BACKGROunD Women with a history of serious psychotic disorders are at increased risk of disease relapse during ***-acting injectable(LAi)antipsychotics have been widely used to improve adherence and prevent relapse in patients with various severe psychotic disorders,but there is a lack of high-quality data from previous research on the safety of LAi antipsychotics during *** To summarize relevant data on maternal,pregnancy,neonatal,and developmental outcomes from published cases of LAi antipsychotic use in *** A literature search was performed through november 11,2023,using three online databases:PubMed/MEDLinE,Scopus,and Web of *** reports or case series that reported information about the outcomes of pregnancy in women who used LAi antipsychotics at any point in pregnancy,with available full texts,were *** statistics,narrative summation,and tabulation of the extracted data were *** A total of 19 publications satisfied the inclusion criteria:3 case series,15 case reports,and 1 conference *** reported the outcomes of LAi antipsychotic use in 74 women and 77 *** use of secondgeneration LAi antipsychotics was reported in the majority(n=47;61.0%)of ***-generation LAi antipsychotics were administered during 30 pregnancies(39.0%).Most of the women(approximately 64%)had either satisfactory control of symptoms or no information about relapse,while approximately 12%of them had developed gestational diabetes mellitus.A minority of cases reported adverse outcomes such as stillbirth,spontaneous abortion,preterm birth,low birth weight,congenital anomalies,and neurological manifestations in ***,there were no reports of negative long-term developmental *** Currently available data seem reassuring,but further well-designed studies are required to properly evaluate the risks and benefits of LAi antipsychotic use during pregnancy.

Maximizing aged photovoltaic array power:a computer modelling study

Photovoltaic(PV)modules age with time for various reasons such as corroded joints and terminals and glass coating defects,and their ageing degrades the PV array *** the help of the PV array numerical model,this paper explores the effects of PV module ageing on the PV array power,and the power gains and costs of rearranging and recabling aged PV modules in a PV *** numerical PV array model is first revised to account for module ageing,rearrangement and recabling,with the relevant equations presented *** updated numerical model is then used to obtain the array powers for seven different PV *** power results are then analysed in view of the attributes of the seven PV array examples.A guiding method to recommend recabling after rearranging aged modules is then proposed,leading to further significant power gains,while eliminating intra-row *** certain conditions are met,it was shown that recabling PV modules after rearranging them may lead to further significant power gains,reaching 57%and 98%in two considered PV array *** gains are possible in other arrays.A cost-benefit analysis weighing annual power gains versus estimated recabling costs is also given for the seven considered PV array examples to guide recabling decisions based on technical and economic *** the considered examples,recabling costs can be recovered inith the powers of the aged arrays,power gains due to our proposed rearranging and recabling the PV arrays ranged between 73%and 131%in the considered examples—well over the gains reported in the ***,the cost of our static module rearrangement and recabling method outshines the costs of dynamic reconfiguration methods recently published in the literature.

An experiment was conducted to test the efficacy of a mechanical barrier around the tree trunk with one spray of Cypermethrin @ 1 ml/l and turmeric powder extract @ 15 g/500ml of water applied in integrated approaches against mango mealybug on mango tree. There were 7 treatments including a control. The treatments were Mechanical barrier, Cypermethrin spray @ 1 ml/l, Turmeric powder spray @ 15 g/500ml of water, Cypermethrin spray + Turmeric spray, Cypermethrin spray + Mechanical barrier, Turmeric + Mechanical barrier and untreated control. Three-year-old mango plants grafted from a 5-year-old mango tree (Variety Amropali) and planted in pots were used in the experiment. The treatment, Cypermethrin spray + Mechanical barrier gave the highest reduction of mango mealybug population 87.06% to 93.90% followed by Turmeric spray + Mechanical barrier and showed 81.13% to 86.04% and Mechanical barrier alone showed 81.13% to 84.59% population reduction. Turmeric powder extract showed only (8.42% to 23.77%) population reduction of mango mealybug which was lowest compared to other treatments.

