This paper highlights the crucial role of Indonesia’s GnSS receiver network in advancing Equatorial Plasma Bubble(EPB)studies in Southeast and East Asia,as ionospheric irregularities within EPB can disrupt GnSS signals and degrade positioning *** by the Indonesian Geospatial Information Agency(BIG),the Indonesia Continuously Operating Reference Station(Ina-CORS)network comprises over 300 GnSS receivers spanning equatorial to southern low-latitude ***-CORS is uniquely situated to monitor EPB generation,zonal drift,and dissipation across Southeast *** provide a practical tool for EPB research,by sharing two-dimensional rate of Total Electron Content(TEC)change index(ROTI)derived from this *** generate ROTI maps with a 10-minute resolution,and samples from May 2024 are publicly available for further scientific *** preliminary findings from the ROTI maps of Ina-CORS are ***,the Ina-CORS ROTI maps reveal that the irregularities within a broader EPB structure persist longer,increasing the potential for these irregularities to migrate farther ***,we demonstrate that combined ROTI maps from Ina-CORS and GnSS receivers in East Asia and Australia can be used to monitor the development of ionospheric irregularities in Southeast and East *** have demonstrated the combined ROTI maps to capture the development of ionospheric irregularities in the Southeast/East Asian sector during the G5 Geomagnetic Storm on May 11,*** observed simultaneous ionospheric irregularities in Japan and Australia,respectively propagating northwestward and southwestward,before midnight,whereas Southeast Asia’s equatorial and low-latitude regions exhibited irregularities *** sharing ROTI maps from Indonesia and integrating them with regional GnSS networks,researchers can conduct comprehensive EPB studies,enhancing the understanding of EPB behavior across Southeast and East Asia and contributing significantly to ionosphe

Equatorial Plasma Bubbles(EPBs)are ionospheric irregularities that take place near the magnetic *** most commonly occur after sunset during the equinox months,although they can also be observed during other *** phenomenon significantly disrupts radio wave signals essential to communication and navigation *** national network of Global navigation Satellite System(GnSS)receivers in Indonesia(>30°longitudinal range)provides an opportunity for detailed EPB *** explore this,we conducted preliminary 3D tomography of total electron content(TEC)data captured by GnSS receivers following a geomagnetic storm on December 3,2023,when at least four EPB clusters occurred in the Southeast Asian *** and extracted TEC depletion with a 120-minute running average were then used as inputs for a 3D tomography *** 2D spatial distribution consistently captured the four EPB clusters over *** tomography results were validated through a classical checkerboard test and comparisons with other ionospheric data sources,such as the Global Ionospheric Map(GIM)and International Reference Ionosphere(IRI)*** of the results demonstrates the capability of the Indonesian GnSS network to measure peak ionospheric *** findings highlight the potential for future three-dimensional research of plasma bubbles in low-latitude regions using existing GnSS networks,with extensive longitudinal coverage.

he energy problem of monopole and texture spacetimes is investigated in the context of two different approaches of gravity such as general relativity and teleparallel gravity. In this connection, firstly the energies for monopoles and textures are evaluated by using the Moiler energy momentum prescription in different approximations. It is obtained that energy distributions of Moiler definition give the same results for these topological defects （monopole and texture） in general relativity （GR） and teleparallel gravity （TG）. The results strengthen the importance of the Moller energy-momentum definitions in given spacetimes and the viewpoint of Lessner that Moller energy-momentum complex is a powerful concept for energy and momentum.

Outcomes of revision external dacryocystorhinostomy and nasal intubation by bicanalicular silicone tubing under endonasal endoscopic guidance

AIM: To evaluate the long-term treatment outcomes in patients who underwent revision of external dacryocysto- rhinostomy (DCR) and nasal intubation by bicanalicular silicone tubing (BSTI) under endonasal endoscopic guidance. · METHODS: Data from 28 patients with recurrent dacryocystitis were retrospectively reviewed. Revision external DCR and bicanalicular nasal intubation by silicone tubing under endonasal endoscopic guidance was performed in 28 eyes of 28 patients. The patients were evaluated with respect to the reason of recurrence, time to recurrence, time to revision, duration of follow-up and surgical success. · RESULTS: Endoscopic endonasal examination detected an osteotomy-side obstruction by the excessive granulation tissue in 24 patients (86%), nasal septal deviation in three patients (10%) and nasal polyp in one patient (4%). Recurrence occurred after a mean duration of 5.3±3.7 months following the first operation. The mean time between the first DCR operation and the revision DCR was 11.5 ± 9.3 months. After a mean follow-up of 14.9±7.8 months, the rate of anatomic success alone was 85% (24/28); the rate of subjective success was 78% (22/28). · COnCLUSIOn: Revision external DCR and bicanalicular nasal intubation by silicone tubing under endonasal endoscopic guidance can be recommended in patients with recurrent dacryocystitis as a surgical approach that achieves satisfactory objective and subjective success rates.

