Possibility of g.neration of larg.-scale sheared zonal flow and mag.etic field by coupled under the typical ionospheric conditions short-scale planetary low-frequency waves is shown. Propag.tion of coupled internal-g.avity-Alfven, Rossby-kh.ntadze, Rossby-Alfven-kh.ntadze and collision-less electron skin depth order drift-Alfven waves is revealed and investig.ted in detail. To describe the nonlinear interaction of such coupled waves with sheared zonal flow the corresponding.nonlinear equations are deduced. The instability mechanism is based on the nonlinear parametric triple interaction of the finite amplitude short-scale planetary waves leading.to the inverse energ. cascade toward the long.r waveleng.hs. It is shown that under such interaction intense sheared mag.etic fields can be g.nerated. Appropriate g.owth rates are discussed in detail.

In this paper,we studied the effects of physical factors,such as,acoustic pulses of laser-induced hydrodynamics(AlIH)and extremely-hig. frequencies(EHF)radiation,on the formation of heterotopic bone marrow org.ns.A suspension of precipitated bone marrow cells from CBA mice were exposed to AlIH pulses and EHF radiation separately and in their com bination tissue eng.neering.constructs,presenting.g.latin spong.s 2 by 2 by 2 mm in size containing.10^(7)nucleated bone marrow cells,were exposed to physical factors and were implanted under the renal capsules of syng.neic *** newly formed hematopoietic org.ns were examined in three and five months later after *** five months old transplants were big.er in size than the three months old *** number of hematopoietic cells in the rest of the g.oups increased during.this period by a factor from 3 to 10,the increase being.as hig. as 20-fold in the:AlH+EHF *** concentration of multipotent stromal cells(MSCs)was in the EHF+AlIH,and minimal concentration was in the AlIH+*** accumulation rate of bone capsule weig.t was hig.est for the transplants of EHF+AlIH and AlIH-spong. g.oups during.the first three *** data showed that the combined impact of the EHF+AlIH on MSCs is the most effective for the formation of bone marrow transplantation.

By the modified ISSR-amplification method the comparison of the structural org.nization of enzyme loci in the initial common wheat cultivars and their g.notrophs induced with epimutag.ns: plant niacin acid and niacin acid and its derivatives produced from β-picoline fraction of coal-tar pitch (niacin acid nitrile, isocinchomeronic and benzoic acids) was carried out. It is shown that niacin acid influence causes in g.notrophs specific band appearance in PCR-profiles obtained on the DNA of enzyme loci. All these before mentioned epimutag.ns induced in limits of each g.notroph differently directed chang.s in number and intensity of bands of PCR-profiles.

Data from the larg. Sorg.um(Sorg.um bicolor(l.) Moench) is a major world crop that is a reliable source of fodder and food g.ain in arid reg.ons. However, unlike other cereals, sorg.um g.ain has low nutritional value, owing.mainly to the resistance of its storag. proteins(kafirins) to protease dig.stion. Chang.ng.the composition of kafirins or their primary structure may address this problem. To induce mutations in kafirin-encoding.g.nes that were expected to disturb their accumulation in endosperm cells, we used a g.nome-editing.approach. By Ag.obacterium-mediated g.netic transformation of immature embryos of cv. Avans, we obtained 14 transg.nic plants with g.netic constructs for site-directed mutag.nesis of the k1C5 and g.KAF1 g.nes encoding.22 k Da a-and 28 kDa γ-kafirins, respectively. Sequencing.of 5 reg.nerants obtained by using.k1C5-addressing.vector revealed two plants with mutations. T_1 prog.ny of these mutants had hig.er in vitro dig.stibility of endosperm proteins(86%–92%), in comparison with the donor Avans(63%–67%). The kernels of these plants had a thick vitreous endosperm. A mutant with increased in vitro protein dig.stibility and vitreous endosperm, carrying.a mutation in the targ.t sequence, was also obtained by use of the g.AF1-addressing.vector. Thus, using.g.nome editing.technolog., we have obtained mutants with improved kafirin dig.stibility that can be used in sorg.um breeding.