ignimbrites have been widely used as building materials in many historical and touristic structures in the Kayseri region of Türkiye. Their diverse colours and textures make them a popular choice for modern construction as well. However, ignimbrites are particularly vulnerable to atmospheric conditions, such as freeze-thaw cycles, due to their high porosity, which is a result of their formation process. When water enters the pores of the ignimbrites, it can freeze during cold weather. As the water freezes and expands, it generates internal stress within the stone, causing micro-cracks to develop. Over time, repeated freeze-thaw (F-T) cycles lead to the growth of these micro-cracks into larger cracks, compromising the structural integrity of the ignimbrites and eventually making them unsuitable for use as building materials. The determination of the long-term F-T performance of ignimbrites can be established after long F-T experimental processes. Determining the long-term F-T performance of ignimbrites typically requires extensive experimental testing over prolonged freeze-thaw cycles. To streamline this process, developing accurate predictive equations becomes crucial. in this study, such equations were formulated using classical regression analyses and artificial neural networks (Ann) based on data obtained from these experiments, allowing for the prediction of the F-T performance of ignimbrites and other similar building stones without the need for lengthy testing. in this study, uniaxial compressive strength, ultrasonic propagation velocity, apparent porosity and mass loss of ignimbrites after long-term F-T were determined. Following the F-T cycles, the disintegration rate was evaluated using decay function approaches, while uniaxial compressive strength (uCS) values were predicted with minimal input parameters through both regression and Ann analyses. in this work， a highly sensitive electrochemical sensor based on Zn-doped copper gallium oxide@ordered mesoporous carbon (Zn-CuGaO2@CMK-3) for signal amplification was successfully developed for the simultaneous detection of sunset yellow （SY） and tartrazine （TZ） in foods. Compared with CuGaO2@CMK-3， Zn-CuGaO2@CMK-3 offered enhanced conductivity and catalytic properties owing to the improved carrier density， which was beneficial to the electrooxidation of SY and TZ. under the optimal testing conditions， the constructed Zn-CuGaO2@CMK-3/GCE sensor offered a wide linear concentration range （0.25 to 100.00 μmol/L） for the detection of both SY and TZ. The limits of detection for SY and TZ were 0.044 μmol/L and 0.059 μmol/L， respectively. Recovery experiments were performed in milk， white vinegar and biscuit samples， yielding satisfactory recoveries （82.70%-114.80%）. Furthermore， the sensor was successfully applied to the determination of the SY and TZ residues in two kinds of carbonated drinks， and the results were nearly consistent with those detected by the high performance liquid chromatography （HPLC） method （P＞0.05）.

Organophosphorus pesticides (OPPs) in foods pose a serious threat to human health， motivating the development of novel analytical methods for their rapid detection and quantification. A magnetic covalent organic framework (M-COF) adsorbent for the magnetic solid-phase extraction (MSPE) of OPPs from foods was reported. M-COF was synthesized by the Schiff base condensation reaction of 1，3，5-tris (4-aminophenyl)benzene and 4，4-biphenyldicarboxaldehyde on the surface of amino-functionalized magnetic nanoparticles. Density–functional theory (DFT) calculations showed that adsorption of OPPs onto the surface of M-COF involved hydrophobic effects， Van der Waals interactions， π–π interactions， halogen-n bonding， and hydrogen bonding. Combined with gas chromatography–mass spectrometry (GC–MS) technology， the MSPE method features low limits of detection for OPPs (0.002–0.015 μg/L)， good reproducibility (1.45%–6.14%)， wide linear detection range (0.01–1 μg/L， R≥ 0.9935)， and satisfactory recoveries (87.3%–110.4%). The method was successfully applied for the trace analysis of OPPs in spiked fruit juices.

The recovery of palladium from waste streams is of importance for metal recycling and environmental ***,we present a“single-ion trap”strategy for efficiently recovering Pd(ii)from superacidic solutions and laboratory *** was realized by rational design and synthesis of an antiparallel stacked covalent organic framework(ACOF)with hydrazine-carbonyl sites and pyridine sites for cooperative Pd(ii)*** single-ion traps provided Lewis base sites with a high Pd(ii)binding affinity,enabling the trapping of Pd(ii)ions under a wide range of *** developed ACOF-1 adsorbent demonstrated fast kinetics,excellent selectivity,and a high adsorption capacity of 412.9±14.2 mg/g for Pd(ii)in a 3M HnO_(3) *** applied in a packed column,ACOF-1 dynamically captured Pd(ii)from3M HnO_(3) solutions or laboratorywastes containing trace amounts of palladium and many other metals,realizing extraction efficiencies of 232.9 and 320.9 mg/g,*** experimental and theoretical studies revealed that the single-ion traps offered exceptionally strong binding of Pd(ii)under both acidic and high ionic strength conditions,enabling selective adsorptive behavior not accessible using traditional ***,the general design strategy reported here could be used to create porous adsorbents for the capture of other precious metals.
