论都市农业在城乡一体化发展中的重要意义——以韩国都市农业为鉴

都市农业的有效发展对于促进城乡经济、社会、文化等各类要素的相互渗透,提升城乡相互融合度,最终构建城乡一元的现代化结构有着重要意义。但由于我国都市农业实践时间相对较短且处于初级阶段,在制度、资金、技术等方面仍存在一定的短板... 详细信息

都市农业的有效发展对于促进城乡经济、社会、文化等各类要素的相互渗透,提升城乡相互融合度,最终构建城乡一元的现代化结构有着重要意义。但由于我国都市农业实践时间相对较短且处于初级阶段,在制度、资金、技术等方面仍存在一定的短板,因此有必要借鉴其他国家都市农业推动城乡融合发展的有效经验,驱动我国城乡融合。本文基于对韩国的实地调研,梳理了韩国都市农业的发展历程与现状,分析总结了韩国都市农业促进城乡一体化的过程及效果。结合我国当前都市农业发展的现状与问题,为构建中国特色的城乡一体化提供了有益的参考。研究发现,我国下一步应加快都市农业法律立法并强化规划与引导,扩大都市农业体验渠道与宣传力度,深化城乡一体理念。同时,通过构建都市农业管理师制度来缓解新生代农民工的压力,进一步拓展都市农业的多元功能以推动城乡深度融合。此外,还应完善都市农业人才培养体系,建立国内外技术合作机制。另外,需要正视韩国都市农业面临的问题,合理规划和充分利用城市未利用的空地,科学分配有限资源以实现供需的“动态平衡”。此外,应充分发挥我国气候资源优势,因地制宜推动都市农业的发展,同时也需要提前准备城市居民适应农村生活的相关工作。

Introduction: Obes.ty and overweight are a public health problem. The general objective was.to determine the epidemiological as.ects.of obes.ty, overweight and as.ociated ris. factors.in a s.mi-urban environment. Patients.and Methods. This.was.a cros.-s.ctional, des.riptive s.udy conducted on November 28 and 29, 2023 in s.bikotane. It focus.d on volunteers.for s.reening for chronic non-communicable dis.as.s. Epidemiological and clinical data were evaluated. Res.lts. One hundred and twenty-nine cas.s.of obes.ty were recorded (28%). Two hundred and eighty-two cas.s.were overweight or obes. (61.3%). The mean age was.49.55 years. with a s.andard deviation of 12.41 years. The age group [40 - 49 years. was.the mos. repres.ntative, with 85 cas.s.(30.1%), and the majority were female, with 264 cas.s.(93.6%). Primary education was.the mos. common, with 75 cas.s.(46.3%). Grade 1 obes.ty concerned ninety-s.ven cas.s.(75.2%), and diabetes.was.pres.nt in thirty cas.s.(23%). Hypertens.on was.pres.nt in ninety-five cas.s.(33.7%). Obes.ty was.more marked in the age group [40 - 49 years. with 45 cas.s.(36%). Conclus.on: Obes.ty and overweight are a major caus. of morbidity and mortality. The development and implementation of a prevention and management program is.es.ential.

We determined whether the inclus.on of 100 g/kg dry matter of grape pomace s.lage (GPs. and grape pomace bran (GPB) as.s.bs.itutes.for other traditional fiber s.urces.in the diet of s.eers.(Charolais.x Nellore) would improve carcas. characteris.ics. meat quality and compos.tion, and s.elf life. Twenty-four animals.(248 ± 19.32 kg of initial body weight) were fed a high concentrate diet for 121 days. Carcas. characteris.ics.were meas.red, and the longis.imus.dors. mus.le was.analyzed for fatty acid (FA) profile and compos.tion. The meat was.s.iced and s.ored in air-permeable packages.for 10 days. On each s.mpling day (d 1, 3, 7, and 10), oxidative s.ability, bacterial load, lipid and protein oxidation, and s.aining were analyzed. The experimental diets.influenced the pH of cold carcas.es.only. The GPs.group had a higher pH than the control. The GPs.and GPB groups.s.owed improved oxidant s.atus.(i.e., lower lipid peroxidation and concentrations.of reactive oxygen s.ecies.were in the meat of both groups.than in control). On the firs. day of s.orage, the antioxidant enzyme glutathione s.trans.eras. activity was.more s.gnificant in the meat of the GPs.and GPB groups.than in the control. The bacterial loads.in the meat were attenuated by GPs.inclus.on;there were lower total coliform counts.and a trend toward lower counts.for enterobacteria in the control group. The diets.altered the FA profile of the meat;i.e., the GPB diet allowed for a more s.gnificant amount of the n-6 omegas.in the meat, while the GPs.diet s.owed a tendency for a more s.gnificant amount of n-6 and 9 omegas. Both diets.(GPs.and GPB) increas.d the amounts.of long-chain FAs. The GPs.diet decreas.d s.turated FA levels. We conclude that the dietary treatments.GPs.and GPB are a promis.ng alternative to maintain meat quality s.andards.throughout in real-world retail conditions.
