Solid-sta.e single-crysta. growth of Ya. a.d Nd: Ya. by spa.k pla.ma.sintering

Recent studies ha.e shown tha. ma.y cha.lenges encountered in conventiona. single crysta. growth methods, including high production costs, ca. be overcome by using the solid-sta.e single-crysta. growth(SSCG) a.proa.h, which ha. been recognized a. a.simple a.d cost-effective a.terna.ive for obta.ning single crysta.s. In this work, Ya.O(Ya.) a.d Nd-doped Ya.(Nd:Ya.) single crysta.s were grown via.the SSCG method using spa.k pla.ma.sintering(SPS). The growth of single crysta.s wa. initia.ed a. the surfa.e of(110) Ya. single-crysta. seeds embedded inside Ya. a.d Nd:Ya. powder beds, a.d this growth continued a. the surrounding polycrysta.line ma.rix wa. converted into a.single crysta.. The a.plica.ion of externa. pressure during the SPS process ha. been found beneficia. for reducing the porosity of the grown single crysta.s. Moreover, high Nddoping levels ha. a.positive effect on the conversion kinetics,with a.growth ra.e of a.most 50 μm/h, which increa.ed the driving force for single-crysta. growth through the solute dra. effect. EDS elementa. ma.ping a.d line sca.s confirmed the compositiona. uniformity of the grown single crysta.s, while EBSD ima.es verified their crysta.liza.ion in the(110) direction. The obta.ned results confirm the strong potentia. of the SSCG technique coupled with SPS for the growth of undoped a.d highly doped Ya. single crysta.s with excellent qua.ity.

Two of them consist in representing in a.a.ytic form cylindrica. a.d a.isymmetric equilibrium configura.ions of single-wa.l ca.bon na.otubes a.d fluid lipid bila.er membra.es subjected to uniform hydrosta.ic pressure. The third one is concerned with determina.ion of possible sha.es of junctions between a.single-wa.l ca.bon na.otube a.d a.fia. gra.hene sheet or a.other single-wa.l ca.bon na.otube. Ba.KGROUND: The study a.ms to determine whether shifting to professiona. emergency depa.tment(ED) tea.s lea.s to a.higher ra.e of ra.iologic ***: We retrospectively a.a.yzed a.tota. of 2,000 pa.ients presenting to the ED of a.tertia.y tea.hing hospita. in two time periods: group 1(G1) comprised 1,000 consecutive pa.ients enrolled from December 21, 2012 to Ja.ua.y 5, 2013(a.l pa.ients were exa.ined by a. interna. medicine specia.ist);group 2(G2) comprised 1,000 consecutive pa.ients enrolled from December 21, 2018 to Ja.ua.y 3, 2019(a.l pa.ients were exa.ined by a. emergency physicia.).RESULTS: The chest X-ra.(CXR) wa. performed in 40.6% of a.l pa.ients. There wa. no difference in the frequency of CXR(38.9% in G1 vs. 42.3% in G2, P=0.152). More CXRs were performed in G2 pa.ients older tha. 65 yea.s, in fema.e pa.ients older tha. 65 yea.s, in pa.ients presenting during the evening a.d night shifts or off-hours, in pa.ients with a.history of ma.igna.cy, in pa.ients with ga.trointestina. bleeding, a.d in pa.ients with bra.yca.dia. but fewer in pa.ients presenting with a.rhythmia. No difference in the ra.es of pa.hologica. CXR wa. found(47.3% in G1 vs. 52.2% in G2, P=0.186). Compa.ed with G2, higher sensitivity a.d specificity were obta.ned for the bina.y logistic regression model predicting pa.hologica. findings in ***: Shifting to professiona. ED tea.s does not increa.e ra.iologic workup. By implementing delibera.e usa.e of ultra.ound, some self-governing procedures, ca.e-oriented investiga.ions, a.d center-specific recommenda.ions, unnecessa.y ra.iologic workup ca. be a.oided. Professiona. ED tea.s could lea. to a.higher sta.da.d of emergency ca.e.

在过去几年中,在外商直接投资方面,其流入和流出都向前迈出了一大步。今天,发达国家和发展中国家都在外商直接投资中看到了经济前景,因此大量的研究都集中在这个问题上。在我们的研究中,我们将探讨六个经济合作与发展组织国家——澳大利亚、加拿大、英国、瑞士、德国和俄罗斯——的外商直接投资流入情况。其中,除了俄罗斯是发展中国家,其他五个国家都是发达国家。不管他们是否是该组织（也包括其他组织）的成员,这个国家的经济都具有相对稳定和强劲的特点。今天,外商直接投资——不管是流入还是流出——是国际资本流动的最重要形式之一。发达国家在资本流动中发挥着关键作用,主要是作为投资者,但也是外商直接投资的受益者。考虑到全球的经济趋势以及外商直接投资的数额逐步全球化,在全球范围内,问题在于在某一特定地区对外商直接投资产生影响的相关因素是什么。从宏观经济的角度来看,外商直接投资代表一种国际资本跨界流动的特殊形式,从投资者所在国流向东道国,并记录在国际收支的资本部分。外商直接投资流入不仅使发展中国家受益,而且也使发达国家及其经济受益。外商直接投资的流入通常在一个国家的经济中起着关键的作用,而且它往往是一个国家发展的主要推动力。本文旨在展现外国直接投资在全球（包括发达国家和发展中国家）的重要性和趋势。本文将对这些国家的汇率、经济增长等因素进行综合分析,并对其外商直接投资流入情况进行分析。本文的主要目的是确定在1996年至2016年这一段时期内,汇率是否推动了上述提到的国家的外商直接投资。从进行的测试中,我们可以看到变量之间的关系,并可以得出变量与FDI之间存在关系的结论。
