AiM To study the morphology of the enteric nervous system and the expression of beta-2 adrenergic(B2A) receptors in primary colorectal *** in this study, we included forty-eight patients with primary colorectal cancer and nine patients for control tissue from the excision of a colonic segment for benign conditions. We determined the clinicopathological features and evaluated the immunohistochemical expression pattern of B2 A receptors as well as the morphological changes of the enteric nervous system(ENS). in order to assess statistical differences, we used the student t-test for comparing the means of two groups and one-way analysis of variance with Bonferroni's post hoc analysis for comparing the means of more than two groups. Correlations were assessed using the Pearson's correlation *** B2 A receptors were significantly associated with tumor grading, tumor size, tumor invasion, lymph node metastasis(P ile there were no statistically significant associations with gender, CRC location and gross appearance(P > 0.05). We observed, on one hand, a decrease of the relative area for both Auerbach and Meissner plexuses with the increase of the tumor grading, and on the other hand, an increase of the relative area of other nervous elements not in the Meissner plexus or in the Auerbach plexus with the tumor grading. For G1 tumors we found that epithelial B2 A area showed an inverse correlation with the Auerbach plexus areas [r(14) =-0.531, P ile for G2 tumors, epithelial B2 A areas showed an indirect variation with both the Auerbach plexus areas [r(14) =-0.453, P issner areas [r(14) =-0.825, P inverse dependence increased for both Auerbach [r(14) =-0.587, P issner [r(14) =-0.934, P important role in colorectal carcinogenesis and can be utilized as prognostic factors. 一个学派的发展是一个不断进化的具有历史性和路径依赖性的过程。在新一代奥地利学派的学者们的影响下,奥地利学派重新发现了门格尔和米瑟斯的作品中的欧洲大陆解释学哲学遗产,把已陷入过于理论化僵局的奥地利学派经济学发展成一种解释学的学科。本文将试图从本体论出发重构奥地利学派理论硬核和方法论特点,以及比较它跟其他学派的共同点和区别。在这个基础之上,我们将鉴别解释学给奥地利学派的理论完整和发展前途带来的影响。我的结论是"解释学转向"为奥地利学派一直存在的两大难题,即"坚持主观主义方法论教条的奥地利学派能怎么从事制度研究"和"坚持先验主义的奥地利学派能怎么从事经验性研究"提供了解决的方向。两个问题的缓解给奥地利学派所关注的研究问题提供很多新的研究机会,并且使得奥地利学派成为经济学家的一种真正的理论选择。目前为止,中国经济学文献缺乏对奥地利学派的理论硬核,认识论和方法,尤其是对步入叙述转向的奥地利学派的吸收和反思。本文旨在弥补这一点,并且在考虑到奥地利学派的局限性的基础上,提出中国政治经济学从奥地利学派的经验中可兹借鉴之处。

Prevalence of hepatitis B and C markers among refugees in Athens

AiM: To assess the prevalence of hepatitis B and C serological markers in a population of refugees living in ***: One hundred and thirty refugees (81 males and 49 females, mean age ±SD: 31.7±8 years) were included in the study. The hepatitis B virus surface antigen (HBsAg),the hepatitis B virus core antibody (anti-HBc) and the hepatitis C virus antibody (anti-HCV) were detected using a third-generation ***: Twenty individuals (15.4%) were HBsAg positive and 69 (53.1%) were anti-HBc positive. The prevalence of HBsAg and anti-HBc was higher among refugees from Albania and Asia (statistical significant difference, P＜0.008 and P＜0.001 respectively). The prevalence of these markers was found irrelevant to age or sex. Anti-HCV was detected in the serum of 3 individuals (2.3 %). No differences among age, sex or ethnicity regarding anti-HCV prevalence were ***: it can be concluded that refugees living in Athens are an immigrant population characterized by a high incidence of HBV infection. The prevalence of HBV markers is higher among refugees from Albania and Asia. it is therefore believed that the adherence to general precautions and the initiation of HBV vaccination programs will be necessary in the future, especially in these *** the prevalence of HCV infection seems to be relatively low, extended epidemiological surveys are needed to provide valid results.

BACKGROUND Airborne sports have become more popular in recent *** number of accidents has increased linearly as athletes take increasingly greater risks to experience the adventurous spirit of this kind of *** To investigate the variety of injuries in airborne sport accidents,as well as which acute treatment these patients receive,both before and after admission to a levelone-trauma *** We performed a retrospective chart analysis at a major level-one-trauma center in Switzerland for 235-patients who were admitted following airborne sports injuries between 2010 and ***’demographic data,injury patterns,emergency primary care procedures and intra-hospital care were *** Overall,718-injuries in 235-patients were identified;the spine was the most commonly affected region with 46.5%of injuries(n=334/718)in *** 69-patients(15.5%),the(non-spine)thorax was affected,followed by the lower and upper extremity,pelvis,head/face and abdominal ***-patients had to be intubated at the trauma *** patients were resuscitated after onset of ***-patients died in the resuscitation *** 116-cases,surgery was indicated including 55-emergency *** 19 patients(8.1%)were transferred to the intensive care *** Paragliders are most commonly affected,although the highest injury severities were identified for Building,Antenna,Span and Earth-jumping *** responders,treating physicians and pilots should be aware of the risk for potentially serious and life-threatening injury with an in-hospital mortality of 0.9%.

Lannea velutina is a traditional herbal remedy used to treat various diseases, including hypertension (HBP). Herbal medicines are affordable, and some have minimal side effects;they are rich in bioactive components that encourage prevention and treatment. This work uses appropriate experimental paradigms to investigate the phytochemical composition, antioxidant activity, and acute oral toxicity of L. velutina trunk bark extracted in water, methanol, ethyl acetate, dichloromethane, and hexane. According to a high-performance thin-layer chromatography profile, this shrub’s bark contains sterols, saponosides, flavonoids, and tannins. Compared to ethyl acetate and aqueous extracts, the methanol extract had the highest total phenolic (607.06 ± 0.6 mg GAE/g DW), flavonoid (20.97 ± 0.23 mg QE/g DW), and condensed tannins (194.50 ± 0.75 CE/g DW) content. The methanol extract displayed the highest antioxidant activity using the 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) radical scavenging capability assay (iC50 = 8.59 g/mL;AAi = 4.66) compared to the other extracts. it exhibited antiradical action comparable to that of Trolox (iC50 = 15.16 g/mL), ascorbic acid (iC50 = 11.94 g/mL), and catechin (iC50 = 11.64 g/mL). The connection between flavonoid concentration and hydrophilic antioxidant activity was robust (r = 0.997). Mice were used to evaluate the acute oral toxicity of ethyl acetate, methanol, and aqueous extracts using guidelines 425 of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development. All tested extracts have an estimated LD50 greater than 2000 mg/kg body weight. The truncal bark of L. velutina could be an alternative source for HTA management.

Extending the potential interest in new drugs resulting from the association of biologically important molecules in stable complexes, the present study shows that this concept previously implemented in the case of two components could be a meaningful and promising one in the case of three components. The choice was made here to show that the quantum chemical modeling of a tripartite complex with DHEA (DEHYDRO-EPiANDROSTERONE) in a ternary association with 5-hydro- xytryptophan (5-HTP) and adenosine triphosphate acid (ATP) could have a sizable stability.
