Reducing the oxidative stress mediates the cardioprotection of bicyclol against ischemia-reperfusion injury in rats

Bleeding after suction rectal biopsy with Rbi2:identification of the root cause through a multi-staged approach

The possibility of using all-sky meteor radar to observe ionospheric E-region field-aligned irregularities

All-sky meteor radars are primarily used for meteor observations. This paper reports the first observations of ionospheric Eregion field-aligned irregularities(FAIs) from a conventional all-sky meteor radar located at Wuhan(31°N, 114°E) for the period of March–June 2018. E-region FAI echoes evident in range-time intensity(RTI) maps show quasiperiodic striations with positive and negative slopes, which are consistent with multiple FAI structures moving across the wide beam of the meteor radar. A statistical analysis shows that out of a total of 111 d, there are 73 d with E-region FAI echoes detected by the meteor radar. The FAI events correspond well with the presence of sporadic-E layers which provide the necessary plasma density gradient for the development of gradient drift instability producing FAIs. The results demonstrate the capability of conventional meteor radars to make simultaneous routine observations of meteors and ionospheric E-region FAIs through incorporating RTI and spectral analysis into the online realtime data processing. Meteor radar observations could potentially address the limitations of ionospheric radars, which cannot provide simultaneous measurements of neutral winds and irregularity structures, and thereby contribute to better understanding of the dynamical processes producing E-region irregularities.

Air quality in many poultry buildings is less than ***,the measurement of concentrations of airborne pollutants in livestock buildings is generally quite *** counter this,the development of an autonomous robot that could collect key environmental data continuously in livestock buildings was *** research presents a specific part of the larger study that focused on the preliminary laboratory test for evaluating the navigation precision of the robot being developed under the different ground surface conditions and different localization algorithm according internal *** construction of the robot was such that each wheel of the robot was driven by an independent Dc motor with four odometers fixed on each *** inertial measurement unit(IMU)was rigidly fixed on the robot vehicle *** research focused on using the internal sensors to calculate the robot position(x,y,θ)through three different *** first method relied only on odometer dead reckoning(ODR),the second method was the combination of odometer and gyroscope data dead reckoning(OGDR)and the last method was based on Kalman filter data fusion algorithm(KFDF).A series of tests were completed to generate the robot’s trajectory and analyse the localisation *** tests were conducted on different types of surfaces and path *** results proved that the ODR calculation of the position of the robot is inaccurate due to the cumulative errors and the large deviation of the heading angle ***,improved use of the gyroscope data of the IMU sensor improved the accuracy of the robot heading angle *** KFDF calculation resulted in a better heading angle estimate than the ODR or OGDR *** ground type was also found to be an influencing factor of localisation errors.

Highly refractory Archaean peridotite cumulates:Petrology and geochemistry of the Seqi Ultramafic complex,SW Greenland

This paper investigates the petrogenesis of the Seqi Ultramafic complex, which covers a total area of approximately 0.5 km^2. The ultramafic rocks are hosted by tonalitic orthogneiss of the ca. 3000 Ma Akia terrane with crosscutting granitoid sheets providing an absolute minimum age of 2978 ± 8 Ma for the Seqi Ultramafic complex. The Seqi rocks represent a broad range of olivine-dominated plutonic rocks with varying modal amounts of chromite, orthopyroxene and amphibole, i.e. various types of dunite(s.s.),peridotite(s.l.), as well as chromitite. The Seqi Ultramafic complex is characterised primarily by refractory dunite, with highly forsteritic olivine with core compositions having Mg# ranging from about 91 to 93. The overall high modal contents, as well as the specific compositions, of chromite rule out that these rocks represent a fragment of Earth's mantle. The occurrence of stratiform chromitite bands in peridotite, thin chromite layers in dunite and poikilitic orthopyroxene in peridotite instead supports the interpretation that the Seqi Ultramafic complex represents the remnant of a fragmented layered complex or a magma conduit, which was subsequently broken up and entrained during the formation of the regional continental *** all of the characteristics of the Seqi Ultramafic complex points to formation of these highly refractory peridotites from an extremely magnesian(Mg# ~ 80), near-anhydrous magma, as olivinedominated cumulates with high modal contents of chromite. It is noted that the Seqi cumulates were derived from a mantle source by extreme degrees of partial melting(>40%). This mantle source could potentially represent the precursor for the sub-continental lithospheric mantle(ScLM) in this region,which has previously been shown to be ultra-depleted. The Seqi Ultramafic complex, as well as similar peridotite bodies in the Fiskefjord region, may thus constitute the earliest cumulates that formed during the large-scale melting event(s), which

