[背景]人类在生命早期的发育期间可能特别容易受到环境暴露的影响。有关这一主题的人体研究一般集中在单一暴露与健康效应之间的关系。而"暴露组"的概念涵盖了从受孕开始的的全部暴露,完善了基因组。[目的]人类生命早期暴露组(HELIX)项目是一个新的合作研究项目,目的是为了采用新的暴露评估和生物标志分析方法来描述生命早期多种环境因素的暴露,并将这些与生物标志组学和儿童健康结局相关联,从而刻画"生命早期暴露组"。本文描述了该项目的总体设计。[方法]HELIX将利用欧洲现有的6个出生队列研究来估计产前、产后暴露的一系列化学和物理暴露。建立全部队列中总共32 000对母亲和儿童的暴露模型,并在一个包含1 200对母亲和儿童的子队列中测量生物标志。嵌套重复采样的定组研究(n=150)将收集生物标志的变化数据,利用智能手机来评估流动性和体力活动,并监测个体暴露。采用组学技术确定与暴露相关的分子学特征(代谢组、蛋白质组、转录组和表观基因组)。对于多次暴露,采用统计方法估计胎儿和儿童的成长、肥胖、神经发育和呼吸系统结局中的暴露-效应关系。项目还将进行一项健康效应评估测试,以评价组合暴露的风险和收益。[结论]HELIX是描述欧洲人群生命早期暴露组并解开它与组学标志物和儿童健康之间关联的首次尝试之一。作为对暴露组学这一概念的验证,该项目向生命过程中暴露组迈出了重要的第一步。

环境温度与钉螺耗氧量关系的研究

目的　探索环境温度与钉螺耗氧量关系及钉螺“冬眠”或“夏蛰”现象与耗氧量关系。方法　在实验室模拟自然环境 ,逐步改变温度 ,分别测定 0～ 4 0℃环境温度条件下钉螺耗氧量的值 ,判断环境温度与钉螺耗氧量关系 ,同时观察钉螺“冬眠”和“夏蛰”情况 ,分析钉螺耗氧量与“冬眠”率和“夏蛰”率的相关关系。结果　环境温度在 1～ 36℃之间钉螺耗氧量随温度升高而增加 ,钉螺耗氧量随环境温度的变化趋势与曲线方程 y=6 .6× 10 - 5- 3× 10 - 6 x+4.4× 10 - 6 x2 - 8× 10 - 8x3高度拟合(R2 =0 .998,F=2 775 ,Pmg/ snail· h(95 %可信区间为 8.6 5× 10 - 5～ 1.5 0 3×10 - 4m g/ snail· h) ,2 9～ 36℃平均增加 2 .92× 10 - 5mg/ snail· h(95 %可信区间为 1.71× 10 - 5～4 .13× 10 - 5m g/ snail· h) ,后者升幅显著低于前者。 37℃开始出现钉螺死亡 ;“冬眠”率与耗氧量之间呈直线回归关系 (R2 =0 .92 8,F=10 2 .2 8,P<0 .0 1) ;随着温度的升高 ,钉螺耗氧量升幅明显下降 ,但当温度升高至 35℃左右才开始出现“夏蛰”现象 ,至 4 0℃时仅有 2 7.78%钉螺表现出“夏蛰”状态。结?

