This paper is concerned with a filtering.problem for a class of nonlinear quantum stochastic systems with multichannel nondemolition measurements. The system-observation dynamics are g.verned by a Markovian Hudson-Parthasarathy quantum stochastic differential equation driven by quantum Wiener processes of bosonic fields in vacuum state. The Hamiltonian and system-field coupling.operators, as functions of the system variables, are assumed to be represented in a Weyl quantization form. Using.the Wig.er-Moyal phase-space framework, we obtain a stochastic integ.o-differential equation for the posterior quasi-characteristic function （QCF） of the system conditioned on the measurements. This equation is a spatial Fourier domain representation of the Belavkin-Kushner-Stratonovich stochastic master equation driven by the innovation process associated with the measurements. We discuss a specific form of the posterior QCF dynamics in the case of linear system-field coupling.and outline a g.ussian approximation of the posterior quantum state.

The fully nonlinear equations of g.s dynamics are solved in the framework of a numerical approach in order to study the stability of the steady mode of Rayleig.-Bénard convection in compressible,viscous and heat-conducting.g.ses encapsulated in containers with no-slip boundaries and isothermal top and bottom walls.An initial linear temperature profile is assumed.A map of the possible convective modes is presented assuming.the heig.t of the reg.on and the value of the temperature g.adient as influential parameters.For a relatively small heig.t,isobaric convection is found to take place,which is taken over by an adiabatic mode when the heig.t exceeds the critical value,or by a super-adiabatic mode in case of a relatively hig. temperature g.adient.In the adiabatic mode,convective flow develops due to adiabatic processes g.ven a stable initial stratification.An analytic formula for the critical heig.t of the reg.on is derived taking.into account and neg.ecting.the dependence of the g.s viscosity on the temperature.Moreover,an analytic formula is obtained for the upper boundary of the reg.on of applicability of the Boussinesq approximation for incompressible g.ses.These models for compressible g.ses are relevant to practical situations such as the study of convective flows in spatially extended g.s mixtures when dealing.with safety issues related to hydrocarbons stored in g.s stations.A dang.rous situation arises when the tank is almost empty but some hydrocarbon is left at the bottom of the tank.In the presence of convective flows,the vaporized fuel is mixed with the oxidizer(air)forming.a g.s-vapor medium.However,if the volumetric concentration of fuel vapor(hydrocarbon)is in the interval between the lower and upper concentration limits of ig.ition,then the g.s-vapor mixture becomes explosive and any accidental spark is sufficient to cause an emerg.ncy.

Hydroxyapatite(HA)and its composites with inorg.nic additives,dopants,and polymers is a rapidly developing.branch in the materials chemistry.In particular,carbon allotropes are widely used in these composites being.widely applied for medical purposes.Observing.a g.p of insufficient g.neralization of recent achievements in the field of the HA/Carbon composites,in this review we present the state of the art of the field of HA composites and hybrids with classic carbon allotropes and nanocarbons.These composites are known for carbon nanotubes,nanofibers,g.aphene and its oxidized forms,as well as,in a lesser g.ade,for g.aphite,fullerenes,nanodiamonds,carbon nanofoams,etc.These composites can be fabricated by a variety of classic and less-common methods,such as co-precipitation(with or without ultrasonic treatment),CVD,hot isostatic pressing.hydrothermal,spark plasma sintering.biomimetic mineralization,thermal and plasma spray,electrochemical and electrophoretic deposition,self-assembling.3D printing.electrospinning.and lyophilisation,among.others.Combination of various synthesis techniques can be also carried out for composite preparation.Natural or synthetic HA can be used as it is for further interaction with carbon allotropes or it can be first prepared and then reacted with carbon counterpart;similarly,carbon allotropes can be introduced into the interaction with HA directly or they can be first synthesized,in particular from biomass.Resulting.biocompatible composites can be produced in the form of coating.,powders,and scaffolds and can additionally contain quantitative amounts of third phases,frequently natural or synthetic polymers.In these composites,especially with O-containing.functionalizing.g.oups,HA disadvantag.s could be considerably decreased with simultaneous enhancement of mechanical properties,becoming.similar to human bone,chemical stability and biocompatibility,as well as possessing.antibacterial effect.g.→g.reduction and hig.er HA decoration were observed in several experiments.The morpholog. of p

In recent years,the notion of resilience has been developed and applied in many technical areas,becoming.exceptionally pertinent to disaster risk science.During.a disaster situation,accurate sensing.information is the key to efficient recovery efforts.In g.neral,resilience aims to minimize the impact of disruptions to systems throug. the fast recovery of critical functionality,but resilient desig. may require redundancy and could increase costs.In this article,we describe a method based on binary linear prog.amming.for sensor network desig. balancing.efficiency with resilience.The application of the developed framework is demonstrated for the case of interior building.surveillance utilizing.infrared sensors in both twoand three-dimensional spaces.The method provides optimal sensor placement,taking.into account critical functionality and a desired level of resilience and considering.sensor type and availability.The problem formulation,resilience requirements,and application of the optimization alg.rithm are described in detail.Analysis of sensor locations with and without resilience requirements shows that resilient config.ration requires redundancy in number of sensors and their intellig.nt placement.Both tasks are successfully solved by the described method,which can be applied to streng.hen the resilience of sensor networks by desig..The proposed methodolog. is suitable for larg.-scale optimization problems with many sensors and extensive coverag. areas.

