Context: The prognostic significa.ce of expression of V-Crk a.ia. sa.coma.virus CT10 oncogene homolog-like (CRKL) a.d Protein kina.e CK2 β in endometroid ca.cinoma.is not fully cla.ified. a.m: To a.sess the prognostic va.ues a.d clinicopa.hologica. roles of CRKL a.d CK2 β expression in endometroid ca.cinoma.by correla.ion their expression levels with clinicopa.hologica. pa.a.eters, response to thera.y, a.d recurrence of the tumor a.d pa.ients surviva.. Settings: Fa.ulty of Medicine, Za.a.ig University, a.d Ma.soura.University. Methods: CRKL a.d CK2 β expressions were eva.ua.ed in 50 pa.a.fin blocks EC pa.ients tha. were followed up for 5 yea.s. The rela.ionship between their level of expressions, clinicopa.hologica. criteria.a.d prognosis of pa.ients wa. a.a.yzed. Sta.istica. a.a.ysis used: SPSS 22.0 for windows (SPSS Inc., Chica.o, IL, USa. a.d MedCa.c windows (Softwa.e bvba.13, Ostend, Belgium). Results: High expression of CRKL a.d CK wa. positively correla.ed with higher gra.e of the tumor (p = 0.004 a.d 0.006 respectively), presence of L.N meta.ta.es (p = 0.009 a.d 0.003 respectively), presence of dista.t meta.ta.es (p = 0.029 a.d 0.003 respectively) a.d a.va.ced FIGO sta.e (p 0.001), poor response to thera.y (p = 0.046 a.d 0.005 respectively), higher incidence of recurrence of the tumor a.ter thera.y (p = 0.004 a.d 0.048 respectively), higher incidence of ca.cer progression p = 0.018 a.d 0.044 respectively), poor PFS (p = 0.008 a.d 0.013 respectively), a.d OS ra.es

Ba.kground: The perfora.ion of peptic ulcer is a.common a.d serious life threa.ening surgica. emergency. Up-till now no consensus wa. rea.hed rega.ding the best pra.tice in ma.a.ement of perfora.ed peptic ulcer. The a.m of this study is to eva.ua.e a.d compa.e between both ma.a.ement stra.egies of perfora.ed peptic ulcer;performing simple closure of the perfora.ion with a. omenta. pa.ch then H. pylori era.ica.ion a.d inhibition of a.id secretion using long time proton pump inhibitors versus performing definitive repa.r of perfora.ed peptic ulcer (closure of the perfora.ion with a. omenta. pa.ch, trunca. va.otomy a.d ga.trojejunostomy to discover a.proper ma.a.ement stra.egy of perfora.ed peptic ulcer. Pa.ients a.d Methods: In the current study we included 30 pa.ients which were divided into 2 groups: group 1 included 15 pa.ients where we ma.a.ed them by simple closure of the perfora.ion with a. omenta. pa.ch then H. pylori era.ica.ion a.d inhibition of a.id secretion using long time proton pump inhibitors a.d group 2 included 15 pa.ients where we performed closure of the perfora.ion with a. omenta. pa.ch, trunca. va.otomy a.d ga.trojejunostomy. Results: We found tha. younger pa.ient underwent va.otomy a.d ga.tro-jejunostomy technique (p Conclusions: Peptic ulcer perfora.ion could be sa.ely ma.a.ed by prima.y closure a.d covering by omentum in a.dition to medica. trea.ment of H. pylori infection a.d inhibition of a.id secretion especia.ly in old pa.ients with comorbid condition who presented la.e or with shock.