Context: Stable angina pectoris in women has often been considered a “soft”d iagnosis, with less-severe prognostic implications than in men, but large-scal e population studies are lacking. Objective: To determine sex differences in the incidence and prognosis of stable angina in a large ambulatory population. Desi gn: Prospective cohort study using linked national registers. Setting: All munic ipal primary health care centers, hospital outpatient clinics, occupational heal th care services, and the private sector in Finland. Participants: Among ambulat ory patients aged 45 to 89 years who had no history of coronary disease, we defi ned new cases of “nitrate angina”based on nitrate prescription(56 441 women an d 34 885 men) or “test-positive angina”based on abnormal invasive or noninvas ive test results(11 391 women and 15 806 men). Potentially eligible patients wer e evaluated between January 1, 1996, and December 31, 1998. Follow-up ended in December 2001. main Outcome measures: Coronary mortality at 4 years(n=7906 death s) and fatal and nonfatal myocardial infarction at 1 year(n=3129 events). Results: The age-standardized annual incidence per 100 population of all cases of ang ina was 2.03 in men and 1.89 in women, with a sex ratio of 1.07(95%confidence i nterval[CI], 1.06-1.09). At every age, nitrate angina in women and men was asso ciated with a similar increase in risk of coronary mortality relative to the gen eral population. Women with test-positive angina who were younger than 75 years had higher coronary-standardized mortality ratios than men; for example, among those aged 55 to 64 years, it was 4.69(95%CI, 3.60-6.11) in women compared wi th 2.40(95%CI, 2.11-2.73) in men(Pmount of nitrates used and event rates; women usin g higher doses of nitrates had prognoses comparable with those of men. metal-organic frameworks(mOFs)withπ-conjugated system have gained enormous attention for the rapid,sensitive and selective detection of toxic metal ions or nitro-explosives.A novel luminenscentcoordationplymer,namely[Cd(pytpy)(ina)(OH)]·HO(1),were synthesized based on pytpy[pytpy=4’-(4-Pyridinyl)-2,2’:6’,2"-terpyridine]and carboxylic acid ligand ina[ina=isonicotinic acid].It had been characterized by elemental analysis,infrared spectroscopy(IR),powder X-ray diffraction(PXRD),thermogravimetric analyses(TGA)and single crystal X-ray *** 1exhibits a three dimensional(3D)supramolecular network bulit from 1D chain linked through hydrogen bonds andπ-πpacking ***,1 exhibit excellent luminescence and good stability in water and other organic solvent.1 can act as a promising functional sensor for detecting and recognizing nitroaromaticexplosives(NACs).In the context,we selected the typical toxic explosives TNP as examples to investigate properties of sensing,which has relevance in the context of environmental protection and homeland security.

本文报道应用PCR技术或RT－PCR技术从日本血吸虫成虫cDNA文库或成虫mRNA中扩增到Sj28GST、C－Sjparamyosin、H-Sj23、Sj14、Sj22．6和***6个编码日本血吸虫中国大陆株抗原的基因，并把它们克隆入适合载体中，在大肠杆菌系统和蚕核型多角体病毒（BmNPV）系统中进行表达．免疫学检测证明这6种基因重组抗原都具有较好的抗原性。我们进一步应用4种比较成熟的基因重组抗原Sj26GST、Sj28GST、C－***和H－Sj23进行3批绵羊试验和1批黄、水牛田间试验，评估这几种重组抗原在绵羊和黄、水牛中的免疫保护效果，rSj26GST和rSj28GST分别获得62．1％和50.4％－68.5％的显著保护；n－paramyosin获得42.9％－55．3％、r－C－paramyosin获得44．2％－47．1％的显著保护，r－H－Sj23为51．2％－66．1％的显著保护．各组免疫后的粪便虫卵数和组织虫卵数也有不同程度的减少．用r－C－Sjparamyosin、r－Sj28GST和r－H－Sj23免疫典、水牛在血吸虫重疫区田间试验的结果表明，减虫率水牛高于黄牛，显示上述试验的3种日本血吸虫重组分子抗原有希望成为家畜日本血吸虫病的候选疫苗抗原．

The cryptic lifestyle of most fungi necessitates molecular identification of the guild in environmental *** the past decades,rapid development and affordability of molecular tools have tremendously improved insights of the fungal diversity in all ecosystems and ***,in spite of the progress of molecular methods,knowledge about functional properties of the fungal taxa is vague and interpretation of environmental studies in an ecologically meaningful manner remains *** order to facilitate functional assignments and ecological interpretation of environmental studies we introduce a user friendly traits and character database FungalTraits operating at genus and species hypothesis *** the information from previous efforts such as FUNGuild and FunFun together with involvement of expert knowledge,we reannotated 10,210 and 151 fungal and Stramenopila genera,*** resulted in a stand-alone spreadsheet dataset covering 17 lifestyle related traits of fungal and Stramenopila genera,designed for rapid functional assignments of environmental *** order to assign the trait states to fungal species hypotheses,the scientific community of experts manually categorised and assigned available trait information to 697,413 fungal ITS *** the basis of those sequences we were able to summarise trait and host information into 92,623 fungal species hypotheses at 1%dissimilarity threshold.
