响应面法优化金银花凉茶浸提工艺的研究

采用响应面分析法优化金银花凉茶的浸提工艺条件,以金银花、菊花、夏枯草和鱼腥草为原料,绿原酸得率为指标.在单因素试验基础上,应用Box-Benhnken中心组合设计试验,对浸提工艺影响较大的料液比、浸提时间、浸提温度3个工艺参数进行优化.结果表明:金银花等原料的绿原酸水提工艺的最佳条件为不粉碎原料、固定金银花1g,菊花、夏枯草和鱼腥草质量比为2∶2∶1共1.5g,料液比为1∶32,浸提时间为71min,浸提温度为78℃,浸提2次,在该条件下验证绿原酸得率达到3.01%,接近于预测值3.04%.研究表明,优化得到的回归模型具有良好的预测能力.

采用响应面分析法优化山楂中总黄酮超声辅助提取的工艺条件.以总黄酮(以金丝桃苷计)得率为指标,在单因素试验的基础上,应用了响应面中的Box-Benhnken模型设计试验,对提取工艺影响较大的山楂粉碎粒度、超声时间、料液比、超声功率4个工艺参数进行优化.结合实际操作,最佳的工艺条件为粉碎粒度40目,超声时间33min,料液比1∶33(g/mL),超声功率160W,在此条件下,总黄酮得率为5.21%,与预测值5.26%基本相符.

Improvement of Shape Recognition Performance of Sendzimir Mill Control Systems Using Echo State Neural Networks

The present study examined the effects of Tremella fuciformis(TF) on the learning and memory function and the neural activity in rats with TMT-induced memory *** rats were administered saline or TF(TF 25,50,100mg/kg,p.o.) daily for 21 *** cognitive improving efficacy of TF on the amnesic rats, which was induced by TMT,was investigated by assessing the Morris water maze test and by performing acetylchoine transferase(ChAT) and cAMP responsive element binding protein(CREB) immunohistochemistry. In order to confirm the underlying mechanisms of the memory enhancing effects of TF,we assessed the neurite outgrowth of PC12 *** also administered 18F-Fluorodeoxyglucose and performed a PET/CT scan of the frontal lobe. The rats with TMT injection showed impaired learning and memory of the tasks and treatment with TF produced a significant improvement of the escape latency to find the platform in the Morris water maze at the 2 day compared to that of the control group(after the 2 day,p<0.05).In the retention test,the TF50 group showed increased time spent around the platform compared to that of the control group(p<0.05).Consistent with the behavioral data,TF50 mg/kg significantly alleviated the loss of ChAT-ir neurons in the hippocampus compared to that of the control group(p<0.001).Treatment with TF significantly increased the CREB positive neurons in the hippocampal CA1 area as compared to that of the control *** addition,TF treatment(50mg/kg) increased the glucose uptake approximately sevenfold in the frontal lobe(p<0.001) and it significantly promoted neurite outgrowth of the PC 12 cells(p<0.01),as compared to that of the controls. These results suggest that TF may be useful for improving the cognitive function via regulation of cholinergic marker enzyme activity and neural activity.

High rigidity twenty-high Sendzimir mills （ZRMs） are widely used for rolling stainless steels, silicon sheets, etc. A ZRM uses a small diameter work roll to produce massive rolling forces. Since a work roll with a small diameter can be bent easily, strips often have complex shapes with mixed quarter and deep edge waves in the shape of plates. In order to solve this problem, fuzzy neural network controls are generally used for shape： recognition in ZRM control systems. Among various neural network types, the multi-layer perceptron （MLP） is typically used in current ZRMs. However, an MLP causes the loss of a large amount of shape recognition data. To improve the shape recognition per- formance of ZRM control systems, echo state networks （ESNs） are proposed to be used. Through simulation re- sults, it is found that shape recognition performance could be improved using the proposed ESN method.

Cortical activation pattern during shoulder simple versus vibration exercises： a functional near infrared spectroscopy study

To date, the cortical effect of exercise has not been fully elucidated. Using the functional near infrared spectroscopy, we attempted to compare the cortical effect between shoulder vibration exercise and shoulder simple exercise. Eight healthy subjects were recruited for this study. Two different exercise tasks（shoulder vibration exercise using the flexible pole and shoulder simple exercise） were performed using a block paradigm. We measured the values of oxygenated hemoglobin in the four regions of interest： the primary sensory-motor cortex（SM1 total, arm somatotopy, and leg and trunk somatotopy）, the premotor cortex, the supplementary motor area, and the prefrontal cortex. During shoulder vibration exercise and shoulder simple exercise, cortical activation was observed in SM1（total, arm somatotopy, and leg and trunk somatotopy）, premotor cortex, supplementary motor area, and prefrontal cortex. Higher oxygenated hemoglobin values were also observed in the areas of arm somatotopy of SM1 compared with those of other regions of interest. However, no significant difference in the arm somatotopy of SM1 was observed between the two exercises. By contrast, in the leg and trunk somatotopy of SM1, shoulder vibration exercise led to a significantly higher oxy-hemoglobin value than shoulder simple exercise. These two exercises may result in cortical activation effects for the motor areas relevant to the shoulder exercise, especially in the arm somatotopy of SM1. However, shoulder vibration exercise has an additional cortical activation effect for the leg and trunk somatotopy of SM1.

BACKGROUND Enterotoxigenic Bacteroides fragilis(ETBF)causes colitis and diarrhea,and is considered a candidate pathogen in inflammatory bowel diseases as well as colorectal *** diseases are dependent on ETBF-secreted toxin(BFT).Dendritic cells(DCs)play an important role in directing the nature of adaptive immune responses to bacterial infection and heme oxygenase-1(HO-1)is involved in the regulation of DC *** To investigate the role of BFT in HO-1 expression in *** Murine DCs were generated from specific pathogen-free C57BL/6 and Nrf2−/−knockout *** were exposed to BFT,after which HO-1 expression and the related signaling factor activation were measured by quantitative RT-PCR,EMSA,fluorescent microscopy,immunoblot,and *** HO-1 expression was upregulated in DCs stimulated with *** BFT activated transcription factors such as NF-κB,AP-1,and Nrf2,activation of NF-κB and AP-1 was not involved in the induction of HO-1 expression in BFT-exposed ***,upregulation of HO-1 expression was dependent on Nrf2 activation in ***,HO-1 expression via Nrf2 in DCs was regulated by mitogenactivated protein kinases such as ERK and ***,BFT enhanced the production of reactive oxygen species(ROS)and inhibition of ROS production resulted in a significant decrease of phospho-ERK,phospho-p38,Nrf2,and HO-1 CONCLUSION These results suggest that signaling pathways involving ROS-mediated ERK and p38 mitogen-activated protein kinases-Nrf2 activation in DCs are required for HO-1 induction during exposure to ETBF-produced BFT.
