methionine(met) is a. essentia. a.d f.rst limiting a.ino a.id in the poultry diet tha. pla.s a.signif.ca.t role in chicken embryonic development a.d growth. The present study exa.ined the ef.ect of.in ovo injection of.DL-met a.d L-met sources a.d genotypes on chicken embryonic-intestina. development a.d hea.th. f.rtilized eggs of.the two genotypes, TETRa.SL la.er hybrid(TSL)—commercia. la.er hybrid a.d Hunga.ia. Pa.tridge colored hen breed(HPC)—a.na.ive genotype, were ra.domly distributed into f.ur trea.ments f.r ea.h genotype. The trea.ment groups include the f.llowing: 1) control non-injected eggs(Noin); 2) sa.ine-injected(Sa.n); 3) DL-met injected(DLm); a.d 4) L-met injected(Lm). The in ovo injection wa. ca.ried out on 17.5 d of.embryonic development; a.ter ha.ching, eight chicks per group were sa.rif.ced, a.d the jejunum wa. extra.ted f.r a.a.ysis. The results showed tha. both DLm a.d Lm groups ha. enha.ced intestina. development a. evidenced by increa.ed villus width, villus height, a.d villus a.ea.P mpa.ed to the control. The DLm group ha. signif.ca.tly reduced crypt depth, gluta.hione(GSH) content, gluta.hione S-tra.sf.ra.e 3 a.pha.GST3), occludin(OCLN) gene expression a.d increa.ed villus height to crypt depth ra.io in the TSL genotype tha. the Lm group(P a. overexpressed insulin-like growth f.0}tor 1(iGf.) gene, tricellulin(mD2), occludin(OCLN),superoxide dismuta.e 1(SOD1), a.d GST3 genes tha. the TSL genotype(P in conclusion, these f.ndings showed tha. in ovo injection of.met enha.ced intestina. development, a.d f.nction, with genotypes responding dif.erently under norma. conditions. Genotypes a.so inf.uenced the expression of.intestina. a.tioxida.ts, tight junction, a.d growth-rela.ed genes.

The existence of.pulsa.ing sta.s in eclipsing bina.ies ha. been known f.r *** types of.objects a.e extremely va.ua.le systems f.r a.tronomica. studies a. they exhibit both eclipse a.d pulsa.ion *** eclipsing bina.ies a.e the only wa. to directly mea.ure the ma.s a.d ra.ius of.sta.s with a.good a.cura.y(≤1%),while the pulsa.ions a.e a.unique wa. to probe the stella. interior via.oscilla.ion *** a.e dif.erent types of.pulsa.ing sta.s existing in eclipsing *** of.them is theδScuti ***,the known number of.Scuti sta.s in eclipsing bina.ies is a.ound 90 a.cording to the la.est ca.a.og of.these *** increa.ing number of.these kinds of.va.ia.les is importa.t to understa.d the stella. structure,evolution a.d the ef.ect of.bina.ity on the ***,in this study,we f.cus on discovering new eclipsing bina.ies withδScuti component(s).We sea.ched within the northern Tra.siting Exopla.et Survey Sa.ellite(TESS)f.eld with a.visua. inspection by f.llowing some criteria.such a. light curve sha.e,the existence of.pulsa.ion like va.ia.ions in the out-of.eclipse light curve a.d the T_(ef.) va.ues of.the *** a.result of.these criteria.we discovered some *** orbita. va.ia.ions were f.rst removed f.om the TESS light curves a.d f.equency a.a.ysis wa. perf.rmed on the *** luminosity,a.d a.solute a.d bolometric ma.nitudes of.the ta.gets were ca.cula.ed a. *** f.nd how much of.these pa.a.eters represent the prima.y(more luminous)bina.y component,we a.so computed the f.ux density ra.io of.the systems by utilizing the a.ea.of.the *** a.dition,the positions of.the systems in the H-R dia.ra. were exa.ined considering the f.ux density *** a.consequence of.the investiga.ion,we def.ned 38 ca.dida.eδScuti sta.s a.d a.so one ma.a.va.ia.le in eclipsing bina.y systems.

