Visible light com.unication(VLC)is a wireless technology that relies on optical intensity m.dulation and is potentially a gam. changer for internet-of-things(IoT)***,VLC is hindered by the low penetration depth of visible light in non-transparent *** solution is to extend operation into the“nearly(in)visible”near-infrared(NIR,700-1000 nm.region,thus also enabling VLC in photonic bio-applications,considering the biological tissue NIR sem.transparency,while conveniently retaining vestigial red em.ssion to help check the link operativity by sim.le eye ***,we report new far-red/NIR organic light-em.tting diodes(OLEDs)with a 650-800 nm.em.ssion range and external quantum.efficiencies am.ng the highest reported in this spectral range(>2.7%,with m.xim.m.radiance and lum.nance of 3.5 m./cm.(2) and 260 cd/m.(2),respectively).With these OLEDs,we then dem.nstrate a“real-tim.”VLC setup achieving a data rate of 2.2 m./s,which satisfies the requirem.nts for IoT and biosensing *** are the highest rates ever reported for an online unequalised VLC link based on solution-processed OLEDs.

U-Pb zircon age, geochem.cal, and Sr-Nd-Pb isotopic data of m.fic dykes from.eastern Shandong Province, eastern China is reported herein. Laser ablation inductively coupled plasm. m.ss spectrom.try （LA-ICP-m.） U-Pb zircon analyses of two sam.les from.the investigated m.fic dykes yield consistent ages ranging from.121.9 m. ± 0.47 m. to 122.9 m. ± 0.61 m.. The m.fic dykes are characterized by high （87Sr/86Sr） i ranging from.0.7087 to 0.7089, low εNd（t） values ranging from.-16.9 to -17.8, 206Pb/204Pb = 17.15 to 17.17, 207Pb/204Pb = 15.45 to 15.47, and 208Pb/204Pb = 37.59 to 37.68. Results from.the current study suggest that the m.fic dykes are derived from.partial m.lting of ancient lithospheric m.ntle that was variably hybridized by m.lts derived from.foundered lower crustal eclogite. The m.fic dykes m.y have been generated through subsequent insignificant crystal fractionation and very m.nor crustal contam.nation during m.gm. ascent. Com.ined with previous studies, the current findings provide new evidence that the intense lithospheric thinning beneath the eastern Shandong Province of eastern China occurred at ~120 m., and that this condition was caused by the rem.val of the lower lithosphere （m.ntle and lower crust）.

Objective:To explore the efficacy of interm.ttent preventive treatm.nt in pregnancy(IPTp)with sulfadoxine and pyrim.tham.ne(SP)against sensitive ***:A pharm.cological m.del was used to investigate the effectiveness of the previous recom.ended at least two-dose regim.n,currently recom.ended three-dose regim.n and 4,6,8-weekly regim.ns with specific focus on the im.act of various nonadherence patterns in m.ltiple transm.ssion ***:The effectiveness of the recom.ended three-dose regim.n is high in all the transm.ssion intensities,i.e.>99%,98%and 92%in low,m.derate and high transm.ssion intensities *** sim.lated 4 and 6 weekly IPTp-SP regim.ns were able to prevent new infections with sensitive parasites in alm.st all wom.n(>99%)regardless of transm.ssion ***,8 weekly interval dose schedules were found to have 71%and 86%protective efficacies in high and m.derate transm.ssion areas,*** highlights that patients are particularly vulnerable to acquiring new infections if IPTp-SP doses are ***:The pharm.cological m.del predicts that full adherence to the currently recom.ended three-dose regim.n should provide alm.st com.lete protection from.m.laria infection in m.derate and high transm.ssion ***,it also highlights that patients are particularly vulnerable to acquiring new infections if IPTp doses are spaced too widely or if doses are *** to the recom.ended IPTp-SP schedules is recom.ended.

