The effect of COpartial pressure was evaluated during the COchemisorption in penta lithium aluminate（LiAlO）, using different COand Opartial pressures in the presence or absence of alkaline carbonates. Results showed that using low PO（0.1） did not affect the kinetic and final COchemisorption process. Moreover, small additions of oxygen（PO= 0.05） into the mixture flue gas, seemed to increase the COchemisorption. Additionally, the presence of alkaline carbonates modified the COcapture temperature range. COchemisorption kinetic parameters were determined assuming a double exponential model where direct COchemisorption and COchemisorption controlled by diffusion processes are considered.Finally, ionic diffusion was analyzed by ionic conduction analysis, where all the gravimetric and ionic measurements were in good agreement showing different diffusion processes depending on temperature.Finally, the oxygen and alkaline carbonate additions have positive effects during the COchemisorption process in LiAlO, and a possible reaction mechanism is presented.

A wide survey was conducted to study plant-parasitic nematodes(PPNs)associated with Prunus groves in spain.This research aimed to determine the prevalence and distribution of PPNs in Prunus groves,as well as the influence of explanatory variables describing soil,climate and agricultural management in structuring the variation of PPNs community composition.A total of 218 sampling sites were surveyed and 84 PPN species belonging to 32 genera were identified based of an integrative taxonomic approach.PPN species considered as potential limiting factors in Prunus production,such as Meloidogyne arenaria,M.incognita,M.javanica,Pratylenchus penetrans and P.vulnus,were identified in this survey.seven soil physico-chemical(C,Mg,N,Na,OM,P,pH and clay,loamy sand and sandy loam texture classes),four climate(Bio04,Bio05,Bio13 and Bio14)and four agricultural management variables(grove-use history less than 10 years,irrigation,apricot seedling rootstock,and Montclar rootstock)were identified as the most influential variables driving spatial patterns of PPNs communities.In particular,younger plantations showed higher values for species richness and diversity indices than groves cultivated for more than 20 years with Prunus spp.Our study increases the knowledge of the distribution and prevalence of PPNs associated with Prunus rhizosphere,as well as on the influence of explanatory variables driving the spatial structure PPNs communities,which has important implications for the successful design of sustainable management strategies in the future in this agricultural system.

Aerosol deposition(AD)method is a kind of additive manufacturing technology for fabricating dense films such as metals and ceramics at room temperature.It resolves the challenge of integrating ceramic films onto temperaturesensitive substrates,including metals,glasses,and polymers.It should be emphasized that the AD is a spray coating technology that uses powder without thermal assistance to generate films with high density.Compared to the traditional sputter-based approach,the AD shows several advantages in efficiency,convenience,better interfacial bonding and so on.Therefore,it opens some possibilities to the field of batteries,especially all-solidstate batteries(AssBs)and draws much attention not only for research but also for large scale applications.The purpose of this work is to provide a critical review on the science and technology of AD as well as its applications in the field of batteries.The process,mechanism and effective parameters of AD,and recent developments in AD applications in the field of batteries will be systematically reviewed so that a trend for AD will be finally provided.

Diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) is the most common histologic subtype of the non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma (NHL) accounting for about 40% of all NHLs. This is a case report about the endoscopic appearance of a DLBCL with infiltration to the stomach in a 39-year-old female. she had a 6-mo history of lumbar and left upper quadrant pain with intermittent episodes of melena. A computer tomograghy (CT) scan showed mural thickening of the gastric antrum. Endoscopic examination revealed multiple gastric ulcers. Definite diagnosis could be made by endoscopic biopsies and the patient had a good response to chemotherapy. This response correlated well with a further endoscopic follow-up. A follow-up endoscopic examination could be considered to evaluate a good response to chemotherapy in DLBCL patients with secondary gastric dissemination.

BACKGROUND The association between digoxin and mortality is an unclear issue.In older patients with atrial fibrillation(AF),where use of digoxin is frequent,the evidence of its safety is scarce.Our aim is to assess the safety of digoxin in nonagenarian patients with AF.METHODs We evaluated data from 795 nonagenarian patients with non-valvular AF from the spanish Multicenter Registry.We analyzed the relationship between digoxin and all-cause mortality with the Cox proportional-hazards model.REsULTs Follow-up was 27.7±18.3 months.Mean age was 92.5±3.8 years,and 71%of nonagenarian patients were female.Digoxin was not associated with increased risk of mortality[adjusted hazard ratio(aHR)=1.16,95%CI:0.96−1.41,P=0.130].However,we found a significant increase in mortality in the subgroup with estimated glomerular filtration rate(eGFR)subgroups of eGFR(30−59 mL/min per 1.73 m^(2) and≥60 mL/min per 1.73 m^(2)).When exploring the risk of mortality according to sex,male subgroup was associated with an in-crease in mortality(aHR=1.48,95%CI:1.02−2.14,P=0.041).This was not observed in females subgroup(aHR=1.03,95%CI:0.81−1.29,P=0.829).Based on the presence or absence of heart failure,we did not find significant differences(aHR=1.20,95%CI:0.87−1.65,P=0.268 vs.aHR=1.15,95%CI:0.90−1.47,P=0.273,respectively).CONCLUsIONs In our large registry of nonagenarian patients with AF,we did not find an association between digoxin and mortality in the total sample.However,in the subgroup analyses,we found an increase in mortality with the use of digoxin in men and in patients with an eGFR<30 mL/min per 1.73 m^(2).

