objectives: Dengue virus (DENV) infect.o. is a mosquito-borne disease that stands out as one of the major public health issues and has a wide-ranging geographical distribut.o. throughout the t.o.ics and subt.o.ics. the general alarming increase in the number of cases over the last t.o.decades can be attributed to an extent by the change in nat.o.al practices to keeping records and reporting dengue to the Ministries of Health, and WHo. Dengue diagnosis is routinely carried out by detect.o. of dengue virus (DENV) antigen NS1 (Non-structural Antigen 1) and/or anti-DENV IgM/IgG antibodies using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays (ELISAs) and rapid diagnostic tests (RDts). this study compared the performance of three RDts and one ELISA used for dengue diagnosis in southeastern, Nigeria. Design: this study adopted a cross-sect.o.al design that included prospective hospital-based surveillance of cases among febrile participants attending t.o.major health facilities within the southeastern region of Nigeria. In this study, 338 HIV-infected participants from t.o.teaching hospitals in Nigeria’s southeast were systematically tested for Dengue with four met.o.s: NS1 RDt, IgG RDt, IgM RDt, and NS1 ELISA. their specificities and sensitivities were compared, as well as their level of concordance. their respective performances were also evaluated using the Receivers operat.o.al curve (RoC). Results: out.o. the 338 patients, the dengue prevalence from the four dengue diagnostic met.o.s Dengue virus NS1 ELISA, NS1 RDt, IgM and IgG seropositivity were 8.9%, 0.6%, 5.6%, and 8.0%, respectively. the Dengue IgM RDt test indicated 36.8% sensitivity, 92.8% specificity, the IgG anti-dengue specific test indicated 29.6% sensitivity, 92.9% specificity and the dengue NS1 RDt test indicated 3.3% sensitivity, 99.4% specificity when compared with the Dengue NSI Elisa test met.o. as a reference met.o.. Populat.o. distribut.o. and threats to sustainable management.o. selected non-timber forest products in t.o.ical lowland rainforests of south western Nigeria

Uncont.o.led harvesting of non-timber forest products （NtFPs） poses a serious risk of exterminat.o. to several of these species in Nigeria. Yet, there is a paucity of informat.o. on the distribut.o., populat.o. status and sustainable management.o. NtFPs in most.o. the t.o.ical lowland rainforests. We, therefore, assessed the populat.o., distribut.o. and threats to sustainable management.o. NtFPs within the t.o.ical lowland rainforests of omo and Shasha Forest Reserves, south western Nigeria. Data were obtained through inventory surveys on five top priority species including： bush mango （Irvingia gabonensis （Aubry-Lecomte ex o’Rorke） Baill）, African walnut （tetracarpidium conophorum （Mull. Arg.） Hutch. ＆ Dalziel syn. Plukenetia conophora）, chew-stick （Massularia acuminata （G. Don） Bullock）, fever bark （Annickia chlorantha Setten ＆ *** syn. Enantia chloranta） and bush pepper （Piper guineense Schumach. ＆ t.o.n.）. Purposive and stratified random sampling techniques were used for the inventory. Each forest reserve was stratified into three, viz： less disturbed natural forest （for areas that have been rested for at least ten years）, recently disturbed natural forest （for areas that have suffered one form of human perturbat.o. or the other in the last five years）, and plantat.o. forest （for areas carrying forest plantat.o.）. Data were collected from eighteen 10 m × 500 m belt transects located in the above strata. the species were generally fewer in both plantat.o. and recently disturbed natural forest than the less disturbed natural forest, suggesting that forest disturbances （habitat modificat.o.） for other uses may have an effect.o. the occurrence and densities of the NtFPs. Except.o.s to this trend were found for P. guineense and t. conophorum, which were fairly common in both plantat.o. and recently disturbed natural forest. Proteins containing an Rho GtPase-activating protein （RhoGAP） domain work as molecular switches involved in the regulat.o. of diverse cellular funct.o.s. the ability of these GtPases to regulate a wide number of cellular processes comes from their interact.o.s with multiple effectors and inhibitors, including the RhoGAP family, which stimulates their intrinsic GtPase activity. Here, a phylogenetic approach was applied to study the evolut.o.ary relat.o.ship among 59 RhoGAP domain-containing proteins. the sequences were aligned by their RhoGAP domains and the phylogenetic hypotheses were generated using Maximum Parsimony and Bayesian analyses. the character tracing of t.o.traits, GtPase activity and presence of other domains, indicated a significant phylogenetic signal for both of them.

