Under t.e smart.grid p.radigm, in t.e near fut.re all consumers will be exp.sed t. variable p.icing schemes int.oduced by ut.lit.es. Hence, t.ere is a need t. develop.algorit.ms which could be used by t.e consumers t. schedule t.eir loads. In t.is p.p.r, load scheduling p.oblem is formulat.d as a LCp.（load commit.ent.p.oblem）. t.e load model is general and can model at.mic and non-at.mic loads. Furt.ermore, it.can also t.ke int. considerat.on t.e relat.ve discomfort.caused by delay in scheduling any load. For t.is p.rp.se, a single p.ramet.r ＂uric＂ is int.oduced in t.e load model which cap.0}res t.e relat.ve discomfort.caused by delay in scheduling a p.rt.cular load. Guidelines for choosing t.is p.ramet.r are given. All t.e ot.er p.ramet.rs of t.e p.op.sed load model can be easily sp.cified by t.e consumer. t.e p.p.r shows t.at.t.e general LCp.can be viewed as mult.-st.ge decision making p.oblem or a MDp.（Markov decision p.oblem）. RL （reinforcement.learning） based algorit.m is develop.d t. solve t.is p.oblem. t.e efficacy of t.e algorit.m is invest.gat.d when t.e p.ice of elect.icit. is available in advance as well as for t.e case when it.is random. t.e scalabilit. of t.e ap.roach is also invest.gat.d.

Blood glucose, end organ oxidat.ve st.ess marker, and ant.-oxidant. were assayed. Furt.er, hist.p.t.ological invest.gat.on of p.ncreas was st.died at.t.e end of t.e exp.riment.t.on. t.e result. revealed t.at.subacut. administ.at.on of Ep. significant.y(p.t.olled t.e blood glucose level in t.e diabet.c rat..
