In this study,the effect of different sampling rates(*** recording interval)on the Precise Point Positioning(PPP)solutions in terms of accuracy was *** this purpose,a field test was carried out inÇorum province,Turkey,on 11 september *** this context,a Geodetic Point(GP)was established and precisely coordinated.A static GNss measurement was occupied on the GP for about 4-hour time at 0.10 second(s)/10 Hz measurement intervals with the Trimble R10 geodetic grade GNss *** original observation file was converted to RINEX format and then decimated into the different data sampling rates as 0.2 s,0.5 s,1 s,5 s,10 s,30 s,60 s,and 120 *** these RINEX observation files were submitted to the Canadian spatial Reference system-Precise Point Positioning(CsRs-PPP)online processing service the day after the data collection date by choosing both static and kinematic processing *** this way,PPP-derived static coordinates,and the kinematic coordinates of each measurement epoch were *** PPP-derived coordinates obtained from each decimated sampling intervals were compared to known coordinates of the GP for northing,easting,2D position,and height *** to the static and kinematic processing results,high data sampling rates did not change the PPP solutions in terms of accuracy when compared to the results obtained using lower sampling *** results of this study imply that it was not necessary to collect GNss data with high-rate intervals for many surveying projects requiring cm-level accuracy.

Mold flux serves the crucial metallurgical function of absorbing inclusions, directly impacting the smoothness of the casting process as well as the cast slab quality. In this study, the dissolution behavior and mechanism of Ti O_(2)and Ti N inclusions in molten Ca O–si O_(2)–B_(2)O_(3)-based fluorine-free mold flux were explored by in situ single hot thermocouple technology combined with X-ray photoelectron *** results showed that Ti O_(2) inclusions are effectively dissolved by the molten slag within 76 s, during which the original octahedral [Ti O_(6)]^(8-)structures are destroyed and convert to the networker tetrahedral [Ti O_(4)]^(4-)structures. However, the dissolution rate is much lower for Ti N inclusions than for Ti O_(2)inclusions. This can be attributed to the fact that the Ti N particles need to be oxidized and then dissolved in the molten slag to form tetrahedral [Ti O4]4-and octahedral [Ti O_(6)]^(8-)structures during the Ti N inclusion dissolution process, which is accompanied by the generation of a large amount of N_(2)gas. Moreover, Ca Ti O_(3)crystals tend to nucleate and grow on bubble surfaces with sufficient octahedral [Ti O_(6)]^(8-)structures and Ca^(2+)ions, eventually resulting in the molten slag being in a solid–liquid mixed state.

One-neutron stripping process between^(6)Li and^(209)Bi was studied at 28,30,and 34 MeV using the in-beamγ-ray spectroscopy ***γ-γcoincident analysis clearly identified twoγ-rays feeding the ground and long-lived isomeric states,which were employed to determine the cross *** one-neutron stripping cross sections were similar to the cross sections of complete fusion in the^(6)Li+^(209)Bi system,but the one-neutron stripping cross sections decreased more gradually at the sub-barrier region.A coupled-reaction-channel calculation was performed to study the detailed reaction mechanism of the one-neutron stripping process in^(6)*** calculations indicated that the first excited state of 5 Li is critical in the actual one-neutron transfer mechanism,and the valence proton of 209Bi can be excited to the low-lying excited state in(^(6)Li,^(5)Li)reaction,unlike in the(d,p)reaction.

Lithium dual-ion batteries(LiDIBs)have attracted significant attention owing to the growing demand for modern anode materials with high energy ***,rust encapsulated in graphite was achieved by utilizing ammonium bicarbonate(ABC)as a template,which resulted in mesoporous Fe3O4embedded in expanded carbon(Fe3O4@G(ABC))via simple ball milling followed by *** self-assembly approach for graphite-encapsulated Fe3O4composites helps enhance the electrochemical performance,such as the cycling stability and superior rate stability(at 3 A/g),with improved conductivity in Li ***,Fe3O4@G-1:4(ABC)and Fe3O4@G-1:6(ABC)anodes in a half-cell at 0.1 A/g delivered initial capacities of 1390.6 and 824.4 mA h g^(-1),*** optimized anode(Fe3O4@G-1:4(ABC))coupled with the expanded graphite(EG)cathode in Li DIBs provided a substantial initial specific capacity of 260.9 mA h g^(-1)at 1 A/g and a specific capacity regain of 106.3 mA h g^(-1)(at 0.1 A/g)after 250 cycles,with a very high energy density of 387.9 Wh kg^(-1).The strategically designed Fe3O4@G accelerated Li-ion kinetics,alleviated the volume change,and provided an efficient conductive network with excellent mechanical flexibility,resulting in exceptional performance in Li *** postmortem analyses of the anode and cathode(XRD,Raman,EDs,and XPs)are presented to explain the intercalation-type electrochemical mechanisms of Li *** study offers several advantages,including safety,low cost,sustainability,environmental friendliness,and high energy density.

The self-similar Crack Expansion (ssCE) method is proposed to evaluate stress intensity factors at crack tips, whereby stress intensity factors of a crack can be determined by the crack opening displacement over the crack, not just by the local displacement around the crack tip. The crack expansion rate is estimated by taking advantage of the crack self-similarity. Therefore, the accuracy of the calculation is improved. The singular integrals on crack tip elements are also analyzed and are precisely evaluated in terms of a special integral analysis. Combination of these two techniques greatly increases the accuracy in estimating the stress distribution around the crack tip. A variety of two-dimensional cracks, such as subsurface cracks, edge cracks, and their interactions are calculated in terms of the self-similar expansion rate. solutions are satisfied with errors less than 0.5% as compared with the analytical solutions. Based on the calculations of the crack interactions, a theory for crack interactions is proposed such that for a group of aligned cracks the summation of the square of sIFs at the right tips of cracks is always equal to that at the left tips of cracks. This theory was proved by the mehtod of self-similar Crack Expansion in this paper.

This study has focused on developing numerical procedures for the dynamic nonlinear analysis of cable structures subjected to wave forces and ground motions in the ocean. A geometrically nonlinear finite element procedure using the isoparametric curved cable element based on the Lagrangian formulation is briefly summarized. A simple and accurate method to determine the initial equilibrium state of cable systems associated with self-weights, buoyancy and the motion of end points is presented using the load incremental method combined with penalty method. Also the Newmark method is used for dynamic nonlinear analysis of ocean cables. Numerical examples are presented to validate the present numerical method.

studying the home range of an organism is important in understanding its ecology. Due to being cryptic, few studies have been conducted on the home range studies of small, nocturnal geckos. We conducted radio-tracking surveys for 23 individuals to estimate the home range size and home range overlap of the schlegel’s Japanese gecko(Gekko japonicus) previously introduced into a suburban city park. Individuals were commonly found in artificial structures(buildings and accessory structures) and on nearby natural trees. Daily moved distance was positively correlated with home range size. Minimum convex polygon(MCP) home range was 97.8 m^2 for females and 99.5 m^2 for males, on average. Gekko japonicus moved farther daily distances and used wider MCP and Kernel 95 home ranges in breeding season compared to non-breeding season, while the size of Kernel 50 home range did not differ between seasons. Both daily moved distance and home range size were not significantly different between sexes. In the breeding season, MCP and Kernel 50 home ranges of each gecko overlapped with 32.4% and 13.8% of remaining geckos, respectively. Our results not only show that 1) G. japonicus uses both artificial structures and adjacent natural trees as microhabitat, but also suggest that 2) G. japonicus is non-territorial, but has a core habitat that is shared with few other individuals, and 3) the reproductive system of G. japonicus is polygamous.
