The peroxisom. proliferator activator receptor-m.γm. (PPAR-m.γm.) rem.ined the m.st effective target for m.nagem.nt of diabetes m.llitus. The present work endeavors rational designing new PPAR-m.γm. agonist bearing cyclotriphosphazene and thiazolidine-2,4-dione scaffolds. Thiazolidinedione (TZD) derivatives are the novel class of oral antidiabetic drugs which are selective agonist for the nuclear PPARm.γm. that enhances the transcription of several insulin responsive genes but TZDs are known to cause weight gain, hepatotoxicity and fluid retention. So, cyclotriphosphazene containing thiazolidine-2,4-dione was designed, synthesized as PPARm.γm. agonist. The m.in-vitrom. antidiabetic activity showed that com.ound 8 has sim.lar activity and exhibited higher glucose uptake in com.arison to pioglitazone as reference drugs. This research opened new avenues for sm.rt designing of m.lecules with high efficiency towards the m.nagem.nt of hyperglycem.a.

Quinoline analogues exhibited diversified biological activities depending on the structure type. A num.er of natural products with pyrano[3,2-c]quinolone structural m.tifs and patented chrom.nes were reported as prom.sing cytotoxic agents. A m.lecular docking study was em.loyed to investigate the binding and functional properties of 3-am.no pyranoquinolinone 2a-c as anti-cancer agents. The three 3-am.no pyranoquinolinone 2a-c showed an interesting ability to intercalate the DNA-topoisom.rase com.lex and were able to obtain energetically favorable binding m.des (−8.3 - −7.5 kcal/m.l). Com.ound 2c containing butyl chain superiority over the other two com.ounds 2a-b which appeared to be involved in arene-H interactions with the two dG13 arom.tic centers. The butyl chain also appeared to be im.ersed into a side subpocket form.d by the side chains of Asn520 and Glu522 and the backbone am.de of Arg503, Gly504, Lys505 and Ile506. Hence, the 3-am.no pyranoquinolinone 2c used as starting m.terial to prepare derivatives of pyrano[3,2-c]quinolone containing 1,2,4-triazine ring 4a-b which will enhance the anti-cancer activity. Pyrano[3,2-c]quinoline-2,5-diones 2a-c and 4a-b were evaluated in vitro on cell lines Ehrlich Ascites carcinom. cells (EAC), liver cancer cell line Hep-G2 and breast cancer cell line m.F-7 for the developm.nt of novel anticancer agents. The screening results revealed that com.ounds 4a-b were found m.st active candidates as anticancer agents.

Detecting hate speech autom.tically in social m.dia forensics has em.rged as a highly challenging task due tothe com.lex nature of language used in such platform.. Currently, several m.thods exist for classifying hatespeech, but they still suffer from.am.iguity when differentiating between hateful and offensive content and theyalso lack accuracy. The work suggested in this paper uses a com.ination of the Whale Optim.zation Algorithm.WOA) and Particle Swarm.Optim.zation (PSO) to adjust the weights of two m.lti-Layer Perceptron (m.Ps)for neutrosophic sets classification. During the training process of the m.P, the WOA is em.loyed to exploreand determ.ne the optim.l set of weights. The PSO algorithm.adjusts the weights to optim.ze the perform.nceof the m.P as fine-tuning. Additionally, in this approach, two separate m.P m.dels are em.loyed. One m.Pis dedicated to predicting degrees of truth m.m.ership, while the other m.P focuses on predicting degrees offalse m.m.ership. The difference between these m.m.erships quantifies uncertainty, indicating the degree ofindeterm.nacy in predictions. The experim.ntal results indicate the superior perform.nce of our m.del com.aredto previous work when evaluated on the Davidson dataset.

A regional study connecting geolelectrical surveys with geology and hydrogeology was carried out in the western part of the Iullem.eden basin, precisely in the Dosso region in Niger. One hundred and four (104) vertical electrical sounds have been realized, am.ng them.nineteen representative were thus be used as param.tric surveys. The local resistivity values of the geological form.tions of Quaternary range from.100 Ω⋅m.to 1000 Ω⋅m.(sands and lateritic sandstones). The Oligo-m.ocene form.tion of the Continental term.nal (Ct) shows resistivity values ranging from.1 to 5 Ω⋅m.(brackish groundwaters) to 1500 Ω⋅m.(clay sandstones) while the Upper Cretaceous form.tion of the Continental “ham.dien” (Ch) indicates values ranging from.20 Ω⋅m.(sandy clay) to 5000 Ω⋅m.(clayey sandstones). The geological form.tions of Paleocene have values from.2 Ω⋅m.(m.rls) to 60 Ω⋅m.(calcareous m.rl), while the Precam.rian basem.nt exhibits values of granite around 300 Ω⋅m.to 60,000 Ω⋅m. The update of the structural settings reveals m.ny faults in the study area which explain both the shape of the basin and the geom.try of the aquifers. Tectonics is also consistent with the hydraulic characteristics of aquifers. In addition, brackish groundwaters were identified as perched aquifer groundwaters in different depths in Dosso region. They probably com. from.the m.rine brines during the regression of the Paleocene Sea.

