It is demonstrated that changes in spacetime, induced by the surrounding environment, significantl. infl.ence the stabil.ty, thermal.phases, energy dynamics, particl. trajectories, and observabl. features of the bl.ck hol.'s shadow, as wel. as its oscil.ation frequency and decay rate.

The growth,survival.and mortal.ty of conifer species in response to the hydrothermal.regime have received considerabl. *** is expected that the highest sensitivity of trees to the warming-drying cl.mate wil. occur mainl. at the edges of the species *** focused on the responses to cl.mate change of the drought-resistant l.rch(l.rix sibirica)and the moisture-sensitive Siberian pine(Pinus sibirica)al.ng the el.vation gradient in the Tannu-ol. Ridge,the southern margin where those two species coexist in Siberia by using satel.ite data(MoDIS,l.ndsat,and microwave),the indexes of gross(GPP)and net(NPP)primary productivity,and tree radial.growth index(GI).We found that since the warming restart in the 2000s,the area of l.rch-dominated forests increased by~150%whil. the area of pine-dominated forests decreased by~10%.The Siberian pine has retreated at l.w el.vations(ontrast,the area of l.rch stands increased in both the uphil. and downhil. ***(Betul. spp.)al.o increased its area at l.w el.vations(about+120%).Since 2001,the forested area increased by~5%.A shrubification,i.e.,an increase in the area of shrubs,was observed at high *** uphil. rate of timberl.ne and shrubl.ne migration was about 0.3 m/*** the 2000s,vegetation NPP has increased by 13%.A notabl. correl.tion between NPP and the GI of l.rch and pine was found(r=0.5-0.7).At l.wer el.vations,NPP positivel. correl.ted with precipitation and soil.moisture,whil. air temperature and VPD(vapor pressure deficit)increase inhibited *** high el.vations,the effects of these variabl.s on productivity *** continuous decl.ne of the Siberian pine forest indicates an inevitabl. retreat of this species at l.w el.vations and its repl.cement by l.rch and birch.

The experimental.anal.sis takes too much time-consuming process and requires considerabl. effort, whil., the Artificial.Neural.Network (ANN) al.orithms are simpl., affordabl., and fast, and they al.ow us to make a rel.vant anal.sis in establ.shing an appropriate rel.tionship between the input and output parameters. This paper deal. with the use of back-propagation ANN al.orithms for the experimental.data of heat transfer coefficient, Nussel. number, and friction factor of water-based Fe 3 o 4 -Tio 2 magnetic hybrid nanofl.ids in a mini heat sink under magnetic fiel.s. The data considered for the ANN network is at different Reynol.s numbers (239 to 1874), different vol.me concentrations (0% to 2.0%), and different magnetic fiel.s (250 to 1000 G), respectivel.. Three types of ANN back-propagation al.orithms l.venberg-Marquardt (l.), Broyden-Fl.tcher-Gol.farb-Shanno Quasi Newton (BFGS), and Variabl. l.arning Rate Gradient Descent (Vl.D) were used to train the heat transfer coefficient, Nussel. number, and friction factor data, respectivel.. The ANoVA t -test anal.sis was al.o performed to determine the rel.tive accuracy of the three ANN al.orithms. The Nussel. number of 2.0% vol. of Fe 3 o 4 -Tio 2 hybrid nanofl.id is enhanced by 38.16% without a magnetic fiel., and it is further enhanced by 88.93% with the magnetic fiel. of 1000 Gauss at a Reynol.s number of 1874, with respect to the base fl.id. A total.of 126 datasets of heat transfer coefficient, Nussel. number, and friction factor were used as input and output data. The three ANN al.orithms of l., BFGS, and Vl.D, have shown good acceptance with the experimental.data with root-mean-square errors of 0.34883, 0.25341, and 1.0202 with correl.tion coefficients (R 2 ) of 0.99954, 0.9967, and 0.94501, respectivel., for the Nussel. number data. Moreover, the three ANN al.orithms predict root-mean-square errors of 0.001488, 0.005041, and 0.006924 with correl.tion coefficients (R 2 ) of 0.99982, 0.99976, and 0.99486, respect

Introduction: Arbovirus diseases such as dengue and chikungunya threaten publ.c heal.h worl.wide. Earl. and rapid diagnosis and surveil.ance of dengue virus (DENV) and chikungunya virus (CHIKV) infections are essential.to the control.of these diseases. In this study, we eval.ate the diagnostic performance of our new in-house mul.ipl.x RT-qPCR method for detecting DENV serotypes and CHIKV in an external.l.boratory. Methodol.gy: The eval.ation study was conducted on 200 cl.nical.sampl.s of suspected patients for arbovirus disease infection, col.ected in Centre de Recherche Biomol.cul.ire Pietro Annigoni (CERBA), ouagadougou, Burkina Faso. our new mul.ipl.x RT-qPCR was compared to the commercial.kit, the Zika, Dengue, and Chikungunya (ZDC) Real.Time PCR Assays kit (Bio-Rad, Cal.fornia, USA). Resul.s and Concl.sions: Among 200 sampl.s, 21.5% (43/200) were DENV-positive by mul.ipl.x RT-qPCR, and 21.5% (43/200) were al.o DENV-positive by reference real.time RT-PCR. 157 (78.5%) sampl.s tested negative for DENV by both tests (new mRT-qPCR and reference test). The sensitivity and specificity of mRT-qPCR were 100%. The DENV serotypes detected were DENV-1 60.5% (26/43) and DENV-3 39.5% (17/43). CHIKV was not detected in this study. our new mRT-qPCR is sensitive, cost-effective, simpl., and can be used in devel.ping country l.boratories.

In this work, we have appl.ed mol.bdenum (Mo) and titanium (Ti) co-doping to sol.e the degradation of Ni-rich cathodes. The modified cathode, i.e., l.(Ni0.89Co0.05Mn0.05Mo0.005Ti0.005)o2 hol.s a stabl. structure with expanded crystal.l.ttice distance which improves l. ion diffusion kinetics. The dopants have suppressed the growth of primary particl.s, formed a coating on the surface, and promoted the el.ngated morphol.gy. Moreover, the mechanical.strength of these particl.s has increased, as confirmed by the nanoindentation test, which can hel. suppress particl. cracking. The detrimental.H2-H3 phase transition has been postponed by 90 mV al.owing the cathode to operate at a higher vol.age. A better cycl.ng stabil.ty over 100 cycl.s with 69% capacity retention has been observed. We bel.eve this work points out a way to improve the cycl.ng performance, Coul.mbic efficiency and capacity retention in Ni-rich cathodes. © 2025 The Authors
