In an era when cardiac transplant patients are surviving more immediate issues of rejection and infection,the prevalence of more chronic issues such as cardiac allograft vasculopathy(CAV)is *** case describes a man 20 years after cardiac transplant with his first presentation of *** myocardial infarction was diagnosed on the basis of symptoms and biochemical markers and on coronary angiography,and he was found to have a critical stenosis of the midportion of the left anterior descending *** was elected to treat this percutaneously with a fully bioresorbable vascular scaffold(BVS)because of the diffuse nature of the disease *** was successfully performed with optical coherence tomography *** use of BVS in CAV has not been well *** is one of few case reports describing the use of BVS in CAV.

In this study,the sine-Gordon equation method is modified to deal with variable-coefficient systems containing imaginary parts,such as nonlinear Schrödinger *** are of considerable importance in many fields of research,including ocean engineering and *** an example,we apply the modified method to variable-coefficient coupled nonlinear Schrödinger equations and Davey-Stewartson system with variable coefficients,treating them as one-dimensional and two-dimensional systems,*** a result of this application,novel solitary wave solutions are obtained for both ***,some figures are provided to illustrate how the solitary wave propagation is determined by the different values of the variable group velocity dispersion terms,which can be used to model various phenomena.

In this study,the generalized modified variable-coefficient KdV equation with external-force term(gvcmKdV)describing atmospheric blocking located in the mid-high latitudes over ocean is studied for integrability property by using consistent Riccati expansion solvability and the necessary integrability conditions between the function coefficients are ***,several new solutions have been constructed for the ***,the classical direct similarity reduction method is used to re-duce the gvcmKdV to a nonlinear ordinary differential *** on the solutions given in the previous literature for the reduced equation,many novel solitary and periodic wave solutions have been obtained for the gvcmKdV.

Based on the closed connections among the homogeneous balance （HB） method and Clarkson-KruSkal （CK） method, we study the similarity reductions of the generalized variable coefficients 2D KdV equation. In the meantime it is shown that this leads to a direct reduction in the form of ordinary differential equation under some integrability conditions between the variable coefficients. Two different cases have been discussed, the search for solutions of those ordinary differential equations yielded many exact travelling and solitonic wave solutions in the form of hyperbolic and trigonometric functions under some constraints between the variable coefficients.

In this paper, the symmetry method has been carried over to the generalized variable coefficients Zakharov- Kuznetsov equation. The infinitesimal symmetries and the optimal system are deduced and from this optimal system seven basic fields are determined, and for every vector field in the optimal system the admissible forms of the coefficients are found and this also leads us to transform the given equation into partial differential equations in two variables. After using some referenced transformations the mentioned partial differential equations eventually reduce to ordinary differential equations. The search for solutions to those equations has yielded many exact solutions in most cases.

Diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN)is a long-term complication associated with nerve dysfunction and uncontrolled *** spite of new drug discoveries,development of effective therapy is much needed to cure ***,we have developed a combinatorial approach to provide biochemical and electrical cues,considered to be important for nerve *** derived from bone marrow mesenchymal stromal cells(BMSCs)were fused with polypyrrole nanoparticles(PpyNps)containing liposomes to deliver both the cues in a single delivery *** developed DPN rat model and injected intramuscularly the fused exosomal system to understand its long-term therapeutic *** found that the fused system along with electrical stimulation normalized the nerve conduction velocity(57.60±0.45 m/s)and compound muscle action potential(16.96±0.73 mV)similar to healthy control(58.53±1.10 m/s;18.19±1.45 mV).Gastrocnemius muscle morphology,muscle mass,and integrity were recovered after ***,we also observed paracrine effect of delivered exosomes in controlling hyperglycemia and loss in body weight and also showed attenuation of damage to the tissues such as the pancreas,kidney,and *** work provides a promising effective treatment and also contribute cutting edge therapeutic approach for the treatment of DPN.

Myocardial infarction(MI)can be tackled by implanting cardiac patches which provide mechanical support to the ***,most tissue-engineered scaffolds face difficulty in attenuating oxidative stress,maintaining mechanical stability,and regenerating damaged ***,we fabricated elastic cryogels using polyurethane modified with antioxidant gallic acid in its backbone(PUGA)and further coated them with decellularized extracellular matrix(dECM)to improve adhesiveness,biocompatibility and *** scaffold was functionalized with exosomes(EXO)isolated from adipose-derived stem cells having regenerative ***-dECM+EXO was tested in a rat model with induced MI where echocardiography after 8 weeks of implantation showed significant recovery in treatment *** analysis revealed a decrease in fibrosis after application of patch and promotion of angiogenesis with reduced oxidative stress was shown by *** of cardiac tissue contractile function marker was also observed in treatment ***,the proposed biomaterial has a promising application to be utilized as a patch for cardiac *** detailed studies with larger animal species are needed for using these observations for specific applications.

The direct determination of toxic metal ions, in environmental samples, is difficult because of the latter＇s presence in trace concentration in association with complex matrices, thereby leading to insufficient sensitivity and selectivity of the methods used. The simultaneous removal of the matrix and preconcentration of the metal ions, through solid phase extraction,serves as the promising solution. The mechanism involved in solid phase extraction（SPE）depends on the nature of the sorbent and analyte. Thus, SPE is carried out by means of adsorption, ion exchange, chelation, ion pair formation, and so forth. As polymeric supports, the commercially available Amberlite resins have been found very promising for designing chelating matrices due to its good physical and chemical properties such as porosity, high surface area,durability and purity. This review presents an overview of the various works done on the modification of Amberlite XAD resins with the objective of making it an efficient sorbent. The methods of modifications which are generally based on simple impregnation, sorption as chelates and chemical bonding have been discussed. The reported results, including the preconcentration limit, the detection limit, sorption capacity, preconcentration factors etc., have been reproduced.

The Poynting vector includes time-independent contributions which, since they represent photons of zero frequency, need to be absent;this removal resolves several paradoxes that arise when they are left in place;furthermore, magnetic monopoles, if they existed, would be accompanied by a Lenz’s law that defies conservation of energy suggesting that magnetic charges might not be found in Nature.
