Directed x-rays.produced in the interaction of s.b-picos.cond las.r puls.s.of moderate relativis.ic intens.ty with plas.a of near-critical dens.ty are inves.igated. s.nchrotron-like (betatron) radiation occurs.in the proces. of direct las.r acceleration (DLA) of electrons.in a relativis.iclas.r channel when the electrons.undergo trans.ers. betatron os.illations.in s.lf-generated quas.-s.atic electric and magnetic fields. In anexperiment at the PHELIX las.r s.s.em, high-current directed beams.of DLA electrons.with a mean energy ten times.higher than the ponderomotive potential and maximum energy up to 100 MeV were meas.red at 10^(19) W/cm^(2)las.r intens.ty. The s.ectrum of directed x-rays.n the range of 5–60 keV was.evaluated us.ng two s.ts.of Ros. filters.placed at 0°and 10°to the las.r puls. propagation axis. The differential x-ray abs.rption method allowed for abs.lute meas.rements.of the angular-dependent photon fluence. We report 10^(13) photons.s. withenergies.>5 keV meas.red at 0°to the las.r axis.and a brilliance of 10^(21) photons.s.(−1) mm^(−2) mrad−2(0.1%BW)−1. The angular dis.ributionof the emis.ion has.an FWHM of 14°–16°. Thanks.to the ultra-high photon fluence, point-like radiation s.urce, and ultra-s.ort emis.iontime, DLA-bas.d keV backlighters.are promis.ng for various.applications.in high-energy-dens.ty res.arch with kilojoule petawatt-clas. las.rfacilities.

s.ructured light carrying orbital angular momentum(OAM)opens.up a new phys.cal dimens.on for s.udying light–matter *** this.the complex fields.created by OAM beams.s.ill remain largely unexplored in terms.of their effects.on s.rface *** paper pres.nts.a revelation of anomalous.plas.on excitations.in s.ngle particles.and plas.on couplings.of neighboring nanorods.under OAM beams.which are forbidden us.ng non-OAM *** plas.on excitation of s.ngle nanoparticles.is.determined both by photon s.in angular momentum(s.M)and OAM and influenced by the locations.of the ***,when s.M and OAM are equal in magnitude and oppos.te in direction,a pure plas.on excitation along light propagation direction is.*** plas.on dipoles.s.ow end-to-end antibonding coupling and s.de-by-s.de bounding coupling,which are the oppos.te of the typical ***,we obs.rve Fano res.nance with a nanorod dimer:one aligned along light propagation direction acting as.the bright mode and the other aligned along the global polarization direction of light acting as.the dark mode,which is.the oppos.te of the us.al plas.onic Fano *** taking advantage of the unique property of the OAM s.urce,this.inves.igation pres.nts.a novel way to control and s.udy s.rface plas.ons.and the res.arch of plas.on behavior with OAM would open new avenues.for controlling electromagnetic waves.and enriching the s.ectros.opies.with more degrees.of freedom.

s.dium ion batteries.(s.Bs. are alternatives.to lithium ion batteries.(LIBs., and offer s.me s.gnificant benefits.s.ch as.cos. reduction and a lower environmental impact;however, to compete with LIBs. further res.arch is.required to improve the performance of s.Bs. In this.s.udy, an orthorhombic Na s.per ionic conductor s.ructural Fe_(2)(MoO_(4))_(3) nanos.eet with amorphous.crys.alline core-s.ell alignment was.s.nthes.zed us.ng a facile low-temperature water-vapor-as.is.ed s.lid-s.ate reaction and applied as.a cathode material for s.Bs. The obtained material has.a well-defined three-dimens.onal s.acking s.ructure, and exhibits.a high s.ecific capacity of 87.8 mAh·g^(−1) at a current dens.ty of 1 C = 91 mA·g^(−1) after 1,000 cycles. which is.due to the cons.derable contribution of extra s.rface-related reaction s.ch as.the ps.udo-capacitive proces.. This.material s.ows.s.gnificantly improved cycling and rated behavior as.well as.enhanced performance under high- and low-temperature conditions. as.compared to the s.me materials.prepared by the conventional high-temperature s.lid-s.ate reaction. This.enhancement is.explained by the unique morphology in combination with the improved kinetics.of the electrochemical reaction due to its.lower charge trans.er res.s.ance and higher s.dium ion conductivity.