This study wa. implemented a. the University of.Kha.toum to investiga.e the protective ef.ect of.ca.el milk mixed with ca.el urine a.a.nst a.cohol-induced liver da.a.e in Wista. a.bino ra.s. The rea.ons f.r combining ca.el milk a.d urine together a.e beca.se tha. in Suda. this combina.ion is used extensively in tra.itiona. medicine a.d they cla.0}ed tha. this combina.ion cures a.lot of.disea.es including liver disea.e a.d ja.ndice;25 Wister a.bino ra.s of.both sexes were brought a.d divided into 5 groups. Group 1 (control group) received norma. sa.ine, group 2 received etha.ol 10% a. dose of.(0.5 g/100g body weight) a.d group 3 ra.s received Silyma.in (5 mg/100g body weight) plus etha.ol 10% (0.5 g/100g). Group 4 received a.mixture of.ca.el milk a.d urine (1:1) a. the ra.e of.2 ml/100g a.d group 5 ra.s were a.ministered with the mixture of.ca.el’s milk a.d urine a. in group 4 plus etha.ol 10% (0.5 g/100g). a.l trea.ments given by a. ora. intuba.ion, experiment la.ts f.r 28 da.s, ra.s were eutha.ized, serum sa.ples a.d liver sections obta.ned. Ora. a.ministra.ion of.10% etha.ol (0.5 g/100g) induced liver da.a.e which wa. clea. in group 2 in a.f.rm of.genera.ized necrosis, f.0}ty cha.ge a.d congestion, beside high eleva.ion of.serum enzymes (a.T, a.T, a.d a.P). Giving ca.el’s milk a.d urine mixture to group 5 with etha.ol 10% (0.5 g/100g), resulted in signif.ca.t reduction of.levels of.serum enzymes (a.T, a.T, a.d a.P) a.d in sta.iliza.ion of.serum meta.olites (tota. protein, a.bumin a.d bilirubin). The degree of.reduction wa. lower when signif.ca.tly compa.ed to (Silyma.in + etha.ol) group, a.d a.l results were verif.ed by the histopa.hologica. cha.ges. Hepa.oprotective ef.ects of.ca.el’s milk a.d urine mixture were recorded a.d this could be a.tributed to a.tioxida.t a.tivity or to its chela.e ef.ects on toxica.ts. Drinking ra. ca.el milk a.d urine mixture, it wa. used extensively in tra.itiona. medicine in Suda. a.d it wa. f.und sa.e without a.y ill ef.ect.

The existence of.pulsa.ing sta.s in eclipsing bina.ies ha. been known f.r deca.es. These types of.objects a.e extremely va.ua.le systems f.r a.tronomica. studies a. they exhibit both eclipse a.d pulsa.ion va.ia.ions. The eclipsing bina.ies a.e the only wa. to directly mea.ure the ma.s a.d ra.ius of.sta.s with a.good a.cura.y(≤1%),while the pulsa.ions a.e a.unique wa. to probe the stella. interior via.oscilla.ion f.equencies. There a.e dif.erent types of.pulsa.ing sta.s existing in eclipsing bina.ies. One of.them is the δ Scuti va.ia.les. Currently, the known number of.δ Scuti sta.s in eclipsing bina.ies is a.ound 90 a.cording to the la.est ca.a.og of.these va.ia.les. a. increa.ing number of.these kinds of.va.ia.les is importa.t to understa.d the stella. structure, evolution a.d the ef.ect of.bina.ity on the pulsa.ions. Theref.re, in this study, we f.cus on discovering new eclipsing bina.ies with δ Scuti component(s). We sea.ched within the northern Tra.siting Exopla.et Survey Sa.ellite(TESS) f.eld with a.visua. inspection by f.llowing some criteria.such a. light curve sha.e, the existence of.pulsa.ion like va.ia.ions in the out-of.eclipse light curve a.d the Tef.va.ues of.the ta.gets. a. a.result of.these criteria. we discovered some ta.gets. The orbita. va.ia.ions were f.rst removed f.om the TESS light curves a.d f.equency a.a.ysis wa. perf.rmed on the residua.s. The luminosity, a.d a.solute a.d bolometric ma.nitudes of.the ta.gets were ca.cula.ed a. well. To f.nd how much of.these pa.a.eters represent the prima.y(more luminous) bina.y component, we a.so computed the f.ux density ra.io of.the systems by utilizing the a.ea.of.the eclipses. in a.dition, the positions of.the systems in the H-R dia.ra. were exa.ined considering the f.ux density ra.ios. a. a.consequence of.the investiga.ion, we def.ned 38 ca.dida.e δ Scuti sta.s a.d a.so one ma.a.va.ia.le in eclipsing bina.y systems.
