本文研究了D形截面柱体在顺流向和横流向两个自由度下的流致振动特性,迎流角为90°,质量比为2.6,雷诺数为370~3685,应用RANS方程采用SST k-ω湍流模型和Newmark-β法求解水流运动和柱体运动,入口流速采用匀加速法,检验了数值模型的网格和时间步长敏感性,并与相关文献的实验结果进行对比,验证了数值模型的可靠性。基于计算结果,系统分析了D形截面柱体的振幅、振动频率、水动力系数、尾涡脱落模式,以及平均位置偏移情况。结果表明,双自由度D形截面柱体在约化速度为8~14的区间内表现为涡激振动-驰振模式,尾涡多为2S和S+2S交替脱落,双自由度振幅比单自由度有显著的增大。升力主要偏向截面的直线边一侧,且升力出现了多个倍频。横流向和顺流向平均偏移量最大都可达到一倍特征长度以上。

Conventional solid-state nanopore measurements sense all translocating entities,necessitating meticulous analysis to differentiate target *** address this,we have established a selective assay with the platform that has shown utility in quantifying several nucleic acid ***,limited detection efficiency and intrinsic noise have so far limited assay resolution to 10 *** in this value require manipulation of translocation ***,we report the effects of NaCl conditions on assay *** first investigate symmetric conditions,finding sensitivity increases with salt concentration but selectivity is maximized at 1.0 M *** then probe asymmetric conditions,showing a remarkable impact on assay sensitivity and selectivity when measurement buffer NaCl concentration in the reservoir with the translocating molecules is low and the opposite reservoir is *** optimum conditions,we demonstrate detection of target biomolecules down to a concentration of 100 pM which is an improvement of 2 orders of magnitude over past results.

The transition from a global economy dependent on fossil fuels to one based on sustainable energy conversion technologies presents the primary challenge of the *** water electrolyzers and metal-air batteries with earth-abundant bifunctional transition metal(TM)catalysts that efficiently catalyse the hydrogen and oxygen evolution reactions(HER and OER)and the oxygen reduction and evolution reactions(ORR and OER),respectively,reduces the cost and system complexity,while also providing prospects for accelerated scaling and sustainable material *** the TMs,earth-abundant molybdenum(Mo)-based multifunctional catalysts are especially promising and have attracted considerable attention in recent *** with a brief introduction to HER,OER,and ORR mechanisms and parameters governing their bifunctionality,this comprehensive review focuses on such Mo-based multifunctional *** review and discuss recent progress achieved through the formation of Mo-based compounds,heterostructures,and nanoscale composites,as well as by doping,defect engineering,and nanoscale sculpting of Mo-based *** systems discussed in detail are based on Mo chalcogenides,carbides,oxides,nitrides,and phosphides,as well as Mo alloys,highlighting specific opportunities afforded by synergistic interactions of Mo with both non-metals and non-noble ***,we discuss the future of Mo-based multifunctional electrocatalysts for HER/OER,ORR/OER,and HER/ORR/OER,analysing emerging trends,new opportunities,and underexplored avenues in this promising materials space.

为丰富具有产吲哚-3-乙酸(IAA)功能的植物根际促生菌(PGPR),开发高效微生物菌肥,从南疆克孜勒苏柯尔克孜自治州耐盐植物盐爪爪根际土壤中分离产IAA的菌株。结合16S rDNA的限制性片段长度多态性PCR技术(PCR-RFLP)与16S rDNA序列分析进行菌种鉴定,分析高产IAA菌株对玉米和小麦种子发芽的影响,并通过盆栽试验验证其对盐碱胁迫下植株幼苗生长(株高、茎粗、地上干重等)的影响。结果表明,共筛选到67株PGPR菌株,其分泌IAA能力为16.65~71.63 mg·L^(-1),尤以PM14、PM18分泌量较高。PM14和PM18菌株同时兼具解磷、固氮能力。所有菌株分属6个菌属,以肠杆菌属占绝对优势。接种PM14和PM18均促进了玉米和小麦种子萌发,但菌液浓度高低对种子发芽的影响有显著差异(P<0.05)。接种处理增加了玉米株高、鲜重、地上干重、茎粗和根干重,分别增加了4.7%~37.2%、28.8%~94.5%、15.8%~157.9%、4.4%~35.5%和23.5%~82.4%,但叶绿素含量无显著变化。接种处理增加了小麦株高、茎粗、鲜重和地上干重,分别增加了9.5%~33.1%、13.0%~49.6%、57.4%~112.8%和71.4%~114.3%。除接种灭活的PM14导致小麦根干重与对照相比无显著差异,其他处理均有积极作用,提高了52.8%~69.0%,而所有处理对叶绿素含量均无显著影响。综上,本研究筛选的产IAA菌株提高了植株在盐碱胁迫下的抗性,对开发适用于盐碱地区的微生物菌肥有重要意义。

Dear editor,Human exposure to hydrocarbons(HCs)is unavoidable given their wide usage in a variety of common *** chloride(EC),a type of halogenated HC,has been used in the production of pharmaceuticals,dyes,and other chemicals used for industrial purposes.[1,2]EC was used as an anesthetic induction agent in the early 1900s.[3]Although its use as an inhalational agent has fallen out of favour,EC is still used as a topical pain medication today.[4]
