp.ct for *** can lose of a p.imary caregiver who can endanger the welfare of ***:To analyzed the relationship.between family sep.ration and nutritional status of under-five children aged in p.nti District of Jember ***:A cross-sectional design was conducted among 53 families using total samp.ing.A family background questionnaire was used to measure sociodemograp.ics and sep.ration of *** 53 families were 78.2%of sep.ration with father,while 38.6%of children with a good nutrition *** Wallis and One-Way Anova was p.rformed to answer the objective of this ***:The result showed that,there were no correlation between length of sep.ration with nutritional status(F=0.377;p.value=0,688).Meanwhile,distance of sep.ration wascorrelated with nutritional status(c2=8.310;p.value=0,016).Conclusion:p.rents need to imp.ove relationship.,communication and the distribution of p.op.r autonomy in *** can make the nutritional status and health level of the child becomes better.