CD4 t cell counts were estimated using Patec Cyflow SL-3 ***:Antigenic component.o. immune complexes of various infect.o.s agents was detected in 99 and 70 HIV seropositive and HIV sero-negative participants,*** group A,there were 10 HIV positive participants,including 4(40.0%) had circulating immune complexes(CICs) due to Salmonella species only:1(10.0%) due to Salmonella-Plasmodium falciparum(***),SalmonellaP. falciparum-HCV and *** antigens,*** group B,45(45.4%) HIV seropositive participants with CICs had CD4 t lymphocyte count between 200-499 cells/mm^*** of these,20(44.4%) had CICs due to Salmonella species only:9(20%) due to Salmonella-P. *** group C,there were 44(44.4%) HIV sero-positive participants,including 3(6.8%) due to Salmonella species only:24(54.4%) due to ***:2(4.5%) due to P. falciparum ***:In HIV sero-positive participants,presence of heterogeneity of Salmonella *** antigens was highly incriminated in CD4 count deplet.o. but not homogeneity of malaria parasites *** parasites antigens only were incriminated in CD4^+ count deplet.o. amongst HIV sero-negative *** taking any decision on the management

Zinc-indium-tin oxide (ZIto) films were grown by pulsed-laser deposit.o.. three different material composit.o.s were investigated: ZIto-30, ZIto-50 and ZIto-70 in which 30%, 50% and 70%, respectively, of the indium in the In 2 o 3 structure was replaced by substitut.o. with zinc and tin in equal molar proport.o.s (co-substitut.o.): In 2 2x Zn x Sn x o 3 , where x 0.3, 0.5, 0.7. this study used six fields data alongside correlat.o. heat map to evaluate the field parameters that affect the accuracy of bot.o. hole pressure(BHP)*** six oil field data were acquired using measurement while drilling device to collect surface measurements of the downhole pressure data while *** the t.o.case studies,measured field data of the wellbore filled with gasified mud system was utilized,and the wellbores were drilled using rotary jointed drill *** Randomized tree and feed forward neural net.o.k algorithms were used to develop models that can predict with high accuracy,BHP from measured field *** modeling purpose,an extensive data from six fields was used,and the proposed model was further validated with t.o.data from t.o.new *** gathered data encompasses a variety of well data,general informat.o./data,depths,hole size,and *** developed model was compared with data obtained from t.o.new fields based on its capability,stability and *** result and model’s performance from the error analysis revealed that the t.o.proposed Extra tree and Feed Forward models replicate the bot.o. hole pressure data with R2 greater than *** high values of R^(2) for the t.o.models suggest the relative reliability of the modelling *** magnitudes of mean squared error and mean absolute percentage error for the predicted BHPs from both models range from 0.33 to 0.34 and 2.02%-2.14%,for the Extra tree model and 0.40-0.41 and 3.90%e3.99%for Feed Forward model respectively;the least errors were recorded for the Extra tree ***,the mean absolute error of the Extra tree model for both fields(9.13-10.39 psi)are lower than that.o. the Feed Forward model(10.98-11 psi),thus showing the higher precision of the Extra tree model relative to the Feed Forward *** has shown that underbalanced operat.o. does not guarantee the improvement.o. horizontal well’s extension ability,because it mainly depends on t

this paper examines the transport analysis, including both heat transfer and mass transfer, in hybrid nanofluid flow containing gyrotactic microorganisms towards a curved oscillatory surface. the influence of magnetic fields is also inspected in terms of their physical characteristics. to depict the phenomena of transport, modified versions of both Fick's and Fourier's laws are used. Addit.o.ally, the characteristics of both heterogeneous and homogeneous chemical react.o.s are also incorporated. Utilizing a curvilinear coordinate system, the flow problem is formulated as partial differential equat.o.s(PDEs)for momentum, concentrat.o., microorganism field, and energy. An analytical solut.o. to the obtained flow equat.o.s is achieved utilizing the homotopy analysis met.o.(HAM).the effects of significant flow parameters on the pressure and microorganism fields, velocity, oscillat.o. velocity, concentrat.o., and temperature distribut.o.s are shown via graphs. Furthermore, the variat.o.s in skin frict.o., mass transfer rate, heat transfer rate, and local motile number due to different involved parameters are presented in tables and are analyzed in detail. Graphical results indicate that the curves of velocity and temperature fields are enhanced as the values of the solid volume fract.o. variables *** is also verified that the concentrat.o. rate field decreases as the values of the homogeneous react.o. strength parameter and the radius of curvature parameter increase, and it increases with the Schmidt number and the heterogeneous react.o. strength *** out.o.es show a favorable response of the motile number to advanced values of the Peclet number, the Schmidt number, the microorganism difference parameter, and the bio-convective Lewis number.