AIM: To evaluate the factors that influence outcome of both non-invasive and invasive treatment of polycystic liver disease. METHODs: Analysis of clinical files of patients with complete follow-up from July 1986 to June 2006. REsULTs: Forty-one patients (male, 7; female, 34), 47.8 ± 11.9 years age, and 5.7 ± 6.7 years follow-up, were studied. Alkaline phosphatase (AP) elevation (15% of patients) was associated with the requirement of invasive treatment (IT, P = 0.005). IT rate was higher in symptomatic than non-symptomatic patients (65.4% vs 14.3%, P = 0.002), and in women taking hormonal replacement therapy (HRT) (P = 0.001). Cysts complications (CC) were more frequent (22%) in the symptomatic patients group (P = 0.023). Patients with body mass index (BMI) > 25 (59%) had a trend to complications after IT (P = 0.075). Abdominal pain was the most common symptom (56%) and indication for IT (78%). Nineteen patients (46%) required a first IT: 12 open fenestration (OF), 4 laparoscopic fenestration (LF) and 3 fenestration with hepatic resection (FHR). Three required a second IT, and one required a third procedure. Complications due to first IT were found in 32% (OF 16.7%, LF 25%, FHR 66.7%), and in thesecond IT in 66.7% (OF 100%). Follow-up mortality rate was 0. CONCLUsION: Presence of symptoms, elevated AP, and CC are associated with IT requirement. HRT is associated with presence of symptoms and IT requirement. Patients with BMI > 25 have a trend be susceptible to IT complications. The proportions of complications are higher in FHR and second IT groups. Rs is more frequent after OF.

Background: Obesity is currently considered a public health problem. Bariatric procedures have become an important part of obesity management and, consequently, the number of male patients seeking post-bariatric reconstructive procedures have increased. Therefore, the clinical approach and understanding of the body contour of this population have become more relevant. The goal of post-bariatric reconstruction is to enhance the male silhouette through removal of skin and adipose tissue excess, and abdominal rectus diastasis repair. Material and Methods: We conducted a retrospective study at the Plastic and Reconstructive surgery Department of the National Medical Center “20 de Noviembre”. All male patients referred to our department to start a post-bariatric reconstruction protocol from January 2018 to December 2022 were included in this study. Results: In total, 15 patients who underwent corporal contouring procedures were included;median age was 49.2 years with minimum of 33 years, and a maximum of 57 years. Median Body mass index was 28.4 kg/msup>2sup> with minimum of 22 kg/msup>2sup> and maximum of 38 kg/msup>2sup>. All patients were treated 18 months after their bariatric surgery. All patients underwent an abdominoplasty as a body contouring procedure. 4 (26.7%) patients presented complications related to the surgery. Conclusion: We described a comprehensive and systematic approach to massive weight loss for male patients, suggesting an abdominal marking based on the patient’s clinical features and the expected results avoiding feminization of the abdominal body contour.

等离子体弧炬当今被用作工业过程中的独突加热工具。在全世界各种生产装备和实验性设备中使用等离子体炬都表明非常有益。这种用途广、质量轻、可控的高焙值、可选择气氛的热源的成功表现正在获得新的应用。现代工业受益于等离子体加热,这种成熟的加热技术将会衍生更多的效益。等离子体炬可有许多不同的型式。单炬功率为20KW至60MW。功率处于低端及高端的等离子体加热器均用于在大学及国家科研实验室进行基础性的科学研究。工业部门则侧重于其寿命及经济性,所采用的等离子体炬功率为20KW至8MW。出于经济上的原因,等离子体系统的工作寿命是很重要的。在工业过程中所使用的等离子体炬,其连续或累积的工作寿命必须能达到许多小时或许多周,而不像在加利福尼亚的美国国家航空和航天管理局(NAsA)Amec研究中心用于重返大气层模拟加热的60MW等离子体加热器要求的工作寿命为几分钟。本文将介绍等离子体炬的工艺现状并讨论它们的机械结构设计及工作特性。限于篇幅,本文将着重讨论热等离子体装置及其局限性。