A s.gnificant amount of evidence indicates.that microRNAs.（miRNAs. play an important role in drug addiction. The nucleus.accumbens.（NAc） is.a critical part of the brain’s.reward circuit and is.involved in a variety of ps.chiatric dis.rders. including depres.ion, anxiety, and drug addiction. However, few s.udies.have examined the expres.ion of miRNAs.and their functional roles.in the NAc under conditions.of morphine addiction. In this.s.udy, mice were intravenous.y infus.d with morphine （0.01, 0.03, 0.3, 1 and 3 mg/kg/infus.on） and s.owed inverted U-s.aped res.ons.. After morphine s.lf-adminis.ration, NAc was.us.d to analyze the functional networks.of altered miRNAs.and their putative target mRNAs.in the NAc following intravenous.s.lf-adminis.ration of morphine. We utilized s.veral bioinformatics.tools. including Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes.and Genomes.（KEGG） pathway mapping and CyTargetLinker. We found that 62 miRNAs.were altered and exhibited differential expres.ion patterns. The putative targets.were related to divers. regulatory functions. s.ch as.neurogenes.s. neurodegeneration, and s.naptic plas.icity, as.well as.the pharmacological effects.of morphine （receptor internalization/endocytos.s.. The pres.nt findings.provide novel ins.ghts.into the regulatory mechanis.s.of accumbal molecules.under conditions.of morphine addiction and identify s.veral novel biomarkers.as.ociated with morphine addiction.

The Gos.garchay Cu-Au depos.t is.located in the central part of the northwes. flank of the Murovdagh region in the Les.er *** Gos.garchay Cu-Au depos.t is.as.ociated with Middle Juras.ic volcanic and Late Juras.ic-Early Cretaceous.high-K calc-alkaline intrus.ve *** Cu-Au mineralization is.commonly related to quartz-s.ricite-chlorite alteration dominantly compos.d of chalcopyrite,gold,s.halerite,pyrite,bornite,hematite,covellite,chalcocite,malachite,and *** Gos.garchay copper-gold depos.t,which is.600 m wide and approximately 1.2 km long,is.s.en as.a faultcontrolled and vein-,s.ockwork-and dis.eminated type *** Gos.garchay Cu-Au depos.t predominantly compris.s.Cu(max.64500 ppm)and Au(max.11.3 ppm),while it compris.s.relatively les. amounts.Zn(max.437 ppm),Mo(max.47.5 ppm),Pb(max.134 ppm),and Ag(max.21 ppm).The homogenization temperatures.and s.linities.of fluid inclus.ons.in quartz for s.age Ⅰ range from 380℃ to 327℃,and 6.9 wt% to 2.6 wt% NaCl eq.,*** s.linities.in quartz for s.age Ⅱ range from 304℃ to 253℃,and 7.6 wt% to 3.2 wt% NaCl eq.,*** calculated δ^(34)s.(h2s.values.-1.5‰ to 5.5‰)of s.lfides.and es.ecially the narrow range of δ^(34)s.(h2s. values.of chalcopyrite and bornite(between -0.07‰ and +0.7‰)indicate that the s.urce of the Gos.garchay Cu-Au mineralization is.*** on the mineralogical,geochemical,fluid inclus.on,and s.lfur is.topic data,the Gos.garchay Cu-Au depos.t repres.nts.a late s.age peripheral magmatic-hydrothermal mineralization probably underlain by a concealed porphyry depos.t.

MicroRNA-124 contributes.to neurogenes.s.through regulating its.targets. but its.expres.ion both in the brain of Huntington＇s.dis.as. mous. models.and patients.is.decreas.d. However, the effects.of microRNA-124 on the progres.ion of Huntington＇s.dis.as. have not been reported. Res.lts.from this.s.udy s.owed that microRNA-124 increas.d the latency to fall for each R6/2 Hunting- ton＇s.dis.as. trans.enic mous. in the rotarod tes.. 5-Bromo-2＇-deoxyuridine （BrdU） s.aining of the s.riatum s.ows.an increas. in neurogenes.s. In addition, brain-derived neurotrophic factor and peroxis.me proliferator-activated receptor gamma coactivator 1-alpha protein levels.in the s.riatum were increas.d and s.Y-related HMG box trans.ription factor 9 protein level was.de- creas.d. Thes. findings.s.gges. that microRNA-124 s.ows.down the progres.ion of Huntington＇s.dis.as. pos.ibly through its.important role in neuronal differentiation and s.rvival.
