To achi.ve thi. purpose, a scheme i. proposed to compute dose rate and transfer i.s values i. conjuncti.n wi.h ti.e stamp and locati.n to the Central Moni.ori.g uni. of the Network usi.g Wi.e Band Code Di.i.i.n Multi.le Accessi.g (WCDMA) system. Speci.i.ati.n and Language (SDL) language i. used to desi.n, i.plement and si.ulate the proposed scheme. Si.ulati.n results show the functi.nali.y of thi. scheme.

GWO, the success of the algori.hm heavi.y reli.s on the effi.i.nt updati.g of the agents’ posi.i.ns relati.e to the leader wolves. i. thi. paper, we provi.e a bri.f overvi.w of the Grey Wolf Opti.i.ati.n techni.ue and i.s si.ni.i.ance i. solvi.g complex opti.i.ati.n problems. Bui.di.g upon the foundati.n of GWO, we i.troduce a novel techni.ue for updati.g agents’ posi.i.ns, whi.h ai.s to enhance the algori.hm’s effecti.eness and effi.i.ncy.
