Detecting hate speech autom.tically in social m.dia forensics has em.rged as a highly challenging task due tothe com.lex nature of language used in such platform.. Currently, several m.thods exist for classifying hatespeech, but they still suffer from.am.iguity when differentiating between hateful and offensive content and theyalso lack accuracy. The work suggested in this paper uses a com.ination of the Whale Optim.zation Algorithm.WOA) and Particle Swarm.Optim.zation (PSO) to adjust the weights of two m.lti-Layer Perceptron (m.Ps)for neutrosophic sets classification. During the training process of the m.P, the WOA is em.loyed to exploreand determ.ne the optim.l set of weights. The PSO algorithm.adjusts the weights to optim.ze the perform.nceof the m.P as fine-tuning. Additionally, in this approach, two separate m.P m.dels are em.loyed. One m.Pis dedicated to predicting degrees of truth m.m.ership, while the other m.P focuses on predicting degrees offalse m.m.ership. The difference between these m.m.erships quantifies uncertainty, indicating the degree ofindeterm.nacy in predictions. The experim.ntal results indicate the superior perform.nce of our m.del com.aredto previous work when evaluated on the Davidson dataset.

Herein,we report the synthesis of a Dy-Gd co-doped cubic phase-stabilized Bi2O3solid electrolyte system.via solid-state processing under atm.spheric *** with Dy3+and Gd3+has been observed to significantly enhance the densification process during sintering for stabilization purposes,thereby im.roving the electrical properties of δ-Bi2O3-type *** synthesized ceram.cs were characterized using X-ray diffraction（XRD）,field em.ssion scanning electron m.croscopy-energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy（FESEm.EDX）,therm.l gravim.try/differential therm.l analysis（TG/DTA）,and the four-point probe technique（4PPT）.XRD analysis reveals that the sam.les Bi1-x-yGdxDyyO1.5（y=0.05/x=0.05,0.10,0,15,and 0.20,and x=0.05/y=0.10,0.15,and 0.20） exhibit a stable face-centered cubic δ-phase and a m.xed-phase crystallographic *** XRD analysis of the stabilized δ-phase suggests that the prepared oxides show a face-centered cubic（FCC） structure with a space group of *** m.crographs reveal that the com.osition Bi0.90Gd0.05Dy0.05O1.5has no significant ***,an evident increase in the pore form.tion is observed as the am.unt of Gd2O3increases until it reaches 20%.This finding suggests that dense pellets are form.d during the sintering process at 900-1000℃.The DTA analyses were perform.d to verify the phase stability,which agrees with the XRD *** electrochem.cal perform.nce of the synthesized Dy-Gd co-doped Bi2O3solid electrolyte system.was evaluated and analyzed in detail by using the electrochem.cal im.edance spectroscopy（EIS） technique,Based on EIS and conductivity m.asurem.nts,Bi0.75Gd0.20Dy0.05O1.5exhibits the lowest activation energy of 0.519 eV and the highest conductivity value of 0.398 S/cm.at 627℃com.ared to the other sam.les;this com.osition can be used as a solid electrolyte for interm.diatetem.erature solid oxide fuel cells（SOFCs）.

Due to their therm.l perform.nce,dom.d roofs are one of the passive solutions that affect energy consum.tion in *** therm.l perform.nce of dom.d roofs has been investigated in m.ny naturally ventilated ***,few studies have discussed their perform.nce in conditioned ***,this study introduces a com.utational com.arison between dom.d and flat roofs to investigate their im.act on therm.l com.ort inside a conditioned *** an earlier stage,field m.asurem.nts were carried out inside a Bahraini m.sque to acquire its indoor air conditions during the sum.er period of 2021,in addition to validating the com.utational *** findings of this study confirm.that,under m.chanical cooling conditions,the flat roof offers a lower indoor tem.erature than the dom.d roof by 0.4℃and 0.1℃for open and closed doors,***,the air velocity is lower by approxim.tely 0.01 m.s for both door *** overall Pm. values of the flat roof are also lower by 0.07 and 0.01,while the PPD values are lower by 0.20,and 0.34 for open and closed doors,*** on these sm.ll differences,it can be concluded that the therm.l perform.nce of both roofing system. behaves equally in conditioned ***,the air patterns are substantially different,the overall therm.l perform.nce is *** sim.larity drives building designers to rethink the therm.l perform.nce of the dom.d roofs in air-conditioned spaces with such a hot clim.te,regardless of their aesthetic and acoustical behaviour.

Failure detection is an essential task in industrial system. for preventing costly downtim. and ensuring the seam.essoperation of the system. Current industrial processes are getting sm.rter with the em.rgence of Industry ***, various m.dernized industrial processes have been equipped with quite a few sensors to collectprocess-based data to find faults arising or prevailing in processes along with m.nitoring the status of *** diagnosis of rotating m.chines serves a m.in role in the engineering field and industrial production. Dueto the disadvantages of existing fault, diagnosis approaches, which greatly depend on professional experienceand hum.n knowledge, intellectual fault diagnosis based on deep learning (DL) has attracted the researcher’sinterest. DL reaches the desired fault classification and autom.tic feature learning. Therefore, this article designs a Gradient Optim.zer Algorithm.with Hybrid Deep Learning-based Failure Detection and Classification (GOAHDLFDC)in the industrial environm.nt. The presented GOAHDL-FDC technique initially applies continuous wavelettransform.(CWT) for preprocessing the actual vibrational signals of the rotating m.chinery. Next, the residualnetwork (ResNet18) m.del was exploited for the extraction of features from.the vibration signals which are thenfed into theHDLm.del for autom.ted fault detection. Finally, theGOA-based hyperparam.ter tuning is perform.dtoadjust the param.ter valuesof theHDLm.del *** experim.ntal result analysis of the GOAHDL-FD Calgorithm.takes place using a series of sim.lations and the experim.ntation outcom.s highlight the better resultsof the GOAHDL-FDC technique under different aspects.

Photovoltaic(PV)arrays are usually installed in open areas;hence,they are vulnerable to lightning strikes that can result in cell degradation,com.lete dam.ge,service disruption,and increased m.intenance *** a result,it is im.erative to develop an effective and efficient lightning protection system.by evaluating the transient behaviour of PV arrays during lightning *** aim.is to evaluate the transient analysis of large-scale PV system. when subjected to lightning strikes using the finite difference tim. dom.in(FDTD)*** overvoltages are calculated at various points within the m.unting *** optim.se the FDTD m.thod's execution tim. and m.ke it m.re suitable for less powerful hardware,a variable cell size approach is ***,larger cell dim.nsions are used in the earthing system.and sm.ller cell dim.nsions are used in the m.unting *** FDTD m.thod is utilised to calculate the tem.oral variation of transient overvoltages for large-scale PV system. under different scenarios,including variations in the striking point,soil resistivity,and the presence of a m.tal *** results indicate that the highest transient overvoltages occur at the striking point,and these values increase with the presence of a PV m.tal fram. as well as with higher soil ***,a com.arison is perform.d between the overvoltage results obtained from.the FDTD approach and the partial elem.nt equivalent circuit(PEEC)m.thod at the four corner points of the m.unting system. to dem.nstrate the superior accuracy of the FDTD ***,a laboratory experim.nt is conducted on a sm.ll-scale PV system.to validate the sim.lation *** calculated overvoltages obtained from.the FDTD and PEEC m.thods are com.ared with the m.asured values,yielding a m.an absolute error of 5%and 11%for the FDTD and PEEC m.thods,respectively,thereby confirm.ng the accuracy of the FDTD sim.lation m.del.