Post-orogenic alkaline intrusions from.the Sulu Orogenic Belt of eastern North China Craton consist of A-type *** this study,we report U-Pb zircon ages,geochem.cal data,Sr-Nd-Pb,and zircon Hf isotopic data for these *** LA-ICP-m. U-Pb zircon analyses yield consistent ages ranging from.127.1±2.4 to 119.5±4.8 m. for four *** alkaline rocks are characterized by high total alkalis(K2 O+Na2 O=8.32-10.11 wt%),light rare-earth elem.nt enrichm.nt,and heavy rare-earth elem.nt depletion,with a wide range(La/Yb)N values(20-48),m.derate negative Eu anom.lies(Eu/Eu*=0.50-0.74),enrichm.nt in large-ion lithophile elem.nts(LILEs,i.e.,Rb,Th,U and Pb),and depletion in Ba,Sr and high field strength elem.nts(HFSEs,i.e.,Nb,Ta,and Ti),high(87Sr/86Sr)i ranging from.0.708 to 0.7089,low sNd(t)values from.19.4 to-16.8,(206Pb/204Pb)i=16.751-16.935,(207Pb/204Pb)i=15.381-15.535,(208-Pb/204Pb)i=37.472-37.838,negativeεHf(t)values between-21.3 and-25.7 for the m.gm.tic zircons,and larger TDm. m.del ages from.2.5 to 2.8 *** results suggest that the rocks were derived from.a com.on enriched lithospheric m.ntle source that was m.tasom.tized by foundered lower crustal eclogitic m.terials before m.gm. ***,the geochem.cal and isotopic feature im.lies that the prim.ry m.gm. of these rocks originated through partial m.lting of ancient lithospheric m.ntle that was variably hybridized by m.lts derived from.lower crust *** rocks in this study m.y have been generated by subsequent fractionation of potassium.feldspar,plagioclase,ilm.nite,and/or ***,negligible crustal contam.nation occurred during the diagenesis process.

This study analyses the tem.erature and depth control of well productivity(oil and gas),density of hydrocarbons(HC)and gas/liquid HC ratio(GLR)of petroleum.fields in the South Caspian Basin(SCB).The database includes m.re than 700 field data from.54 onshore and offshore fields,which were processed to provide graphical and statistical analysis using standard com.uter *** was established that the peak of initial production and proven oil reserves falls in the tem.erature range 50-70℃.The oils of this interval are characterized by m.dium.about 890 kg/m.(3))and light(about 806 kg/m.(3))*** m.xim.m.condensate and gas production are in the tem.erature range 100-120℃,associated with the discovery and operation of large gas condensate fields in the deepwater part of the *** HC are represented in this tem.erature interval by“volatile”oils and condensates with an average density of 777-802 kg/m.(3).Low values of GLR are typical for tem.eratures below 70℃,associated both with poor gas conservation conditions and relatively high volum.s of oil *** carbon isotope com.osition of m.thane indicates an exclusively catagenetic(therm.l)origin at tem.eratures>50℃ and both catagenetic and m.xed(m.crobiological-catagenetic)at tem.eraturesm.ercial HC accum.lations.

AIm. To m.del clinical and econom.c benef its of capsule endoscopy (CE) com.ared to ileo-colonoscopy and sm.ll bowel follow-through (SBFT) for evaluation of suspected Crohn’s disease (CD). m.THODS: Using decision analytic m.deling, total and yearly costs of diagnostic work-up for suspected CD were calculated, including procedure-related adverse events, hospitalizations, off ice visits, and m.dications. The m.del com.ared CE to SBFT following ileo-colonoscopy and secondarily com.ared CE to SBFT for initial evaluation. RESULTS: Aggregate charges for newly diagnosed, m.dically m.naged patients are approxim.tely $8295. Patients requiring aggressive m.dical m.nagem.nt costs are $29 508; requiring hospitalization, $49 074. At sensitivity > 98.7% and specifi city of > 86.4%, CE is less costly than SBFT. CONCLUSION: Costs of CE for diagnostic evaluationof suspected CD is com.arable to SBFT and m.y be used im.ediately following ileo-colonoscopy.

AIm.To assess the efficacy and safety of m.cophenolate m.fetil(m.F)prospectively in inflam.atory bowel disease(IBD)patients intolerant or refractory to conventional m.dical ***:Crohn's disease(CD)or ulcerative colitis/ IBD unclassified(UC/IBDU)patients intolerant or refractory to conventional m.dical therapy received m.F(500-2000 m. bid).Clinical response was assessed by the Harvey Bradshaw index(HBI)or colitis activity index(CAI)after 2,6 and 12 m. of therapy,as were steroid usage and adverse ***:Fourteen patients(9 CD/5 UC/IBDU;8m.6F;m.an age 50.4 years,range 28-67 years)were treated and prospectively assessed for their response to oral *** the 11 patients who were not in rem.ssion on com.encing m.F,7/11(63.6%)achieved rem.ssion by 8 *** 3 patients in rem.ssion on com.encing m.F m.intained their *** patients were still on m.F at 6 m. with 9/14(64.3%)in rem.ssion,while of 12 patients followed for 12 m.,8 were in rem.ssion without dose escalation(66.7%).Three patients were withdrawn from.the m.F due to drug *** were no serious adverse events attributed due to the ***:m.F dem.nstrated efficacy in the m.nagem.nt of difficult *** appeared safe,well tolerated and efficacious for both short and long-term.therapy,without the need for dose *** evaluation of m.F com.aring it to conventional im.unosuppressants is required.
