This paper presents an opportunity for energy management with an integrated photovoltaic and wind farm for the energy and economic aspects of the commercial area located in Putrajaya. The energy economy accession conforming to the wind speed, temperature, solar irradiation, and energy consumption on a daily basis is taken into consideration. Design analysis is done through the industry standard numerical tool. From the result analysis, the recommended ratio of renewable share minimizing stress to the electric grid is proposed. According to the solutions obtained from the numerical design tool, photovoltaic is recommended to be more energy efficient and economically viable in comparison of the fully crowded wind farm. From the proposed solutions, the photovoltaic is able to provide 51% of the energy consumed and it costs RM 0.365 per kW/h.

In this paper, building to grid(B2G) and vehicle to grid(V2G) have been defined with clear and practical understanding. Both of them are new generation technologies which are the essential part of smart city living and crowd energy clustering. Firstly, an in-detailed overview has been provided with an introduction to B2G and V2G followed by a historical overview and theoretical analysis in respect to smart city planning. Next, a review is conducted on current and previous smart living research, which deals with B2G and V2G. Efficient B2G and V2G implementations in practical cases then have been discussed. Lastly, both of these technical prospects have been analyzed in crowd energy diagram.

The paper investigates a few of the major areas of the next generation technological advancement,“smart city planning concept”.The areas that the paper focuses are vehicle to grid(V2G),sun to vehicle(S2V),and vehicle to infrastructure(V2I).For the bi-directional crowd energy single entity concept,V2G and building to grid(B2G)are the primary parts of distributed renewable generation(DRG)under smart *** research includes an in-depth overview of this three major ***,the research conducts a case analysis of V2G,S2V,and V2I along with their possible limitations in order to find out the novel solutions for future development both for academia and industry ***,few possible solutions have been proposed to minimize the limitations and to develop the existing system for future expansion.

Background: Haemonchosis is a major economic problem in goat production in humid, tropical and subtropical regions. The disease is caused by an abomasal nematode, Haemonchus contortus, which is highly pathogenic in small ruminants. The aim of this study was to identifying single-nucleotide polymorphisms(SNP) that were associated with fecal egg counts(FEC) and could be used as markers to identify resistance to H. contortus in ***: Ten novel variants in the CI TA, ATP2 A3, HSPA8, STAT5 B, ESYT1, and SERPING1 genes were associated with FEC in goats with a nominal significance level of P G SNP locus in al goat breeds. Pairwise coefficients of linkage disequilibrium(D′, r2)revealed complete LD(r2= 1) between significant SNP polymorphisms in CI TA and SERPING1 and strong LD(r2= 0.93 and0.98) between polymorphisms in HSPA8 and ATP2 A3, respectively. Correlation coefficient(r) between FEC and body weight(BW) was significantly positive(r = 0.56***, P < 0.001) but that between FEC and packed cel volume(PCV) was negatively significant(r =-0.47**, P < 0.01) in the total population of goats. On the other hand, correlation coefficient(r)between BW and PCV was not significant in total population of goats. Association analysis revealed that haplotypes within ATP2 A3, HSPA8, and SERPING1 were significantly associated with FEC. Quantitative real-time PCR revealed that the relative expression of m RNA was higher(P < 0.001) for resistant, compared to susceptible, groups of goats for al candidate genes except CI ***

Paracetamol induces oxidative damage of liver and hepatotoxicity continues to be among the main threats of public health. The present study evaluated the antioxidant and hepatoprotective activities of P. chaba roots. Hepatoprotective effects were demonstrated by significant alteration of serum biomarker enzymes and antioxidant enzymes. Co-administration of P. chaba extract to paracetamol-induced rats resulted in a partial recovery in the serum biochemical parameters (SGOT, SGPT, ALP and Bilirubin). However, ethanolic extract of Piper chaba at lower dose (200 mg/kg b.w.) was more effective than the higher dose 400 mg/kg b.w. in reducing serum dysfunction biomarker enzymes. The histopathological studies of liver tissues also showed better hepatoprotective activity of Piper chaba roots at the lower dose (200 mg/kg b.w.). Paracetamol induced hepatotoxicity in rats resulted in increase of antioxidant enzyme activities such as catalase, super oxide dismutase. The scavenging activity of P. chaba extract was moderate when compared with standard catechin and the IC50 values of P. chaba and standard catechin were 1.563 ± 0.70 and 3.125 ± 0.676, respectively in DPPH radical scavenging assay. The total antioxidant potential of P. chaba was concentration dependent and revealed promising antioxidant activity as compared to the reference standard catechin. At a concentration of 100 μg/mL the absorbance of P. chaba extract and catechin were 0.430 and 0.746 respectively. The research result indicated that P. chaba extract has protective effects on paracetamol induced oxidative stress and liver damage.