提出了一种基于混合整数线性规划(MILP)的随机优化方法,来求解考虑风电出力不确定性、以总运行成本最小化为目标的机组组合优化问题。为计及风电的波动性,采用时间序列分析自回归滑动平均(ARMA)模型和拉丁立方采样(LHS),将随机优化模型转化为确定性模型,通过场景削减技术来解决场景数量很多时的计算量庞大问题。采用10机组和100机组系统对所提出的方法进行了模拟测试。仿真结果表明:计及风电出力不确定性后,系统总的运行成本趋于增加;非风电机组的爬坡速度和风电预测精度对所提出的算法的计算效率有明显的影响;将风电作为旋转备用资源可以明显降低系统总的运行成本。

“Anti-HBc alone” in human immunodefi ciency virus-positive and immuno-suppressed lymphoma patients

Hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection is endemic in various parts of the world. A proportion of patients have resolved prior exposure to HBV, as evidenced by the clearance of circulating hepatitis B surface antigen and the appearance of antibody to hepatitis B core antigen (anti-HBc), which could produce protective antibody to hepatitis B surface antigen (anti-HBs). With time, anti-HBs in some patients may become negative. Such patients are described as having occult HBV infection or "anti-HBc alone". In the context of immunodef icient patients, such as HIV patients or lymphoma patients undergoing immunosuppressive immunotherapy, the lack of protective anti-HBs may increase the risk of hepatitis B reactivation. Serum HBV DNA testing may be necessary in "anti-HBc alone" patients, to detect patients at a high risk of developing HBV infection allowing appropriate prophylactic management.

Martensitic twinning transformation mechanism in a metastable IVB element-based body-centered cubic high-entropy alloy with high strength and high work hardening rate

Realizing high work hardening and thus elevated strength–ductility synergy are prerequisites for the practical usage of body-centered-cubic high entropy alloys(Bcc-HEAs).In this study,we report a novel dynamic strengthening mechanism,martensitic twinning transformation mechanism in a metastable refractory element-based Bcc-HEA(TiZrHf)Ta(at.%)that can profoundly enhance the work hardening capability,leading to a large uniform ductility and high strength *** from conventional transformation induced plasticity(TRIP)and twinning induced plasticity(TWIP)strengthening mechanisms,the martensitic twinning transformation strengthening mechanism combines the best characteristics of both TRIP and TWIP strengthening mechanisms,which greatly alleviates the strengthductility trade-off that ubiquitously observed in Bcc structural *** characterization,carried out using X-ray diffraction(XRD)and electron back-scatter diffraction(EBSD)shows that,upon straining,α”(orthorhombic)martensite transformation,self-accommodation(SA)α”twinning and mechanicalα”twinning were activated *** electron microscopy(TEM)analyses reveal that continuous twinning activation is inherited from nucleating mechanical{351}type I twins within SA“{351}”typeⅡtwinnedα”variants on{351}twinning plane by twinning transformation through simple shear,thereby accommodating the excessive plastic strain through the twinning shear while concurrently refining the grain ***,consistent high work hardening rates of 2–12.5 GPa were achieved during the entire plastic deformation,leading to a high tensile strength of 1.3 GPa and uniform elongation of 24%.Alloy development guidelines for activating such martensitic twinning transformation strengthening mechanism were proposed,which could be important in developing new Bcc-HEAs with optimal mechanical performance.
