Supply chain 4.0 refers t. t.e fourt. indust.ial revolut.on’s supply chain management.syst.ms,which int.grat. t.e supply chain’s manufact.ring operat.ons,informat.on t.chnology,and t.0}ecommunicat.on *** supply chain 4.0 aims t. improve supply chains’product.on syst.ms and profit.bilit.,it.is subject.t. different.operat.onal and disrupt.ve *** risks are a big challenge in t.e cycle of supply chain 4.0 for cont.olling t.e demand and supply operat.ons t. produce and deliver product. across It.*** paper proposes a vot.ng classifier t. ident.fy t.e operat.onal risks in t.e supply chain 4.0 based on a Sine Cosine Dynamic Group(SCDG)*** and exploit.t.on mechanisms of t.e basic Sine Cosine Algorit.m(CSA)are adjust.d and cont.olled by t.o groups of agent. t.at.can be changed dynamically during t.e *** and int.rnal feat.res were collect.d and analyzed from different.dat. sources of service level agreement. and t.ansact.on dat. from various KSA firms t. validat. t.e proposed algorit.m’s efficiency.A balanced accuracy of 0.989 and a Mean Square Error(MSE)of 0.0476 were achieved compared wit. ot.er opt.mizat.on-based classifier t.chniques.A one-way analysis of variance(ANOVA)and Wilcoxon rank-sum t.st. were performed t. show t.e superiorit. of t.e proposed SCDG ***,t.e experiment.l result. indicat. t.e effect.veness of t.e proposed SCDG algorit.m-based vot.ng classifier.

Inst.ad of ut.lizing such a convent.onal separat.on rout., we use ordered microporous frameworks based on a physical adsorpt.on mechanism t. solve t.e challenge of hydrogen isot.pe separat.on. Herein we analyze M-MOF-74(M=Co, Ni, Mg, Zn), feat.ring a hexagonal channel about.11 ? and high densit. of open met.l sit.s, for t.eir abilit. t. separat. and purify deut.rium from t.e hydrogen isot.pe mixt.re by dynamic column breakt.rough experiment.. Our result. show t.at.t.e combinat.on of t.e st.engt. of binding sit.s, densit. of coordinat.vely unsat.rat.d met.l sit.s and hydrogen isot.pe adsorpt.on capacit. of mat.rials renders Co-MOF-74 as an opt.mal adsorbent.for t.e capt.re of deut.rium from hydrogen isot.pe mixt.res in a simulat.d indust.ial process.

Composit. microst.uct.res are described and measurement. of densit., hardness, flexure st.engt., and fract.re t.ughness are report.d. t.e result. showed t.at.t.e fract.re st.engt. of t.e composit. wit. dispersed nickel part.cles is higher t.an t.e ot.er t.o composit.s （net.ork microst.uct.re and mixed microst.uct.re） and t.e alumina mat.ix. For all t.e composit.s st.died, t.ugher mat.rials t.an t.e monolit.ic alumina were produced. t.e fract.re t.ughness of t.e composit. wit. a net.ork microst.uct.re is much higher t.an t.at.of t.e ot.er composit.s. t.e t.ughening mechanisms were described based on t.e observat.on of t.e fract.re surfaces and t.e crack-part.cle int.ract.ons. Alumina-iron nanocomposit. powders were prepared by a t.o-st.p process. In t.e first.st.p, α-Al2O3-FeCl2 powder mixt.re was formed by mixing α-Al2O3 powders wit. FeCl2 solut.on followed by drying. In t.e second st.p, t.e FeCl2 in t.e dry power mixt.re was select.vely reduced t. iron part.cles. A reduct.on t.mperat.re of 750℃ for 15 min in dry H2 was chosen based on t.e t.ermodynamic calculat.ons. t.e concent.at.on of iron in FeCl2 solut.on was calculat.d t. be 20 vol. pct.in t.e final composit.. t.o t.chniques were used t. produce composit. bulk mat.rials. t.e Al2O3 nanocomposit. powders were divided t. t.o bat.hes. t.e first.bat.h of t.e produced mixt.re was hot.pressed at.1400℃ and 27 MPa for 30 min in a graphit. die. t. st.dy t.e effect.of oxygen on t.e Al2O3/Fe int.rface bonding and mechanical propert.es of t.e composit., t.e second bat.h was heat.t.eat.d in air at.700℃ for 20 min t. part.ally oxidize t.e iron part.cles before hot.pressing.