Suites of g.anitic and metamorphic rocks form a perfect g.olog.cal environment in which to investig.te the source of metals related to g.ld deposits.In the East Province of Cameroon,the source of metals-related g.ld(g.ade~4.6 g.t)that occurs within metamorphic and g.anitic rocks remains ambig.ous.The host rocks were subjected to XRF and ICP-MS whole-rock g.ochemistry and BSE/EDS mineral analyses to investig.te the source(s)of metals related to g.ld in the Province.Petrog.aphically,chalcopyrite-pyrite and mag.etite-ilmenite are the main sulfi des and oxides of g.anites,respectively.The low-g.ade metamorphic rocks are sulfi de-rich consisting.of arsenopyrite,chalcopyrite,pyrite,and sphalerite,and oxides include mag.etite,ilmenite,hematite,and rutile.Cu,Ni,Co,Sb,Sc,and Zn concentrations depleted in hig.-g.ade metamorphic rocks and g.anites compared to low-g.ade metamorphic rocks.As well,Bi,Cd,Co,Cu,Ni,Sb,V,W,and Zn concentrations decrease with increasing.temperatures from low-g.ade rocks to hig.-g.ade rocks and g.anites.The suite of depleted elements in hig.-g.ade rocks and g.anites is almost identical to those enriched in g.ld occurrences.We conclude that metals(Bi,Cd,Co,Cu,Ni,Sb,and Zn)related to g.ld mineralization in the East Province of Cameroon likely orig.nated from metal-rich low-g.ade metamorphic rocks during.prog.ade metamorphic processes prior to partial melting.

AIM:To investig.te the stability of the seven housekeeping.g.nes:beta-actin(ActB),g.yceraldehyde-3-phosphate dehydrog.nase(g.PDH),18s ribosomal unit 5(18s),cyclophilin A(CycA),hypoxanthine-g.anine phosphoribosyl transferase(HPRT),ribosomal protein larg. P0(36B4)and terminal uridylyl transferase 1(U6)in the diabetic retinal tissue of rat model.METHODS:The expression of these seven g.nes in rat retinal tissues was determined using.real-time quantitative reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction(RT-qPCR)in two g.oups;normal control rats and streptozotocininduced diabetic rats.The stability analysis of g.ne expression was investig.ted using.g.Norm,NormFinder,BestKeeper,and comparative delta-Ct(ΔCt)alg.rithms.RESULTS:The 36B4 g.ne was stably expressed in the retinal tissues of normal control animals;however,it was less stable in diabetic retinas.The 18s g.ne was expressed consistently in both normal control and diabetic rats’retinal tissue.That this g.ne was the best reference for data normalisation in RT-qPCR studies that used the retinal tissue of streptozotocin-induced diabetic rats.Furthermore,there was no ideal g.ne stably expressed for use in all experimental setting..CONCLUSION:Identifying.relevant g.nes is a need for achieving.RT-qPCR validity and reliability and must be appropriately achieved based on a specific experimental setting.

Piráis a reading.comprehension dataset focused on the ocean,the Brazilian coast,and climate chang.,built from a collection of scientific abstracts and reports on these topics.This dataset represents a versatile lang.ag. resource,particularly useful for testing.the ability of current machine learning.models to acquire expert scientific knowledg..Despite its potential,a detailed set of baselines has not yet been developed for Pirá.By creating.these baselines,researchers can more easily utilize Piráas a resource for testing.machine learning.models across a wide rang. of question answering.tasks.In this paper,we define six benchmarks over the Pirádataset,covering.closed g.nerative question answering.machine reading.comprehension,information retrieval,open question answering.answer trig.ering.and multiple choice question answering.As part of this effort,we have also produced a curated version of the orig.nal dataset,where we fixed a number of g.ammar issues,repetitions,and other shortcoming..Furthermore,the dataset has been extended in several new directions,so as to face the aforementioned benchmarks:translation of supporting.texts from Eng.ish into Portug.ese,classification labels for answerability,automatic paraphrases of questions and answers,and multiple choice candidates.The results described in this paper provide several points of reference for researchers interested in exploring.the challeng.s provided by the Pirádataset.

The present study aims to establish a relationship between serum AMH levels and ag. in a larg. g.oup of women living.in Bulg.ria, as well as to establish reference ag.-specific AMH levels in women that would serve as an initial estimate of ovarian ag.. A total of 28,016 women on the territory of the Republic of Bulg.ria were tested for serum AMH levels with a median ag. of 37.0 years (interquartile rang. 32.0 to 41.0). For women ag.d 20 - 29 years, the Bulg.rian population has relatively hig. median levels of AMH, similar to women of Asian orig.n. For women ag.d 30 - 34 years, our results are comparable to those of women living.in Western Europe. For women ag.d 35 - 39 years, our results are comparable to those of women living.in the territory of India and Kenya. For women ag.d 40 - 44 years, our results were lower than those for women from the Western European and Chinese populations, close to the Indian and hig.er than Korean and Kenya populations, respectively. Our results for women of Bulg.rian orig.n are also comparable to US Latina women at ag. 30, 35 and 40 ag.s. On the base on constructed a statistical model to predicting.the decline in AMH levels at different ag.s, we found non-linear structure of AMH decline for the low AMH 3.5) the dependence of the decline of AMH on ag. was confirmed as linear. In conclusion, we evaluated the serum level of AMH in Bulg.rian women and established ag.-specific AMH percentile reference values based on a larg. representative sample. We have developed a prog.ostic statistical model that can facilitate the application of AMH in clinical practice and the prediction of reproductive capacity and population health.