Prevalence of multi-drug resistant uropathogenic Escherichia coli in Potohar region of Pakistan

Objective:To scrutinize patterns of multi-drug-resistant uropathogenic Escherichia coli(UPEC) strains and particularly of fluoroquinolone-resistance this is an alternative choice for the treatment of urinary tract ***:Bacterial samples(n = 250) were collected from out-patients from August 2012 to August 2014 *** susceptibility profiling and determination of minimum inhibitory concentrations(MICs) and minimum bactericidal concentrations were performed according to the guidelines of Clinical and Laboratory Standards Institute(CLSI,2012).Genes,qnrA,qnrB and qnrS were identified by DnA amplification and ***:The highest percentage of UPEC isolates were resistant to co-trimoxazole(82%) followed by cephalothin(80%),2nd Gen,3rd Gen and 4th Gen cephalosporins,*** against gentamicin,amikacin remained 29% and 4%.For other drugs including nitrofurantoin,tetracycline,carbapenem and beta-lactam inhibitors remained below 10%.Altogether,59% of the isolates were resistant to at least three antibiotics including one ***,MICs for ciprofloxacin remained(MIC≥256 μg/mL) and for levofloxacin(MIC≥16 μg/mL and 32 μg/mL).no significant differences were observed regarding MIC values of extended spectrumβ-lactamase(ESBL) and non-ESBL *** qnrS and qnrB positive isolates MICs remained above 32 μg/*** of UPEC was significantly higher among females and 40% of the isolates were ESBL ***:Higher percentages of ESBL producing UPEC were associated with urinary tract ***,the majority of these isolates were multi-drug resistant and fluoroquinolone-resistant.

Synthesis, Crystal Structure and Antimicrobial Activity of Ethyl 2-(1-cyclohexyl-4-phenyl-1H-1,2,3-triazol-5-yl)-2-oxoacetate

A novel 1,4,5-trisubstituted 1,2,3-triazole（C18H21n3O3） was synthesized by a one-pot three component reaction of 1-azidocyclohexane, 1-copper（I） phenylethyne and ethoxalyl chloride at room temperature. The molecular structure was determined by single-crystal X-ray analysis. The compound crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group P21/n with a = 12.8167（9）, b = 8.0966（6）, c = 16.7079（9） A, β = 98.716（2）°, Z = 4 and V = 1713.8（2）. In the crystal, the molecules are related by inversion and paired into dimers via C–H…O and C–O…C interactions involving（oxo） acetate groups. Furthermore, X-ray analysis results are compared with the optimized structure computed by using B3 LYP method with 6-311 G basis set. The calculated results showed that optimized geometry can well reproduce the crystal structure parameters. The bioassay results indicate that the compound has good antibacterial and antifungal activities.

In recent years,progressive developments have been observed in recent technologies and the production cost has been continuously *** such scenario,Internet of Things(IoT)network which is comprised of a set of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles(UAV),has received more attention from civilian tomilitary *** network security poses a serious challenge to UAV networks whereas the intrusion detection system(IDS)is found to be an effective process to secure the UAV *** IDSs are not adequate to handle the latest computer networks that possess maximumbandwidth and data *** order to improve the detection performance and reduce the false alarms generated by IDS,several researchers have employed Machine Learning(ML)and Deep Learning(DL)algorithms to address the intrusion detection *** this view,the current research article presents a deep reinforcement learning technique,optimized by BlackWidow Optimization(DRL-BWO)algorithm,for UAV *** addition,DRL involves an improved reinforcement learning-based Deep Belief network(DBn)for intrusion *** parameter optimization of DRL technique,BWO algorithm is *** helps in improving the intrusion detection performance of UAV *** extensive set of experimental analysis was performed to highlight the supremacy of the proposed *** the simulation values,it is evident that the proposed method is appropriate as it attained high precision,recall,F-measure,and accuracy values such as 0.985,0.993,0.988,and 0.989 respectively.