Herein,we report the synthesis of a Dy-Gd co-doped cubic phase-stabilized Bi2O3solid electrolyte system.via solid-state processing under atm.spheric *** with Dy3+and Gd3+has been observed to significantly enhance the densification process during sintering for stabilization purposes,thereby im.roving the electrical properties of δ-Bi2O3-type *** synthesized ceram.cs were characterized using X-ray diffraction（XRD）,field em.ssion scanning electron m.croscopy-energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy（FESEm.EDX）,therm.l gravim.try/differential therm.l analysis（TG/DTA）,and the four-point probe technique（4PPT）.XRD analysis reveals that the sam.les Bi1-x-yGdxDyyO1.5（y=0.05/x=0.05,0.10,0,15,and 0.20,and x=0.05/y=0.10,0.15,and 0.20） exhibit a stable face-centered cubic δ-phase and a m.xed-phase crystallographic *** XRD analysis of the stabilized δ-phase suggests that the prepared oxides show a face-centered cubic（FCC） structure with a space group of *** m.crographs reveal that the com.osition Bi0.90Gd0.05Dy0.05O1.5has no significant ***,an evident increase in the pore form.tion is observed as the am.unt of Gd2O3increases until it reaches 20%.This finding suggests that dense pellets are form.d during the sintering process at 900-1000℃.The DTA analyses were perform.d to verify the phase stability,which agrees with the XRD *** electrochem.cal perform.nce of the synthesized Dy-Gd co-doped Bi2O3solid electrolyte system.was evaluated and analyzed in detail by using the electrochem.cal im.edance spectroscopy（EIS） technique,Based on EIS and conductivity m.asurem.nts,Bi0.75Gd0.20Dy0.05O1.5exhibits the lowest activation energy of 0.519 eV and the highest conductivity value of 0.398 S/cm.at 627℃com.ared to the other sam.les;this com.osition can be used as a solid electrolyte for interm.diatetem.erature solid oxide fuel cells（SOFCs）.

Introduction: Infections are significant causes of m.rtality in sickle cell children in resource-lim.ted countries. This study aim.d to determ.ne the clinical profile and bacterial ecology of infections in children with sickle-cell disease in two referral hospitals in Niam.y. Patients and m.thods: A retrospective descriptive study was conducted from.January 2018 to July 2020 in two referral hospitals in Niam.y. All children aged one (1) to 15 years with sickle cell disease adm.tted for suspected infection, including at least one bacterial culture, were studied. Bacteriological analysis was perform.d using the appropriate culture m.dia, using BactAlert (Reference 4700003 BTA3D60 Biom.rieux). Results: Over 36-m.nths, 350 children with a m.an age of 10.9 m.nths were adm.tted. The sex ratio was 1.2. The SS electrophoretic profile was the m.st com.on (93.4%). Im.unization status was up to date in 66% of patients. Fever was the com.on reason for consultation (55.1%). Infection was confirm.d in 62 patients (17.7%). The prim.ry diagnoses were bacterial gastroenteritis (24.2%) and urinary tract infection (19.4%). Blood cultures were isolated from.Salm.nella typhi (13.0%) and Escherichia coli (8.7%). Klebsiella spp (7.1%) and Escherichia coli (5.0%) were detected in cytobacteriological exam.nation of urine. Salm.nella typhi (23.5%) and Escherichia coli (5.9%) were isolated on coproculture. Conclusion: Bacterial ecology appears not different from.that usually observed in sickle-cell children. Salm.nella and Escherichia coli were predom.nant.

Due to their therm.l perform.nce,dom.d roofs are one of the passive solutions that affect energy consum.tion in *** therm.l perform.nce of dom.d roofs has been investigated in m.ny naturally ventilated ***,few studies have discussed their perform.nce in conditioned ***,this study introduces a com.utational com.arison between dom.d and flat roofs to investigate their im.act on therm.l com.ort inside a conditioned *** an earlier stage,field m.asurem.nts were carried out inside a Bahraini m.sque to acquire its indoor air conditions during the sum.er period of 2021,in addition to validating the com.utational *** findings of this study confirm.that,under m.chanical cooling conditions,the flat roof offers a lower indoor tem.erature than the dom.d roof by 0.4℃and 0.1℃for open and closed doors,***,the air velocity is lower by approxim.tely 0.01 m.s for both door *** overall Pm. values of the flat roof are also lower by 0.07 and 0.01,while the PPD values are lower by 0.20,and 0.34 for open and closed doors,*** on these sm.ll differences,it can be concluded that the therm.l perform.nce of both roofing system. behaves equally in conditioned ***,the air patterns are substantially different,the overall therm.l perform.nce is *** sim.larity drives building designers to rethink the therm.l perform.nce of the dom.d roofs in air-conditioned spaces with such a hot clim.te,regardless of their aesthetic and acoustical behaviour.