怀豆和黑麦草绿肥残体还田对旱地土壤温室气体排放的影响

以怀豆和黑麦草两种绿肥为对象,分别进行了为期63 d的不同绿肥残体还田量和残体混合比例室内培养试验,其中绿肥残体还田量试验分别设0、1、2、4、6 t·hm^(-2)共5个水平;残体混合比例试验设100%怀豆、25%怀豆+75%黑麦草、50%怀豆+50%黑麦草、75%怀豆+25%黑麦草和100%黑麦草共5个处理,还田量均为4 t·hm^(-2)。采用气相色谱法观测了培养期间土壤温室气体(CO_(2)、n_(2) O、CH_(4))通量变化。结果表明:(1)与未添加绿肥残体相比,绿肥残体还田土壤CO_(2)累积排放通量提高了11.3%~80.2%,土壤n_(2) O排放提高了15.8%~51.1%,综合增温潜势(GWP)提高了11.9%~79.4%(Pn_(2) O排放通量呈现先增后减趋势,并在还田量约为3 t·hm^(-2)时达到最大。相同还田量下添加黑麦草残体较怀豆残体具有更高的土壤CO_(2)排放和CH_(4)吸收,而添加怀豆残体较黑麦草残体显著促进了土壤n_(2) O排放;(2)土壤温室气体累计通量与绿肥残体混合物中黑麦草比例存在线性相关,随黑麦草添加比例的提高,土壤CO_(2)排放通量显著增加了5.8%~19.7%(Pn_(2) O排放通量显著下降了11.2%~41.5%(P<0.05),CH_(4)吸收通量则显著下降了13.4%~50.9%(P<0.05)。综合来看,选择非豆科作物比例较低的绿肥残体,并以较低生物量进行还田,能在保持低GWP的同时获得生态效益。

地基参数是用来研究土木工程结构基础下伏土壤的特性,在对土木工程基础进行安全与经济设计时,地基参数的确定是一个非常重要的环节,需要进行岩土工程现场勘察,来确保结构的安全稳定性。压缩指数(C))和二次压缩指数(C)是计算基础沉降所需的土壤参数。压缩指数可以通过对未扰动的土壤样品进行固结试验来获得。压缩指数(C)是孔隙比与有效应力之间的半对数曲线的斜率,而该曲线是从固结试验数据获得的。固结试验是指测定饱和粘性土试样在侧限的条件下加压的压缩试验。然而,由于完成一个固结试验需要近两周的时间,其中包括采集未受扰动的土壤样品,并且工程师需要熟练的专业技能来处理试验结果以适用于现场条件,非常费时费力。由于这些因素,已经有学者尝试使用土体的其他指标来确定压缩指数(C)。该指标相对容易确定,并且在实验室中花费的时间更少。土壤的物理指标,例如稠度界限和天然含水率(w)是土壤的基本物理特性指标,因此,可以使用这些指标来确定土壤的压缩指数。许多研究者已经提出了将各种物理指标与压缩指数联系起来的经验模型。在大多数情况下,这些方程是通过对研究人员原籍国的土壤进行研究而获得的,所以当在其他国家/地区使用时,这些方程式会高估或低估现场土壤压缩指数(C)的值。本文原计划取中华人民共和国内蒙古自治区的土壤上进行这项研究,但由于新型冠状病毒造成的现状,以及对进入中国的国际航班的限制,该研究的样品取自巴基斯坦的开伯尔普赫图-夸瓦省的南部城市本诺。本文旨在通过比较从实验室数据获得的压缩指数的实际值与用经验公式获得的压缩指数的相关值,来验证已有的经验公式的合理性,并根据实验室试验数据提出新的经验公式。这样,在确定C时就避免了冗长的固结试验。具体的研究内容和研究成果如下:(1)首先,根据统一的土壤分类系统(USCS)对土壤样品进行分类。进行筛分分析,确定其液限(LL),塑限(PL)和天然含水率(w)以及其他参数。(2)对从本诺市不同地点获得的不同土壤样品进行固结试验。绘制有效压力和孔隙比之间的曲线图,找到直线部分的斜率,确定土壤样品的压缩指数。(3)根据试验确定的土壤液限,塑限,初始孔隙比,比重,天然含水量等参数,应用著名的经验公式,例如Skempton(1944),nishida(1956)Hough(1957)和n agaraj&Murty(1985)等计算相关的压缩指数值。(4)对试验获得的实际的压缩指数与经验公式获得的压缩指数进行数据分析,由nishida(1956)的经验公式得出的压缩指数值与C的实际值在小数点后两位数相似。而从A Singh&S noor(2012)经验公式中获得的结果与C的实验室值具有线性差异。
